Approved Log Growth phase 2025 Log - Test - EQ - Tbol - HGH Cycle

Saturday the 16th of August 25
Fasted weight: 97.10kg.

End of week 13
weight gained this blast - 17kg
Total weight gained since starting peds again in march 14 - 21.15kg.

This week I've been local im back to my traditional 4:30am sessions,
Today being Back &Bis
Fatigue has caught up to me this week so I've been doing my version of a deload (1on1off) to give myself a bit more recovery time.
Calories have been around 5150 this week to break through that weight plateau which has been effective.

My current idea is to run it for another fortnight before dropping back to a cruise phase, lowering calories and mainly helping recover my apetite which is non existent recently due to the amount of food I've been consuming to keep this growing happening. That being said I'm extremely happy with my body's response to everything so far and did not expect this form of outcome. (Inital goal weight was 91kg)

I have another week at home before I'll be away for close to 2 months which depending on how my bloods look may work out perfectly for timing the next blast

(Hopefully getting my hands in some of UGL's mast when it's restocked) already told spud he better not forget me if I don't have reception when it's marked available 🤣
Changes to cycle:
As of last night I've dropped my gh from 5iu to 3.3, carpel tunnel came on hard.
I've been recommended Dandeloin?
Thoughts?

Other than that hope everyone here is continuing to smash their goals and have a great weekend with friends and family 🙏
@R M keep up the good work champ. i love to see this type of training. you are pushing it nicely

@R M you have a great plan in place man. That’s why you’re so successful with this log. Always got a plan.

A little late on the checkin for me it's been quote a hectic few days. Many apologies
Weight: 96.60kg
Calories: 3500

Peds 3.3iu gh
250 test

The blast has officially ended as my body was telling me it needed a break.

Entering a health/cruise for the next few weeks with the main focus of recovering my apetite which is absolutely shot and tightening up slightly for the next blast.

Working in a very secluded location and after a nightmare trying to get access to their "gym" I find out it only has cardio equipment so I'm stuck doing bodyweight training for exactly 1 week which is quite challenging towards motivation.

Overall results
- Blast - current +16kg. (May)
Return to peds (march 14)
75.95kg - 96.60kg.

Calories lowest
2300 (pre easter trip cut)
Calories highest
5150

Good calories but I think on a cruise you need more recovery food.

Thanks Lev always appreciate your Input
I've worked very regional this last week amd had almost no reception it's been a tough one

I'll be running g 250 test E for the next 7 weeks (potentially less pending good blood results)

3500 is for my apetite to recover which is working quite well! I'm starting to feel hungry again!

Planning out my next cycle which will be focused on improving composition around current weight staying within the 90/100kg range

We're in discussion of
Test
Mast
Gh
Eq
NPP (this will be first time using it so doses low assess tollerance)
-I have intentions to Hit and miss orals with cycle for the purpose of minimising liver stress
So this next cycle will be a miss, the one following will re introduce!

This is a good plan but you know NPP has some mental sides, you use it before?

I have not used npp but I am interested in learning more through a cycle of it
I've ran tren quite high in my youth and didn't have any negatives (aside from not understanding how to manage prolactin levels ect back then)
But my personality is very calm/quiet and self aware, so I've never found myself with any negatives in relation to mental sides

Tren and npp interestingly different psychologically. I would start slow with npp 50mgs/week and work to 100 then 150.

What does that currently consist of?
On the menu for this fortnight
Pasta
Ground beef
Homemade red sauce
Bread
Eggs
Dextrose
Protein
Milk

I'm hitting targets but also changing it up a fair bit as a main component of this recovery phase is resetting me apetite which is working I'm starting to feel very hungry again on this intake which is a big win
That way when it's tome for the next blast we're full steam ahead.

- I'll be training at a pcyc from Wednesday - Wednesday (I've trained there before it's one of the decent gyms when I'm away thankfully)

Mood & Motivation
It's hard being away from family so often but It just means I appreciate time at home that much more.
Training is helping extremely well regarding mental health being away giving me something to keep me occupied active and motivated.

Ps threw up a pic of some PLATINUM UGLOZ Merch!

Happy Sunday, everyone!

A few weeks into this cruise and feeling great.

Today’s session (legs – working with what I’ve got here):

Leg Extensions – 3 sets, 12–16 reps @ 95kg (warm-up, get the blood flowing)

Leg Press

160kg × 16

200kg × 12

220kg × 10

220kg × 9

Calf Extensions on Leg Press – 3 sets @ 160kg for 16–22 reps

Barbell Back Squats

60kg × 20

100kg × 14

140kg × 9

Superset: Leg Extensions + Hamstring Curls – 2 sets, 8–12 reps each

First time in years I’ve felt comfortable doing barbell squats—feel ive finally built enough mass on my back to support my old collarbone injury.

Power look I like the shoulders and arms BIG :D and lean too.
Sitting at 94.4 kg with those macros locked in is a good spot, plenty of carbs to fuel sessions and protein high enough to hold muscle while tapering. Bloods tomorrow will tell you if it’s time to light up the blast, smart to have everything ready with travel coming. Slow cooker meal prep is a game changer, chicken and rice done that way makes the diet effortless. Hitting 17.5” arms and still getting that pump on shoulders and arms shows the work is paying off, nice milestone to tick off.

Check-In

Recomp Blast officially kicked off Tuesday 💥

Current Weight (fasted): 94.50 kg – holding steady

Macros: P228 / C396 / F64

Cardio Plan (EOD, timing + machine varies):

Stairs: 20 min @ Level 5

Elliptical: 30–45 min (time depending)

I’ll monitor weight closely and adjust diet if needed.

