Man I love gyro meat. That’s comfort food for me. If I’m in a jam I’ll go to a gyro joint and order a plate of it. That happens sometimes. Eating to failure and just getting MORE ripped. That’s when you know you’ve gotten healthy. It’s funny, my 23 year old 108 pound daughter hits the gym daily. With me as her inspiration she hits her compound lifts, romanian deadlifts, squats. She tried to do a “bulk” and her abs popped like crazy. She’d never had fully defined abs until she ate MOREI smelled it last night when i walked in the restaurant and said im eating that too. Honestly its like the more i eat the flatter my stomach gets
You should try 2 days of rest to really get some recovery in. @milbous1so no eating for 14 hours so no gym last night. i will have to combine leg day and back and biceps today lit’s ok cuz i can rest and eat and sleep all day I got home from work smashed the rest of the protein i needed and rest blood test at 9am. when i get to eat going to make a fruit and protein smoothie drink it and go lift hard probably light on cardio just enough to get blood pumping in my body do some stretches and get at it. for me cardio and stretching before a workout makes the workout better.

I have been wanting to cry over shows and all kinds of stuff. So no smoothie for breakfast 200 grams chicken 1/2 cup rice pilaf and .3 cup hummus let this digest for a hour and off to the gym

Corn is not a good idea, I suggest you switch to yams or sweet potatoes or veggies. I mean more of it instead of the corn.did 111 flights of stairs on the stair stepper today in 30 minutes. I rested yesterday and tomorrow is a off day so that will be two days i hit the gym hard today and stuffed my face with healthyish food probably a little too much sodium in the boiled shrimp but good protein 1 lb of shrimp 7 ounces of corn and only ended up eating 4 ounces of potatoes instead of the 6 ounces on the plate. 1tbs grass fed organic butter in the corn that was dinner didn’t hit legs really hard got legs on sunday i will hit them hard then

The tamoxifen I had made me feel horrible. I may have mentioned that on this thread before. If I’m remembering, your e2 wasn’t that high last you checked right? But then why the symptoms? This is curious. I sure do like aromasin. Just a quarter of a pill. Can’t feel it, it just works. Great!i’m taking tamoxifen
Maybe don’t be toooooo worried about it. You’re not going to melt completely, but you’ll be healthier. You might even look better as you’ll be leaner from less food and drier from less gear. The gains come right back, and the healthier you are the better they comeI’m just wondering let’s say i do intermittent fasting starting a month After this cycle is over will it kill my gains. i figured i could go a little lighter with my exercise and do slow reps of like 15-20 until failure eat plenty of protein eat from like 12 pm until 8 pm. right now i’m eating every couple of hours from 5 in the morning until 9 at night to get in the 400 grams of protein. and my other calories.

i got blood test done again friday so i will see when my e2 test comes back where its at and stop taking the tamoxifen if its low and see what happens. I did keto for just over 3 months first month I was very strict less than 25 net grams of carbs a day. then the other two months i still stayed below 25 net grams of carbs a day but once every two weeks i would have a cheat day i still stayed below 50 grams on cheat day. i mainly ate all my carbs at dinner with things like broccoli and cauliflower Some carbs at lunch 4-5 with a avocado. breakfast was always 6 eggs cooked in butter. The first month of keto kinda sucked. I had low energy and stunk pretty bad when i sweated hard. Man, some people are just big. I waterski with a kid, he’s 21ish. Works at UPS slinging boxes all day, very high pace. Then at least five days a week he waterskis, but not like fooling around, we ski with levels of women and girls on our shoulders in rough water, barefoot in roughish water, ski over a 6’ high jump, ski around the boat at like 50-60 mph whips, and wear waist straps to hold the rope while throwing girls around, again in rough water. For like three hours and sprint in between acts and you have to swim in a current if you fall. He’s 235 pounds at 5’10 and he’s not a fat ass, but not ripped. I eat him under the table easily. I’m sure I eat more than double what he does. His younger brother might wind up even bigger. He’s 19 and 200 poundsso when I fast i basically don’t eat for 16 hours of the day then i cram all my calories in a 8 hour window. my maintenance calories are around 3600 calories or should i go slightly below maintenance like 3200 and just make sure i get adequate protein then split the rest my calories evenly between carbs and fat. Knowing me i will probably lean a little heavier on the fats. 32-3600 calories is a lot to shove in a 8 hour window. Do i get the benefits from that seems like a lot of calories to shove in a little window. So i wake up every day about 4 -4:15 I know I can make it until 12:00 with out eating then i get out of work at 5 get home at 6 in the gym by 6:30 out of the gym about 8:15 home by 8:30 and i can have dinner by 9 i need to eat after i workout. so im going to have to figure a way to not eat until 3 in the afternoon. only eat between 3&9 and i can’t eat too much before i workout or im worthless in the gym.
i was thinking if i ate from 12:30 to 8:30 i could definitely start out with that. My job is very demanding physically and i want to make sure i have the energy for that. Then i can see how far to push it after or how to work 6 hours in my schedule . My forearms and wrists take a real beating too. I stretch and massage them frequently throughout the day, sometimes I’ll crouch down and dig into my forearms with my elbows. It helps a lot.I almost forgot to post my workout wrists is finally starting to feel a lot better I pushed a little hard yesterday until i knew i had to stop. I feel i had a great workout in. Cardio was a little bit light for my liking. Legs are still sore from day before. My legs still get sore but my upper body doesn’t no matter what i do I also did forearms yesterday. I need to work on forearms and wrists those are definitely my weak points

