Week has been smooth so far, been really pushing the steps and cardio, been doing 300cals cardio post workout and 12,000+ steps a day. Abs are really starting to come in well now.
When I get back to Australia I will be dropping the Mast and introducing EQ, this is due to the Masteron shortage and affordability.
