Dumbbell press: (strength going way up in week 14)
warmup: 60's x 15 for form and bloodflow

2 sets with 75's x 8
1 set with 90's x 6
1 set with 60's to complete failure
Incline bench on the assisted barbell rack machine: (
no spotter so I need to be able to twist backward and let the hooks catch it when I fail)

2 sets with 45's and a 25 x 8
1 set with 45's and a 35 x 6
1 set with 45x2 on each side x 4
1 set with 45's to complete eccentric failure *then I have to wiggle my head under the bar to get out LOL*
