So last week on 5400 cals then a steep drop to 2500 cals, 250P,300C and 40F. This will be to strip a bunch of fat off in a short period (4ish weeks).
The Peds and HGH will remain the same during this period to preserve muscle mass but the Lantus will be taken out fully obviously.

Been a good weekend, noticing only a small decrease in strength which is good news due to cals being so low. This week has made me remember how boring the first few weeks of a deficit are lol, go to keep pushing though the goal remains the same.
Any recommendations on low fat meals would be greatly appreciated as variety during cuts is always good to have.

Respectfully, I’m gonna keep his identity hidden, there’s quite clearly a lot of people on hear that think it’s a stupid idea and I don’t want people going to his platform and spreading hate. There’s more than enough proof out there that using high masteron isn’t any different to using other compounds 👍

Because masteron doesn’t have that big of an effect on your e2, people think it kills it but most who claim that have never tried high mast themselves.
Yeah definitely doesn’t hurt e2 I can attest to that

I’m not injecting 18 ml, I’m injecting 9 ml since the strength is 200mgml, why would I lie about that plus i split my amounts up daily, currently pinning 1.8ml mast 5 days a week due to my situation overseas

Cheers bro appreciate it, and yeah the Test will be increased to as high as I can handle then the EQ will be at a 1:1 ratio with mast then we will slowly increase the EQ and lower the mast while getting bloodwork to make sure my RBC can handle the Equipoise.
