Ya I think I'm gonna keep macros the same for a couple weeks after I finish the taper while the gear is still in my system @LevButlerov
Keep the macros up for now, you need the food. :D @BeMe
That's the plan. Primo and NPP down to 100 next week and then off the following week. I'll keep test at 250 and 25mg Proviron daily then add 2iu of GH.
Try 100mgs primo npp next week, and 50mgs primo npp week after, taper it down.
Staying on 250 Test 25mgs proviron and 2 IUs of hgh is smart, Sports TRT+ thats what you're doing.

My does gets a "sports" and a plus? Lol

Ahh ok I'll add in the 50mg week. Makes sense for a smoother off ramp.

This sounds lame but being a first timer is awesome cuz literally everything is new. Learning so much right now

Sports TRT+ has that HGH in it :D 250-300 is sports TRT, + is the hgh. @BeMe

Tapering sounds like the pyramiding we used to do. Which was pointless. What's the thinking behind it?
When I planned to just stop a bunch of the vets here spoke up and said that's not good and I should taper off. My dose was 300/test/300primo/300npp and they said it would be easier on my body to taper down for a few weeks which sounds good to me.

Ya it's tough when your young and hot headed too. I got in more fights that's I can count and I was always game. I used to kickbox so I had a pretty good advantage most of the time. I still managed to get stabbed and cracked over the head with a bat once. Still have the dent in my head to this day. Now looking back it was really stupid. Just dumb kid stuff. I'm always the peacemaker these days, but if I tried talking to my younger self I know he wouldn't listen lol
@BeMe and @toddthelineman should team up to fight @BodyMonster34 the loser pays the other tren and grassfed beef for a year :) that would be a good one. we all can chip in and donate to charity of winners choice!

Man I was just preaching “run away” now I’m a prize fighter hahaha. They’re both a lot bigger than me but a year of beef… that’s like $5k hahaha

@BodyMonster34 is too much a of a father figure too me. I could never fight him
i wonder if we threw in @Mobster on your team if your mind would change. i think all 3 of you could take him down. he deserves a nice beating and you guys can throw him into the catfish pond after then drink all his hooch

Log Day 116

It's official, I'm on a taper. Took my first new dose last night. New weekly total is 280 test, 200 primo, 200 NPP, 25mg Proviron.

Had my last real training session in this mesocycle yesterday and it went pretty well. I had enough energy in the bank to complete all my movements with pretty average fade. Made some solid rep progression too. Felt a lot more tired than usual post workout but this deload week should sort that out.

My dog slept through the night last night for the first time I'm over 2 weeks. Hopefully he's on the mend and we can all go back to a consistent sleep schedule.

Hell yeah man excellent feeling when u got enough in the tank to crush all movements 💪

Just barely enough lol. I was running on empty at the end. Lesson learned tho. Even on gear 7 weeks in a row of training is too much for me. 6 is definitely my sweet spot for a 5 day split. Can't know your limit until you push past it though so it was a good experience and I managed to grind it out still.

Yeah its a super common misconception people who have never run gear think u are unstoppable and dont fatigue and everything comes easier.. i always argued its harder because you can push hour body further then u ever thought possible so you push more and do more and can overtrian if not careful.

No guns over there. Lots more boxing in the culture, lots of street fighting in the UK because less likely to get shot

One tested this out at work, pulling miles of cable I. The wide open country, we race each other. Getting paid $1/ft, when you get wide open like that the crew can make five figures in a day which is a HUGE motivation. When I got enhanced I was making dudes who had never been beat rethink their careers. On 350 test, 25 winstrol and 10g of kratom a day I could run someone to their actual death and I almost did. I almost killed muy friend from rabdo, it was like he had rigor mortis but he was still alive. His organs were failing, he had to be airlifted to a hospital, and he was in a wheel chair for months. We had been working together since our very first days in the career, and I always had a little bit of an edge, but once I got enhanced, it was absolutely no contest whatsoever. Like a child.

They're a stabby culture tho. Those guys walk around with kitchen knives in their hoodies. The government just banned "zombie knives". I think any knife over 6" is now illegal

Log Day 117

Recovery is still pretty low. Still feeling kinda tired. My dog was up again sick last night so he went for bloodwork today.

Second day of my deload week so I'm sure within the next couple days my body will bounce back to normal. Just pushed this training cycle a bit too hard and paying the price. All part of the learning experience.

Work was pretty hot and heavy so thats probably adding to my feeling of fatigue. It would be nice to get a break at work but this week is gonna be a heavy one. More outside work and temps are climbing this week. I miss the cold.

