Does your work life ever slow down? You are working a lot of hours right? What kind of sleep are you getting?
I mean i work 6-10s usually. i don’t get the best sleep 51/2-6 hours on work nights on saturday night into sunday i get 7-8 and i am up and awake but i usually take sunday easy besides my workout. If i need to I’ll miss a day at the gym and get sleep or my body just says no. like on thursday or Friday i came home from work took a quick shower b4 working out yes i take them b4 and after. I sat on my bed at 6:30 at night and didn’t wake up until 3:30 in the morning no dinner no nothing except a bottle of water after i got out the shower.
 
today’s workout the bulgarian split squats i had 20 pounds dumbbells and all the planks were a minute. my rest time between all the top exercises were 1 minute 15 seconds when i got to reverse lunges i just did body weight my legs were like rubber

trying to get closer to 3000 instead of 3600-4000 calories a day with all my protein. going to start not being so full all the time so when i start intermittent fasting in 12 days im not completely starving haven’t decided if im going to do keto again or just meat and veggies for dinner and meat and fruit before dinner with some sweet potatoes added in. so i would say that im 18ish percent body fat my goal is close to 12 percent by mid january when i start my next cycle. Ordered my Eq from ugl yesterday i have bottles of test on deck. pharmacy test from my trt clinic and the stuff i got tested. my chest is starting to grow a little bit with those inclines i’ve been doing every chest exercise

I’ve had a lot of days like that too. You gotta do it. When I can get really good sleep it’s crazy how different my body can look.

Do you feel an actual benefit from the app?
I guess i do with the fact of it putting together exercises -supersets together in a way that the work together with each other. New exercises i’ve never done it explains it in detail with actual videos i don’t have to hunt down. it’s convenient that every thing is all together. there’s a lot of things that i don’t know how to do especially body exercises. It does a lot of body exercises for warmups and cool downs that stretch your body. guess after i really know what i’m doing for a couple years it won’t be as neat. the thing i like the most is the body exercises it puts together to workout and stretch my lower back. My back hasn’t been as tight the last couple of days. it doesn’t hurt at all it just gets really tight. The thing that i don’t like is i can’t add things like drop sets. It doesn’t have the best library of different machines either. I will probably use it for 6 months or so until i get everything i can from it. The benefit is time it gives me and shows me everything that i really need and want without me having to spend time to figure it out.

this is why i hate counting calories. you end up adding things to your diet that you don't need. 300 calories of cheesecake is not the same as 300 calories from almonds for example @milbous1

i’ve been really busy at work . I have been in areas i can’t eat in. It’s a FDA plant so really no food or drink. I have been trying to eat a little less and maintain high protein. I haven’t been so bloated since. I will keep it above 400 until i start intermittent fasting. Then its probably gonna drop only 6-8 hour window of eating

its good you are experimenting with cardio. some people like it before. some after. i think some light cardio before is good for warm ups just don't over do it @milbous1

this is the warm up the exercises and the cool down it gave me today for legs and core i picked the blonde as my coach looks betthere than a dude 😂

i’ve been really busy at work . I have been in areas i can’t eat in. It’s a FDA plant so really no food or drink. I have been trying to eat a little less and maintain high protein. there’s times for 3-5 hours some times here and there up to 6-8 hours we don’t leave our work area. porta bathrooms placed around jobsite the only thing that we are allowed is water we don’t get 15 minute breaks we gave those up for a hour lunch. i absolutely hate the company i work for. I’ve worked for them before. I just came here because it was a 2 year job and i got custody of my daughter with the condition i had to stay in state a year. The pay is ok i suppose. This company uses and abuses people if you don’t let them they get rid of ya and hire two illegals to take your place

they used to sell this cheesecake that was dairy free and super quality ingredients at whole foods in the freezer section. it was made of nuts and fruit. was the best thing ever

get some carb quick mix make the drop biscuits, take strawberries and make strawberrie shortcake mix with monk fruit sweetener and a little bit of honey or agave nectar that’s a pretty good dessert with a lot of fiber very little sugar pour that strawberry mix all over the drop biscuit

It’s not all the time there was a couple days last week when we had to build a crane and it was balls to the wall for 10 hours one day with a 30 minute break and 6 hours straight the next day. That’s why i said i was pretty sure that i could do the 8 hours just not the 6. on days i can’t eat like i need i could definitely expand my feeding window i can adapt and adjust. the day we worked 10 hours on the crane i drank a protein shake on the way home from work took a quick shower to go to the gym and woke up after 3 in the morning

that sounds intense 2 miles swimming. 1.8 is nothing i agree with that i do get in 15-20000 steps a day though

Should have the whole weekend off this weekend kinda excited. one complete day of rest one day of gym. Anyway macros for the day stuffed myself with chicken and yogurt before the concert so i don’t over eat junk food lol. 😂

it was a little late after i saw this. it it was a big basket full of french fries with cheap gas station chili and cheese. It was ok but food like that really isn’t good like it used to be. It really upset my stomach eating that much trash in one setting should of just ate 1/4 of them

Hmmmm low t4, I even had that as a natty. I think it can go up and down a fair amount. I have heard it’s common to have that when eating low carb. I eat plenty of carbs now. And no longer have low t4.

