I mean i work 6-10s usually. i don’t get the best sleep 51/2-6 hours on work nights on saturday night into sunday i get 7-8 and i am up and awake but i usually take sunday easy besides my workout. If i need to I’ll miss a day at the gym and get sleep or my body just says no. like on thursday or Friday i came home from work took a quick shower b4 working out yes i take them b4 and after. I sat on my bed at 6:30 at night and didn’t wake up until 3:30 in the morning no dinner no nothing except a bottle of water after i got out the shower.Does your work life ever slow down? You are working a lot of hours right? What kind of sleep are you getting?