Working the light weight on deload week is pretty nice cuz you really get to focus on form and how the movement feels all the way through. Slowing things down a lot and focusing a little more helps improve things a bit for when the work gets serious again. I actually had a little soreness in my chest and shoulders this morning at work which was shocking.

Deload on schedule :D go slow don't over train as you start ramping down the gear. @BeMe

Natty and TRT limits have all been tested and established so I know how far I can push it there @LevButlerov I am in a bit of a grey zone on a taper so I'll becareful in the interim.

Next training cycles are going to be arm focused while I run maintenance on everything else. I want to try and blow my arms up before I hop on my next cycle. Should be easy not to overtrain running arms 3 days a week on a 5 day split lol.

My chest and back blew up on this cycle so now my arms look small by comparison. Trying to balance that out a bit. Plus...who doesn't want bigger arms...cuz bigger arms lol.

My goal on this cycle was wider lats and start building and upper shelf on my chest and I'm pretty happy with the progress. Excited to see what I can do with a real cycle more knowledge next round.

@BeMe you are in a grey zone, but always go slow when you tapering down.

I find that overdoing can cause cortisol spikes and that's bad. Slow and steady is a win for you. :D

Yea I have enough stress in my life spiking cortisol on the daily already.

One nice thing I noticed on cycle is my stress levels were reduced drastically. My whoop strap tracks stress and on cycle, especially my final dosing at 300 test npp primo, my stress was way down. Most work days I'm at high stress for 2-3hrs but on cycle most days were only 45mins.

A very nice unexpected benefit @LevButlerov

Especially when so many guys talk about gear negatively effecting their mental health..maybe Tren will make me the nicest guy in the world lol

Lol I've got that part of being a man covered. I've been jumped a couple times over the years
bro in prison you either jumped or you the jumper.

I got that, no problem😂
bro don't worry. when you my celly i will protect you, but you gonna need to provide 1 vial of tren a week as payment.. have your wife sneak it in via anus they never check

No guns over there. Lots more boxing in the culture, lots of street fighting in the UK because less likely to get shot
bro @Mobster would squeeze a man to death. he got a strong grip. he like to grip lots of things that why we need about 4 of us to hold him down in shower

Good update

Detention was cool for me. Just got caught slippn a couple times in my younger year hanging around on the street. All part of growing up. They never got me too bad and I stood my ground and didn't run like a bitch. Took my beats like a man.

One time I thought I was chilln with 2 "friends" from school and they just stood there while I fought off 3 kids and 2 full grown cholos. I was 17 at the time. They looked right outta blood in blood out which was crazy cuz we don't get a lot of Mexicans up here. My footwork keep me on my feet and thankfully the lady from the coffee shop came out and said she called the cops and saved my ass from a serious beat down. The worst part was it was all over some beef from a year before when my boys started slapping up these mouthy kids and I told my boys to stop cuz they were like 3 years younger than us. I never even touched one of them. On of them spotted me late night outside a coffee shop with 2 bitch ass "friends" and they hopped out on me.

bro they lucky i wasn't there. would have beat all they asses and shanked them in the leg lol. my son like 6'6'' and 250 pounds and 6% body fat. he don't take shit from nobody.

I always felt bad for big guys like that cuz no one wants to fight them straight up. Always getting shanked or worse. When your that big if your nice to people they're always nice back. Best to be nice

wtf bro I had almost the same experience with Latin kings. Four of them. I fought until the cops finally came but holy crap I took a beating. People came and tried to help me, but as soon as they started getting hit and thrown in the ground and stomped on and shit they all ran. My bus driver left me and everything. He knew better. Turned out it was all over a girl, one of their cousins. Had a crush on me. I had no idea what was happening. I just got surrounded, tried to make a break for it, bam! Ok I’m fighting. When it was all over I walked into the school and found and open class and laid my head down on the desk and slept. Nobody even said a word. My mom found me like that. And the whole thing got covered up, but that kind of stuff wasn’t even rare in that neighborhood. Literally there was a driver by shooting at that school. 100% I don’t care what anyone says, most prisons are safer than the schools there were in the mid nineties

Yea I'm around the same age and you're right about the schools thing. Gang culture got really popular around that time. We had a few murders at my school too.

We take our licks and learn for the next time right. All part of growing uo. I hope you atleast got to tap that girl lol

Just last year! 26 years later! I saw her at the Y and she’s fine af.