That's not stupid, thats being a real bodybuilderI went to the gym last night and did some cardio. tried to do some back workouts and my body said not tonight Stupid you are paying the price for over doing it two days in a row i’ll be good tomorrow i’ll just do a lighter version of mondays work out. i think just cuz im using gear i can over do it I need to remember I am 45 and just got back in not too long ago. I need to be especially careful of leg workouts they will drain me for three days if i go to hard on them. This morning I feel pretty good overall as always lunch and work snacks

I just got through this and it was painful (no bullet points or paragraphs), BUT.... excellent work on the weight loss and recomp. I'll be following.so i started off doing trt did it for Three months. I went from 255 pounds down to 215 in three months diet exercise and 180mg test c eod injections. got labs done 3 times my levels were all really good. i don’t have to do labs with my trt clinic for another 9 months. Started talking with a buddy at work watched a 100 youtube videos read every day for 3 months still reading watching learning. I talked my stupid self into doing a cycle. Probably way too early i know. Starting my cycle June 16 started at 200 test c 200 masteron. bumped both up to 380 each july 4 was going to run 12 weeks but thinking im getting my own labs done next week will make the decision on going full 12 weeks or cutting it down back to trt with lab results. My goal is to stay 215 and do a body recomp. so far so good staying same weight i had to up my food intake a lot. typical day of food would be 25 grams of whey protein 25 grams of caesin protein mixed with creatine, calcium, mct powder ,psyllium husk, collagen mixed with 1.5 cups 2 percent milk. 1 pack of animal pak ultimate foundation vitamins 6 of 12 of my cycle defend supplement for heart kidneys liver and prostate. that’s what Idrink for breakfast then i drink a 20 ounce bottle of water with liquid Iv. quick snack at work some pork rinds or a couple boiled eggs. Lunch is been the same thing for a while 2 cups of mixed berries and 8 ounces of smoked salmon and some pork rinds if i’m still hungry. after lunch snack cottage cheese or protein bar. right when i get home from work i eat whatever leftover meat ther is usally chicken about 4-6 ounces cooked then i eat either one banana or three dates take my second pack of animal pak vitamins and the other half of my cycle defend. Drink my stimulant free pre workout take a nitric oxide booster and my 3/3mg vardifil/tadalafil go to gym 15-30 minutes of cardio leg day twice a week 15 minutes light cardio heart beat around 120 the other 3 day 30 ish minutes 15 minutes heartbeat around 120 15 minutes heart beat between 140-160 do my workouts last set i always do a burn out.come home eat a lot of protein anywhere between 1/2-3/4 of a pound of chicken usally or cod or a fillet lots of veggies a fist full size of carb usally rice .i eat until i am full. I know i need to get better at exact weight and measurements. i have stayed between 212 and 216 for over a month a lot of the time i wake up around 1 am and drink a 1 scoop casein protein powder drink with 2 percent milk. I am a construction worker i average 12-15000 steps a day. I take blood pressure reading regularly around 125/68 these numbers go up or down by 3-5 I drink at least a bottle of water per hour i work sometimes more I am 6’2.5” 214 pounds right now the pictures that say june 1 i was 215 pounds the other photos were taken 3 days ago also 215 pounds. I did a lot of research before doing this i know masteron is usually for cutting however one of the you tubers i watched said you could use it to do a body recomp it’s pretty mild and if i used it the way i am i shouldn’t get any e2 sides should i stop my cycle now or make that decision with the blood work how’s my diet and stuff any pointers or suggestions am i a dumb ass for doing it with this body i think i have made good progress another 4 weeks at the rate im going i should be pretty lean looking hoping to get to around 15-17 percent body fat in 4 weeks