But maybe this can be sorted out.

You should go with high amounts of probiotics and digestive enzymes after :D with apple cider vinegar.

yes and my t3 is really high after i’m off everything for 4-6 weeks im getting bloods done again and if they still out of whack i’ll go get it checked. i do do pretty low carb for how active i am

T4 low and your IGF1 levels are not where they should be. You're not on HGh now? @milbous1
 
lunch of champions after a two hour leg workout

I did throw in some calf raises as well as two different ab exercises I think i am going to go back to writing my exercises as well so i can include drop set and all that stuff.

I guess the bloating went away a little quicker last night . I drank 1.5 tbs this morning it didn’t give me heart burn or anything

Is this the first time your thyroid has been outta range like this or is there some history here?

If it's just a one time thing don't stress about it. Like you said, follow up blood work will be the real determination.

Hematocrit could just be a little high because of dehydration.

So many factors can play into things being outta range just once. Not to worry bro

I don’t remember ever having checked my thyroid. my hematocrit should go down being off cycle I would assume. it could be dehydration it was pretty hot that week and i was sweating the bed at night for a few days. I’m going to give it a month on trt only get bloods checked. then if anything is crazy im going to a real doctor and getting the works.
 
got it in at the gym tonight did two additional drop sets with incline bench did 120 pushups as well in between some sets i need to chill out though both my wrists are bothering me i think it might be the tamoxifen because i haven’t taken it for a couple days and feeling a little relief. They feel dry and creaky if that makes sense. came home ate a pound of 93/7 taco meat with cheese. i haven’t completely got to my full fast yet but close. i just got to get rid of my morning protein shake. i wake up so hungry on gym nights. no matter how much i eat.

my E2 sits at around 15-17 no matter what on trt dose 15 17 15 at that was three test 140mg,140mg and 180 mg were my doses and that’s when i was fat. on cycle my e2 came back at 15 and 17 on those two test. first half of cycle was test and mast second half of cycle was test and primo. I think i like the primo better. 380of each first half probably closer to 400 honestly. and 400 of each second half.

That’s a ton of pressing volume with the extra drop sets and 120 pushups, no wonder the wrists are barking. Tamoxifen can dry out joints for some guys, so it lines up with what you’re feeling easing off it. A full pound of 93/7 taco meat with cheese is solid fuel after that session, plenty of protein and fats to cover recovery. Morning hunger is normal when you smash late gym nights, dropping the shake might not be worth it if it helps you hit macros clean. :D

How would i raise my e2 a little bit? Pin only twice a week instead of eod. I take fish oil supplements 2 times a day i do collagen peptides eat salmon enough wrist feel 60 percent better since stopping tamoxifen super high test dose and primo and it’s been 4 days i dont think anything really has left my system yet though.

I think pinning twice a week would just give you e2 spikes vs a higher e2. It sounds like it may have just been the Tamoxifen and you gotta wait for it all to get outta your system.

Why were you taking the Tamoxifen anyway? You got gyno? Definitely doesn't look like it?

Any chance you hurt your wrists at work installing a new machine or something? Fixing one of those dummies mistakes? Lol

I'm actually dealing with some wrist pain myself right now. I think I aggrivated them working in a tight junction box trying to bend some 3 ought Copper wire by hand. I did it, but my wrists have been pretty sore since. Then doing straight bar Arnold curls made it worse I think. I'm starting the BPC 157 again tonight.

That’s a solid plan easing into fasting instead of cutting everything at once, makes it way easier to stick with. Apple cider vinegar won’t kill hunger but trimming snacks then dropping the morning shake will get you right into that 12:30 to 9 window. That’s a solid plan easing into fasting instead of cutting everything at once, makes it way easier to stick with. Apple cider vinegar won’t kill hunger but trimming snacks then dropping the morning shake will get you right into that 12:30 to 9 window. That’s a ton of pressing volume with the extra drop sets and 120 pushups, no wonder the wrists are barking. Tamoxifen can dry out joints for some guys, so it lines up with what you’re feeling easing off it. A full pound of 93/7 taco meat with cheese is solid fuel after that session, plenty of protein and fats to cover recovery. Morning hunger is normal when you smash late gym nights, dropping the shake might not be worth it if it helps you hit macros clean. :D

I’ve been getting closer to around 325 -350 when i cut out my morning snacks today i’m at 320 and still have dinner so i will definitely hit it today. not going to the gym tonight. going in the morning back and biceps tomm and legs sunday both will be done in the am and i will be lazy afterwards probably take a couple hour nap. after both work outs the shake is the only thing that helps me make sure my protein is over 300 grams half the protein in my shake is whey the other half is casein protein when allowed to eat at work i get in around 100 grams of protein between breakfast and lunch. usually in the form of chicken tenders and yogurt of some style. and maybe a protein bar

Protein setup looks solid, hitting 320+ with dinner still to go keeps you on track and that whey/casein combo post workout covers both fast and slow digestion. Morning back and bis then legs Sunday is a good split, nap after will only help recovery. Chicken tenders, yogurt, and a bar at work is easy protein, just keep it consistent and you’ll have no issue staying over 300 daily. I think pinning twice a week would just give you e2 spikes vs a higher e2. It sounds like it may have just been the Tamoxifen and you gotta wait for it all to get outta your system.