So it was all worth it in the end lol
100%. Honestly it was always a good experience. That was the first time I got to really use my training. The first time I had to really hurt somebody, and all in all I did really well. One kid my age , three adults. The kid alone I had beat, they stepped in right away I barely know what happened after that but I hit and kicked everybody. I know they weren’t expecting a real fight

I honestly believe the ones that talk negative about gear either don't have enough experience, or have mental issues, which steroids don't improve at all. @BeMe

Yea guys who jump people are all poosies as @BodyMonster34

We always fought fair in even numbers. We'd sit guys out just to make sure it was always a fair fight. There's no honor in jumping people. Same thing with weapons. We never pulled anything until someone else did. No one respected the guys who ran around jumping people or stabbing guys. I'd respect a guy who fought fair and lost way more then the dumbasses who'd just stab a guy over a little beef.

I was really worried that running higher test and gear would bring out the old side of me that was really short fused and walking around ready to fight all the time. Especially when it came to my wife. She's the sweetest person on the planet and I didn't want to be like my younger high testosterone self and say or do something stupid to hurt her.

Thankfully it's been the exact opposite. Generally I feel calmer and more understanding and empathetic. Every now and again I'll feel myself heating up over something small or stupid but I have the presence of mind now to recognize it and just calm down. Count to 10 and breath and it's gone.

I really think the TRT and gear made me a better person psychologically and emotionally @LevButlerov

@BeMe I think personality makes the man. Steroids or not! it's just a fact, steroids make you more of what you are. If you're a cool guy, you'll be more cool, if insane well more insane lol!

That's a real compliment..thanks!

In my case I just generally feel better too. Being nice is a lot easier when you feel good.

Log Day 118

I forgot to throw up my update yesterday...slippn.

Little deload back workout followed by some rest. Really trying to prioritize recovery to get my body back to baseline. Still feeling pretty tired. Funny thing is I tweaked something training with lighter weight on back. Think I maybe tried to emphasize the stretch a bit too much and didn't maintain enough bracing.

bros prisons safer subjective. depends on who your celly. if you unlucky enough to be put with a guy like me then good luck

I always felt bad for big guys like that cuz no one wants to fight them straight up. Always getting shanked or worse. When your that big if your nice to people they're always nice back. Best to be nice
bro i teach my son to be aggressor always. like someone cut you off in traffic then make example out of them.

Embarrassing. Imagine fighting someone who’s basically wearing full armor.
bro i would have jumped in his truck and took it and left the dude there ha!

Looks like a deload arm day :D very high on the marcros, perfect.
Ya I guess cuz the way the app cut down the workload it is kinda back arm and day cuz of the number of sets.

Still keeping the macros high in the hopes I can keep making gains. My weight actually dipped a bit from steady 192lbs the last week and a bit to now 190 the last couple days. Not sure if it has to do with the lack of training or what. I did eat a little less than usual at the cottage last weekend so that could be it. First time I've seen my weight slip back in a few months.

On cycle my weight would go up a few pounds, plateau for a couple weeks, then back up another few pounds, plateau, and so on. Like clockwork when you look at my weight tracking. It's been pretty cool that way.

I'd love having a celly like you. You could do my laundry, make me hooch, tell funny stories. It would be great

Wow that's a true friend. He was willing to dump his bike to help his boy. What a thing of beauty.

bro a true friend would have cracked that guys skull in and then hopped into his truck and crashed it lol

If you think you're having a bad look at this. High rise condo, your car is parked on P2. 6" water main breaks on P1 at 1am and DUMPS water for hours before anyone realizes.

They're asking me if it's safe to go in the water or will they get electrocuted. My question is why would anyone go in when you can just pump it first....

$500 turn the main off💪

Naw the water main blew in the sprinkler room and sprayed a ton of equipment. The pressure from the water punched open the steel door.

The sprinkler guys were to afraid to touch anything so I can come in and make it all safe for them.

Also got some temp power setup for drying equipment.

Aw hell. That’s gonna be a big job. That’s awesome. And they weren’t wrong. You’d think with all my exposure to high voltage and what actual formal training I’ve had that I would be fairly confident around electricity but I’m not. I’ve put my sleeves on and pulled a machine off the line that was shooting fire because if I didn’t it was all coming down in the road, and it’s like “maybe I’m going to die right now” and I just do it. But when the spark from jumpstarting a diesel happens I get scared hahahaha

Becareful around that high voltage stuff. You don't even need to touch it to die. I was working with a bunch of lineman yesterday and they were all sharing stories about the dead bodies they've found over the years. Civilians doing stupid shit or trying to steal copper back in the day.