The two things that stuck out were that you need to really dial in your macros for each meal and then your daily total (ie: Protein grams/Fat grams/Carb grams), and the days of waking up in the middle of the night to slam a protein drink are very 90's bro. We don't do that anymore. Let your body fast while you sleep and maximize your GH pulse, insulin sensitivity and IGF1 release.

Yeah i just kinda jumbled stuff together. i’ve gotten a lot better in the last 6 or so weeks in logging. I’m getting ready to start intermittent fasting soon. My cycle is coming to an end in 8 days. I probably made a few mistakes along the way. I’ve learned a lot this cycle and did some pretty good body recomp in my opinion. I’m going to keep eating healthy intermittent fasting and prep for my next one i’m shooting to get down to 10-12 percent body fat in that time frame. My diet is really good. I have it dialed in to do so. A couple guys have given me a lot of good advice consistently on here. I have read a lot of other people’s logs as well. U will definitely hit that goal by thentrying to get closer to 3000 instead of 3600-4000 calories a day with all my protein. going to start not being so full all the time so when i start intermittent fasting in 12 days im not completely starving haven’t decided if im going to do keto again or just meat and veggies for dinner and meat and fruit before dinner with some sweet potatoes added in. so i would say that im 18ish percent body fat my goal is close to 12 percent by mid january when i start my next cycle. Ordered my Eq from ugl yesterday i have bottles of test on deck. pharmacy test from my trt clinic and the stuff i got tested. my chest is starting to grow a little bit with those inclines i’ve been doing every chest exercise
@milbous1 Great work man.....nice use of technology..........I got this new app called Zing it’s a AI workout and it’s got some Hiit style workouts I can make custom workouts i did 36 minutes of hiit style back and biceps all the exercises were super sets pretty tiring honestly. I think this is going to work out good with my plans for slimming down in the future didn’t quite hit 400 grams yesterday but close i hit 400 grams a day every day for a month picture of breakfast today 220 grams of leftover fillet and 2 eggs 1tbs of grass fed organic butter

I figured if i get to that percentage of body fat when i do this bulk in 31/2 months i should be able to maximize muscle gain and not get fat is my thought process. I have never been as lean as i am right now in my life. It feels good. i still have that fat on the sides of my chest hanging on and that lower belly fat but at 12 percent or lower hopefully it will be almost non existent.I will say since I have lost all this weight my feet don’t hurt like they used too i don’t get chafing anymore.U will definitely hit that goal by then
It took me a while to figure it out. I still think i like writing my work outs down with pen and paper better. As long as i follow the plan it works great but i can’t track any of the extras i do like drop sets and if i feel i want to add something it’s kinda pain in the butt once i already started the work out for me only it’s great but when I am logging it makes it a little more difficult@milbous1 Great work man.....nice use of technology..........

Ya fair enough... I read your first post and replied but then checked the last ones. Great recomp and I love your goal to 10% BF. You should start a new log just for your journey down to 10%. I eat at 8am and 7pm I only do 2MAD so I'm basically 2/22 fasting diet HOWEVER I've been bloated and achingly full the entire 12 weeks and if you check what I eat on my log you'll see why. I mean i work 6-10s usually. i don’t get the best sleep 51/2-6 hours on work nights on saturday night into sunday i get 7-8 and i am up and awake but i usually take sunday easy besides my workout. If i need to I’ll miss a day at the gym and get sleep or my body just says no. like on thursday or Friday i came home from work took a quick shower b4 working out yes i take them b4 and after. I sat on my bed at 6:30 at night and didn’t wake up until 3:30 in the morning no dinner no nothing except a bottle of water after i got out the shower.Does your work life ever slow down? You are working a lot of hours right? What kind of sleep are you getting?
