Good upper B session, those cable presses climbing up to 60 kg for 13 show chest strength holding steady. Nice work balancing it with single arm back work, those 45 kg pulldowns and rows for high teens give solid lat activation. Curls and pushdowns both loaded heavy too, nearly 50 on curls and over 50 on pushdowns is strong arm work. Clean session overall, volume and weights looked right on point.

This is another really good workout session. Slow down a little bit though. You don't want to overtrain your arms. You'll end up with wrists and elbow issues.@gar71

Good lower day, hacks and extensions gave quads plenty of work and the seated curls at 52.5kg for 26 reps show solid hamstring endurance. Weighted hypers and cable RDLs cover posterior chain nicely without smashing your back too hard. Calves hit heavy with high reps too, that’s how you get them to grow. Dinner macros look on point with fajitas, protein was stacked and carbs moderate.

Big focus on rest/recovery at the moment, my sleep, resting heart rate ,HRV has gone to pieces, I’ve tried to push through but I can’t ,my sleep has been real bad for 15-20 days, so I need to look after myself for a week or two
14k steps with glucose at 4.8 is solid. Rest and recovery is smart here, forcing training when sleep and HRV are shot just digs you deeper. Keep your food clean, stay moving, and once sleep comes back normal you’ll be ready to push hard again.
 
I’m doing some research on HGH to use on my next one. Does your coach have you take your HGH 7 days a week or do you do a couple off days? How did he decide on 4iu ( versus 2 or 3iu a day)? Thanks.

My diets about the only thing that’s going good at the moment Lev, blood sugar and blood pressure are both good ,sleep ,heart rate etc are in the bin ,I’m lowering my dosages and getting bloods to try and get to the bottom of things.
Lets work on it to see what's the issue.
5.4 is normal range glucose if fasted but after meal that's strange means you have amazing glucose metabolism :D That's why I asked.
 
My last full blood panel,l tested my glucose at 4 in the afternoon, non fasted and it was 4.8, big weight loss and Reta have helped a lot
4.8 non fasted in the afternoon is a great sign, especially after dropping weight and running retatrutide. Both the fat loss and the compound clearly improved your insulin sensitivity, those numbers show your body is processing food really well. :D

Yeah I’m pretty happy with these numbers, I was borderline diabetic 3 yrs ago so it’s a great turnaround

Strong numbers for a first day back, 101 on pulldown for 18 is solid pulling strength and 82.5 bench cable pressing for 15 shows chest power is holding steady. Arms clearly had plenty in the tank with 47.5 curls for 20 and 52.5 pushdowns for 26, that’s a big pump.
Breakfast choice was clean too, eggs with avo and toast covers protein, fats and carbs nicely before the session.
