Speaking of venomous Australian animals - found this beauty on my last coastal holiday. blue ringed octopus - has a painless bite and has enough venom to kill 26 adults - 3rd deadliest animal in the world - we also have the number 2 and number 1

@rizzlekdizzle thats crazy! Good thing you didnt step on that!

Seems very dangerous :oops::oops:
Yeah and its toxin is wild brother.
Whuts down your whole system.. paralyses you. Basically in first aid they teach you to breathe for the person until paramedics arrive as they are still alive but can't move, breathe etc.
Well thats what they were teaching last time I did my course from memory

We also get alot of Death Adder snakes where we live. They like to sun themselves on the rocks on our beach and obviously on trail paths.
Look like fat lizards if you havent seen one before 🤣 but super venomous, one of the deadliest in oz

Is that Mandarin, Meyer lemon and mango or Avocado tree @Pigsy?

Love my citrus trees.. especially when we are getting jammed $2 a lime over here on the east coast
Yes that they are, the orange trees are seedless

If you are buying at coles, you are buying at the wrong place. I usually pay 2$ for a bag of these most of the times. I never buy even a single banana at these large stores. Just rip off prices.

Unfortunately mate I don't have much time choose from in a small coastal town.
Even our fresh Veg shops are around the same price, sometimes dearer.

I am at EOS gym in Salt Lake City. It is literally 10 times the size of my lttie gym at home
It’s cardio just walking to different sections. And nobody is there so plenty of space.

Crazy

Little family dinner i did up for the girls.
Hong Kong style duck, crispy pork belly with ginger caramel sauce, Asian BBQ vegetables and some scallions oil noodles.

My local Sandbar. Couple of minutes from home.
Left of the Sandbar is the Lake we live on. Right side that beautiful East Coast ocean 👌

That’s beautiful! East coast ocean… what country? The lake is saltwater then? Or brackish? You do any boating or fishing? I love the water. I thinking being in and living near natural water is really good for you.

Hell yes! I have everything prepped and ready to cook or be heated up. Sweet potatoes, precooked ground beef and ground chicken, rice, broccoli, eggs at the ready. All I have to do is weigh or measure.
Keep it simple with a great protein and carb payoff for the calories

some good looking produce. looks fresh!
We have a really cool Farmers market here. Several during the week, lots of local honey as well and there are local meat growers there with everything, beef, pork, yardbird, and one of them brings in fish from the coast….expensive shit….,all of it.
All the communities out here have them during the week as well. But the best one is in town on Saturdays.

Prep for the week. Ground beef 93/7 and Buffalo mixed with corn, shallots and zucchini
With paprika, cumin, cowboy butter seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Ground chicken with various herbs and south of the border flavors
Zucchini, sweet potato, pico de gallo, tomato and cucumber salad and lemon pepper rice
And I have a big skirt steak marinating for Carne Asada

Yeah that infrastructure stuff is incredible how they build those things. Going back to the pyramids with their pulley system
