Hi all, about a year ago I finally reached the point that I could no longer put up with the condition I was in. Fat, unfit and to be honest, disgusted with how I looked. It started slow with just trying to make healthier choices, then one day, after about 3 or 4 months of that I weighed myself and had lost 14 lbs! This sparked the motivation to get the rest of the weight off. I started at 235lbs and am down to 180/185lbs. I am 43 and really am just at the point where I am happy to take any help I can get I have lifted throughout the weight loss, but with the deficit and my age i have obviously not seen much by way of muscle growth.
My goal is to stay around 185/190lbs but improve composition. Diet wise I will be eating at around maintenance with a high protein focus.
I am at bjj 3x per week to that has cardio covered, I’m not sure if a 3 day full body on the other days with one day off is enough to make the most of the assistance?
I have been doing what research I can and am ready to try:
Test @ 400pw
Anavar 30 per day
Total cycle of 12 weeks but Anavar for only the first 8 weeks
Supplementing omega 3
Open to any suggestions.
