Hey guys,

Bit of a rough week being struck down with a cold/flu so only got a session in yesterday and this morning. Missed 3 days of gym but you get that sometimes unfortunately. Haven't been sick for a long time so cant complain too much.
Felt good to be back!

Few shots and short vids of workouts.
@ODINLABS gear keeping me pumped and working great.
Couldn't be happier, especially after his random HPLC results coming back nearly spot on MG/ML (0.19% variance is pretty bloody good!)

Since I only had 2 days i just knocked out a quick split on both days.
Friday:
Cable lat raises - 3 x 10
Rear delt cable - 3 x 10
Tricep pull down single arm - 3 x8
Bayesian curls - 3 x 10
Shoulder press- 3x8
Rear delt dumbells - 3x8
Rope hammer curls - 3x8

This morning:
Wide grip lat pull down - 3x10
Single arm lat pull down - 3x8
Low row single arm - 3x8
Wide grip high rows- 3x8
Chest Press- 3x8
Pec deck flys - 3x12
Dips - 3 to fail
Push ups- to fail

Yes bro.. as much as I can fit on before work on Mon-wed which is normally 15mins on the bike.
Then Thursday and friday is a bit more, normally around 25mins

@Wheelhouse87 You are looking really solid biceps are definitely huge. I would say your biceps are gotta be at least 18 inches. Workouts are working, keep it up.

Its been crazy since getting back from holidays with kitchen renovations everyday.
Got 3 workouts in last week and back to 5 days a week this week and locking in to drop a bunch of fat %.
Back on the reta so that should help out.

The workouts i had were solid. I still felt strong and luckily didnt gain much weight from the 11 day holiday (2kg which is gone and back to start weight).

More detailed updates next week when im back full time.

My mates started on making all the new cabinets etc.
Going to be Farmhouse Hampton style. All white with bordered doors and draws. Brushed gold handles and tapware. Farmhouse style porcelain sink and appliances and hardwood timber tops.
Should look wicked when done.

I do most of it brother.
Otherwise I call in a good mate that has helped build last couple of houses for me.

Sorry for the week absence! Turns out I picked up Giardisis when I was over in Fiji 😂 must have been the water they used in the village to make the kava (my guess).
Hit me last saturday and havent been off the toilet since! Like literally, was going through 4 to 6 rolls of toilet paper a day and couldn't even keep fluids in.
Got one workout in but nearly that myself in front of everyone so thought it was best to leave it alone until I was better.
Started Flagyl (metronidazole) antibiotics and already feeling much better.
Hopefully back to the gym first thing tomorrow morning.

Jumped on the scales and im 6kg down since getting back from holidays 3 weeks ago 😂 the giardisis only kicked in about 7 days ago though (apparently can take 1 or 2 weeks for the parasite to really set in)

Taking a break off of orals is a good thing, maybe completely take a break for 12-16 weeks to get your body back into the situation better. Clean up the liver. @Wheelhouse87
I like the training but you really need to level up the drop sets here.

Also getting back onto my gut health powder with probiotics to get my gut health back to where it should be.
I was told by doc and others to probably stay off probiotics for my guts whilst I took the antibiotics and then start back up

Another massive week.
Ive only been managing 3 days a week at the gym due to renovations but let me tell ya.... ive been getting plenty of excercise in regardless 😆
Cut 5 trees down out the back and hauled them up the front so my mate could woodchip them (felt like 2 hours of fireman carries and lunges 😆)
Finished the fly over bamboo deck roof and then started straight away on the full kitchen rip out and install.. kitchen got sent off for painters on Friday. Got my work out carrying cabinets and bench tops down my stairs for half the day (my version of the stairmaster).

Weighed myself last friday after a couple of weeks and im down to 113kg... 9kg down from getting back from holidays (approx 5 weeks aho) and close to a total of 34kg since I started back on my gym journey mid/late last year.

110kg was my target all along but I know i have atleast another 10kg in me left to lose, so new target set!

Staying hard into push ups and situps at home if i cant make it in.. gwtting 15+k steps in a day with the reno...still have a fair amount of loose skin around my guts.
Bought some new jeans and im down to 38s.. havent been that size in nearly 15years so im pretty stoked as like we all do, dont see the progression looking at yourself everyday.

My gut is very slowly started to bounce back using Mybrainco Gut health powder everyday. Still some digestion issues after food so im thinking of incorporating some pineapple into my meals to help.

Renovations sound like they’ve turned into a conditioning block on their own, that’s a ton of workload between trees, stairs, and carrying heavy gear around. Dropping 34kg since last year and now sitting at 113kg with new jeans down to 38s is huge progress, especially keeping steps up past 15k while still hitting push ups and sit ups. Setting the new goal at 100kg makes sense, you’ve clearly got the momentum and routine to keep pushing it. Loose skin will tighten more as you hold that weight and keep training, and adding pineapple for digestion is a smart move alongside the gut powder. Keep stacking weeks like this and the progress will show even more. :D