Training intensity is on point—hauling ass as always. This week’s gym setup is actually solid, definitely better than what I usually get when working away.

Good start to the blast, weight holding steady at 94.5 while pushing that much food shows you’re partitioning well. Protein and carbs are right where they should be for growth, fats reasonable too. Cardio setup is balanced with stairs and elliptical so you’ll stay conditioned while keeping recovery. Training intensity sounds locked in, keep logging it so we can see how strength trends as the recomp moves along. :D

That’s a strong double session, pressing 100 kg on the hammer shoulder press for solid reps shows power is there and the dumbbell raises round the delts out well. Arms got hammered with all that pushdown and curl work, nice touch finishing with the drop set on hammers to really pump them out. Cardio first thing then weights after work is a big day, good mix for keeping condition while still chasing strength. :D

Check-In – 21/09/2025

Morning fasted weight: 94.45 kg
Gradually tapering down. I’ll be sticking with the current calories:

3136 kcal

396g carbs

228g protein

64g fat

I’ll run this for the next fortnight, only adjusting if weight loss becomes drastic.

Bloods tomorrow to determine whether this blast is ready to kick off. Either way, I’ll be prepared and packed for the work trip.

Meal prep leveled up!
Picked up a slow cooker and it’s now my best friend — just load it, turn it on, forget about it, and check it the next morning. Couldn’t be easier.

Basic diet layout:

Chicken

Rice

Eggs

Toast

Biscoff spread

Protein

Milk

Dextrose

Today’s session:
Shoulders & arms — killer pump. Arms are measuring 17.5” (lifetime goal of +17” arms achieved ✅).
Diet looks really good

@R M Great work man....

Training Log – Legs + Stairmaster
📅 Travel Day – Back Home for Kings Birthday Long Weekend

This morning started early (3:30AM) with some quick packing, breakfast, and prepping my intra/post workout drink (90g carbs from dextrose + BCAAs/EAA hydration mix). Despite limited equipment options, I pushed through a solid legs session followed by conditioning.

Workout:

Leg Press: 160×16, 200×12, 240×12, 240×10, 240×10 → Triple drop set (−40kg each step)

Leg Extensions: Full stack × 20/18/17/15/15

Adductors: 3×14

Abductors: 3×11

Lying Hamstring Curls: 3×10

Seated Calf Extensions: 60kg × 4 sets to failure

Finisher:

15 minutes Stairmaster (Level 5)

Now back home with family for the long weekend

- Pants in photos attached actually fit my waist when I was peak bulk (around 98.5kg)
So the Bloat from when I was eating over 5k calories is definitely gone.
I will take some better checkin photos this weekend.

Strong session considering the travel and early start, 240 on leg press for multiple sets plus the triple drop set is plenty of volume, and following with full stack extensions shows the quads are holding power. Adductors, abductors, curls and calves rounded it out nicely, then Stairmaster at the end kept conditioning sharp. Dropping from that 98.5kg bulk bloat down to where pants fit clean again is a good sign you’ve leaned out while keeping size, check-in pics this weekend will show it. :D

Quick catch-up guys long weekend has been fun
Friday - Quad Focus
Saturday - Shoulders and arms
Sunday Hammie focus
Monday/today. Rest - Errands - Packing
Tomorrow is travel day, luckily I'll be home next weekend.
There's a "council managed gym" where I'm staying so it will be nothing impressive But I'll share photos of what I'm working with, and how I'll make it work!
Here are some photos currently

94.50kg
No adjustments to diet as I'm happy holding with composition changes.
I will very likely continue this until mid November, then pull it in closer to 90kg for December

You’ve got a great look in those pics with a wide back, thick chest, and big arms showing strong overall balance. The condition looks right for holding around 94.5 kg, showing abs.

Keep the current diet steady through travel and just adapt sessions around whatever that gym allows. Once you’re back home, you can adjust. @R M

You’re looking lean and big in those pics, clear shape and condition holding well. Good job keeping intensity up even with limited gym options, the mix of lunges, presses, and pushdowns keeps everything active.

Once back home, jump straight into heavier compounds again with 3–4 working sets per main lift to rebuild strength while maintaining that lean look.

Log Entry – Monday

Hey all,
Happy Monday.

This morning’s check-in has me sitting back at 94kg, with a few dips over the past week reaching 92.8kg.

Over the coming fortnight, I’ll be maintaining around 3,000 calories, adjusted to suit my expected activity levels. The routine remains unchanged — everything is working well as it is, along with my supplement setup.

I’ve also added Melanotan 2 (MT2), and I’m aiming to train in the mornings during this next work trip so I can get some sun exposure in the afternoons.

This will be the final fortnight before I increase overall activity and begin gradually pulling back toward my planned end-of-cycle weight of ~90kg.

Today’s session was a glorious Chest Day, and I trained at a new gym in my city — one I’ve decided I’ll be switching to once I return from this upcoming trip.

You look huge and lean in those pics, the 94 kg frame is tight, you can get to 90kg easy. Chest day sounds strong, a few gym pics would be nice.

At 3000 cals you’re right on track for a slow cut, dont go down too fast imo.

These are some amazing workouts I can tell you get in, hit it hard, and get out. Love that.
Bro you have the genetics to do a show!

Is your goal to get to 90kg and then doing a prep to step on a stage? Are you still wanting to do an IFBB show next year? I'm coming into this log late so my apologies if you already stated this between May when you started the log til now. I think you'd have a great shot at it you're one dense, thick mass monster you're body is just waiting for a few days of lasix suffering and you'd rock that stage; your shape in amazing!