Why were you taking the Tamoxifen anyway? You got gyno? Definitely doesn't look like it?

I'm actually dealing with some wrist pain myself right now. I think I aggrivated them working in a tight junction box trying to bend some 3 ought Copper wire by hand. I did it, but my wrists have been pretty sore since. Then doing straight bar Arnold curls made it worse I think. I'm starting the BPC 157 again tonight.
so i was taking the tamoxifen because my right nip was on fire and from my understanding tamoxifen doesn’t crush e2 like the others but it stops gyno and i started taking it and the burning stopped then i quit it started burning again so i started taking it and it stopped again hopefully without all the extra hormones it doesn’t start back up.
 
got it in at the gym tonight did two additional drop sets with incline bench did 120 pushups as well in between some sets i need to chill out though both my wrists are bothering me i think it might be the tamoxifen because i haven’t taken it for a couple days and feeling a little relief. apple cider organic with mother. Originally it was two weeks over 400 i did it for a month plus a little i can gaurantee over 300 on a type of fast i suppose it would be called especially with how active i am. i can’t guarantee 400 without being able too eat all day. I guess im just going to have to wait for my bulk cycle in january oh this may have came in the mail today 2.5 weeks international order 40 percent off with bitcoin Ug Freak. Body Monster might have influenced some of this buy. Might try it the last 6 weeks might wait until a true cut cycle. Definitely running Test and Boldo in january if labs are good I like to be prepared

thank you i’ve came a long way. I plan on doing my next cycle the right way lean to start and bulking slapping on some good muscle mass. I have stayed right around the same weight this whole cycle lost a ton of fat so the recomp in my opinion was a success. I can probably make my way to 190-195 by january 15 and be in the 10-12 percent body fat range. I just have a little belly left and some right around the waist line. I have never had the v cut in my stomach in my life . that’s what i’m after right now. without losing muscle or strength if possible. so far so good.

I think my right started hurting around the time i was taking the tamoxifen. and it was for my right wrist when i was using dumbbells and didn’t want to drop them when i pushed myself to absolute failure. now i drop them without a thought. and my left wrist and dryness in both was the last 7-10 days. It could be i’ve just been pushing to hard because i was on gear as well but the last few days feeling better. How do you like the BPC 157 how long before you notice results

they weren’t all in a row i can only get in 35-40 if im fresh i do a lot of planks and plank variations. i also hit the ab machine pretty hard leg lifts cable twist i’ll throw some sit ups in though . I was doing sets of 20 then sets of 15 in between exercises just to get a little pump on the chest. you talked me into buying a couple bottles of Tren A. possibly for the last 6 weeks maybe 8 of the next cycle in the winter when i do a bulk. Or i might save them for a cut haven’t decided yet

Are you using winstrol? And taking fish oils and or joint products?

just so you know i haven’t really been to jail in over 15 years for more than over night. and none in the last 10 years for something that i did . I spent a week in jail. for breaking and entering for sitting in a parking lot sleeping. I pulled over on my way to a different job because i travel for work. i was tired i wake up to cops beating on my door pulling me out of my truck accusing me of breaking and entering threw me in jail . put money in account to bond out that night they lost the money in the system for a week it was a fucking nightmare. i was so polite at first but when i figured i was going to jail as a innocent man my mouth was pretty bad. they caught the real person before i even went to court. dropped all charges.

The results depend on the injury. Typically I get some good relief after a few days and in about a week I'm all better when it comes to strains like this.

I started using bpc-157 about 5 or 6 years ago to heal up injuries quick so it doesn't affect my work. I always have a vial in the fridge ready to go in case I hurt myself. Generally I'll try and just tough it out for a few days with minor stuff like this and see if it resolves on its own, but the bpc 157 always provides relief within a few days.

For more serious injuries where I pull something or feel something get tweaked bad I hop on the BPC right away and sometimes it prevents things from even getting to a point where it's painful at all. Like works right away. It's pretty incredible

Yep BPC and TB are going to be the one size fits all injury protocol. Whatever is wrong the two of them together will fix it. Look at these recovery numbers. Aug 15th was my first dose at 2iu. 3 days in a row I got the highest recovery score I've ever had in my life lol
