Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

Hi Team

I don't have much imagination when it comes to meal prepping, what are some good apps or sites to get custom meal prepping recipes from? I used chatgpt but meh.

Will do full update this weekend on food, body pics, weight and so on.

No big PBs and a few i went backwards on, trimmed up some more and have weighed in under 100kg first time in approx 4+ years.

A-lot of food noise today and may have caved a little, Started Reta on Sunday but only went 250mcg to see how I went with it, Will push it up to 500mcg this Sunday, Is it worth splitting into two doses?

HGH 1IU - started on Saturday, have quickly found I cannot take it anywhere near bed time, I get super tired but cannot fall asleep, so now I will take in late afternoon, sleep is very deep and wake up feeling refreshed; has also made me super calm, didn't know that was a thing; is it worth moving to 2IU?
No need for PBs you really are trying and pushing, on the retatrutide I would try 250mcg eod to get the dose right.
Try 2 IUs before bed with hgh see how you feel.
@LevButlerov what are your thoughts of me adding Cardarine back in, something I took previously and found it helped.
Cardarine gw? that's one of my favorite, 10mgs/ed will really help cardio and lipids, just don't go high doses.

Yeah Cardarine GW, I love it and seem to perform a lot easier on it, but read to not stay on it more than 6 weeks at a time?

For my Mental health aspect, I have picked up Semax and Selank that I want to add in

Semax AM (6am, thats when I get into work but I also take Thyroxin and want to give that space)
Selank in the early evening.

As these are nutropics I can not find any interactions that could be an issue, have you had any experince with it?

That's a myth, you can run cardarine 12 weeks easy but to be safe 8 weeks on 4 off.

Thanks @Mobster, I think I am back to almost 100% and seeing the Dr in 30mins to get the all clear, I didn't want to break the routine of getting into the gym so i didn't back slide and stop being consistent, have tried setting myself up mentally and really pushing my mind since restarting to go when I try to make excuses for myself

The mental game is where the work is won, i was the same at the very start trying to keep my head in the game.
Its like a snowball at the start slowing building bigger but a rock here and there can stop it in its tracks back to nothing. Allow enough consistency for the snowball to grow and it will eventually turn in an avalanche and nothing will stop it 💪
Well done doing what you needed too to keep your momentum.
 
Picked up what they call travellers diarrhoea, has taken a bit to get over the main part of it, they had me on Azithromycin 500mg, I have a follow up with the GP today as well.
Always have activated charcoal. Stuff works great for that

Moved to 2IU HGH last night, was a lot easier to fall asleep and stay asleep; hoping it continues to improve.

Had a bad food day yesterday, blew out to 3100 calories, couldnt control my hunger 😫

Another session done, yesterday I struggled with energy and mood, I am trying to get better stretch and form in my sessions now so backed of a little on weights to achieve this. (Not sure if this was Reta blunting energy and mood? Ended ip leaving a games night early as I had nothing in the tank)

Waiting on an additional insulin pen so I can start Selank and Semax.

This week will be interesting with most of it travelling for work interstate with client and staff lunch and dinners, but made sure there was a gym close to where I am staying.

Good update there. Dropping to 2IU and sleeping better is a win, hopefully that keeps steady because recovery starts with quality sleep. Food slip happens, just reset and move on, the key is not letting one day spill into three. Backing off weight to focus on form is smart, that’ll carry more long-term progress than grinding through bad reps. Traveling will test your discipline but you already lined up a gym so you’re setting yourself up right. Keep posting the prep pics, that accountability keeps you sharp. But do try to up your protein please. @G-Merc 80

Long week with travel interstate with 12 plus hour days of work, tested my ability to still show up, hit the gym and stay the course on healthy eating.

Lack of sleep impacted strength at the gym, and I bloody felt it.

Made some Protein focused muffins, really good. See pics Protein 31g, Fat 22g, Carb 5.5g per serving.

Took my first small dose of Selank, mind was loud, and anxiety was up, it works well, turns down the noise and helped smooth the anxiety right out; from what I am reading its more of a take when needed scenario, dose was small at 250mcg, based on my first experience I am excited to see how it progresses.

I had my first session with the coach today, I have a lot to learn but exactly what I need to help keep me accountable and guide me to my goals! An absolute legend, thank you.

I know I need to get better at taking progress shots lol, standing up straight and so on

Sleep loss will always drag down strength but you still showed up and that’s what counts. Protocol looks tidy, daily pins with test e and low dose hgh will keep things steady, cardarine and aromasin are dialed. Adding in 20 mg should give you another bump, and once N2Guard lands you’ll stack the supps nicely. Glad you’re dialing it in, shifting HGH to dinner clearly worked better for you and yeah those jitters were likely blood sugar swings. Hitting 300g protein is a big step, and if you feel stronger with lower carbs then that’s the lane to keep pushing. Rain cardio still counts, and those views make it easier to stay consistent even on rest days. Throw those pics up, always good to see the scenery that keeps you grinding.

Lol I think I have now figured what will work best for me in this phase, but also what will work when I move into the next phase, too easy to become obsessed in this life style see the small progressions in yourself then where others have come from like yourself.

Good adjustment with the HGH timing, fasted first thing is the way to go if fat loss is the priority and splitting 1iu on waking then 1iu pre cardio is a smart plan. Big difference in hunger control like you noticed, now you can actually stay in the deficit instead of chasing food all day. Training strength climbing while holding condition means you’re right on track for that 90kg goal. The InBody scan will give you a nice baseline, worth the 60 bucks to see where you’re at before deciding on the bulk phase. :D

@G-Merc 80 There isn't really necessarily a right or wrong way to use growth hormone. You'll see that a lot of people have different strategies, It boils down to what fits what you're looking for.