I took what I believe was 14,400 volts to the hand some 20 years ago. Didn’t pass through my body, but it burned me bad. I was visibly disfigured for years. Walked around with my hand in my pocket usually. Had a new kid, he was pulling like a girl, I said “PULL!” And he handed the rope down hard which caused the poles to bow in, dropped both power lines right on my hand, blew a chunk out of the hardened bell wrench I was holding. Shit day. Cable company was super mad because it was in the paper, all the owners of the contractors had to go to a meeting, nationwide, but my boss sent me to speak for myself. They were dicks about the whole thing, blame blame blame. You didn’t this, gloves that. So dumb. Great lesson for 25 year old toddthelineman

The recent death that happened was because one guy framed the support wire too high on a switch pole, the next guy climbed right into the primary, had a carbon fiber wrap hard hat, metallic. Cooked his brain, they kept him alive with cpr until the helicopter got there and he died a week later. I knew the foreman. I trained and fired his brother. All avoidable. Very sad but also infuriating. I have waaaaay more stories like this. My industry sucks.

I got 120v through my hand today. I barely feel it now after 17 years on the job.

Ya those transmission lines are scary. The number of idiots who climb those towers for fun too...omg.

I only work up to 600v mostly. We do have to watch out for old sign ballasts. Those things kill a ton of people. They have capacitors in them with over 1000v output and if you don't discharge them, they're still sitting there live with the power off. Gets a lot of electricians bad.

Worst I've been bit by is 347v. I was on a rolling ladder and there was a small strand I didn't see. Not much bigger than a hair. Got my hand and my ass check was grounded in the ladder. Right across my chest and out my ass lol. I literally had a coughing fit after it hit me. Probably took a couple years off my life that day.

Log Day 119

Deload day 3 in the books. Still not fully recovered yet. Hopefully some extra sleep this eeeken will be the ticket. Can't put my finger on it but it feels like I'm not sleeping as well for some reason. My sleep stats look decent so not sure what it is. Brain feels a tiny bit foggy lately.

I'm gonna start some extra vitamin C and elderberry today. I might be fighting off some illness or something. There was a couple hours today where I had a bit of a headache and my sinuses were kinda sore, but I just chalked it up to all the smoke in the air. Maybe I'm a bit sick and that's what's holding back my recovery.

I get it, weight will go down a bit but likely you're losing water weight as doses drop.

Thanks. I'll maybe dial back the macros in a few weeks. We'll see what the mirror and the scale have to say about it.

Pre cycle when I was in TRT I was still eating a fair bit. My maintenance calories was somewhere close to 3500. My new weight is going to require more food so I'll have some figuring to do. Then I'm gonna be adding GH in the next week or so, so they adds another variable to the equation @LevButlerov

On the podcast they said GH is almost like Tren for nutrient partitioning so maybe I'll just end up keep macros the same.

I think dialing back is needed but not yet, I was reading back you're pyramiding down the gear sports TRT+ style, slowly power down the macros @BeMe

I think gh is a big one with nutrient partitioning but nothing like tren lol ;)

Will do. I'm pretty in tune with my body so I'll just track and adjust accordingly. Never run my test solo at 250mg/wk and then the GH too so I'm in no man's land there.

I'll be able to tell you first hand about the Tren v GH comparison in October. Got some Tren ace in the bank already for the next cycle. Lean gains is what I'm after and it sounds like Tren is the master of that.

sounds like a damn good way to commit suicide. when i was in kindergarten a kid stuck a piece of metal into a plug in class. literally electrocuted himself to death in front of us

Good gravy man. That’s terrible. I’ve contracted high voltage without actually getting shocked countless times. Had fire balls shooting at my face. So much stuff. I was just a kid when I started, looking for any way possible to get out of my town and get ahead in life. I was 100% willing to risk my life every single day and I did.

They were telling me about it, telling me it was hard and dangerous, I was just like, cool, great, I’m ready. What do I need?

Holy shit...that's so messed up. Those poor parents. We're required to install tamper resistant receptacles now to stop kids from doing that. The plug will only work if it feels equal pressure on all 3 ports.

bro my truck could drive through that no problem

I drive a leveled f250 through parking garages in Chicago all the time. It’s like… 1/2” clearance some times hahaha
I have a f150 with ladder racks and I can't fit in any underground's in Toronto. I carry a 1300kilo payload too so my truck rides pretty low.

And if I can't I know the EVO fam is here help me figure it out
You’re going to love gh. The initial lethargy can be tough. And I took enough that it made my hands numb at night. After like three pens I was a whole different kind of lean. And I wasn’t even trying. I didn’t even know it did that. I remember waking up one morning and my abs just looked so flat, but the squares were round and my pecs looked so full. That was about the best I ever looked, but this mk is doing it too and I’m eating like shit rn and not even hitting the iron.

Yeah I wonder how painful that type of death is vs other things

I'm looking forward too it. I'm going to pin and night only cuz I can't afford to feel at all lethargic at work. Need my brain on point so mistakes don't happen. I'm almost 41 now so I think the additional GH will do my body good. Just 2ius a day and we'll see how it goes.
