870g protein in a day is wild, that flank steak and cottage cheese combo really blew it up and it’s no surprise you’re holding 209lbs after the blast. Training load with 15k steps, chores, and 1000 pushups plus crunches is plenty of work on top of it. Body comp sounds good if abs are still in and only a slight bump in BF across 20lbs gained, that’s a solid blast outcome. Smart to cruise into TRT now and line up retatrutide for the cut phase, recovery will thank you for it.

But it’s not even close. Eating competitors can eat like 26 pounds of meat… for practice. How much protein is 100 hotdogs? He is killing it though. He’s eating it and actually using it. I don’t even know about eating competitors. What’s going on with them? I feel really good when my protein is very high. Even when I was natural I did, I just didn’t get much bigger after a point

I totally expect that some members think I'm BS'ing my diet but due to my 12-step program I can't be dishonest and I've tried to document all meals as best as possible. And ya, I'm realizing through this board my protein intake is pretty high LOL.

Something to that, for sure. I rarely don’t clean my plate, and I’ve eaten my entire meal prep numerous times. You must be eating ~$400-$500 a week, huh?

Something to that, for sure. I rarely don’t clean my plate, and I’ve eaten my entire meal prep numerous times. You must be eating ~$400-$500 a week, huh?
That's pretty close because I buy all my red meat on sale in bulk so every night I have two steaks (or one big one worth the same as two) so that's $50 ED in red meat so that's $350 in red meat every week right there.

Smoked meat and filet mignon in those portions is serious fuel, no doubt you’re keeping protein high enough to hold size until you’re back in the gym. The full report will be a great read when you drop it, especially with how locked in you’ve been. :D

That’s the way to do it, big chunk of tenderloin in the air fryer and you’ve got protein for the day without messing around. Easy, fast, and plenty of clean meat to keep you on track even when the house is chaos. :D high protein max! @HarleyGuy

You're exactly right! The BBQ can't really cook that properly the pics don't do it justice it looks like a small volleyball in the air fryer. 30 minutes at 400F and flip one time and you get chicago rare, burnt oustide and rare inside. Easy to eat too I could have had another one.

yeah i pulled off a filet mignon on the grill before. let it sit for about 2 hours on the counter for the center to warm up. set the grill to high on one side and low on the other and slow cooked it on the low side. it actually cooked pretty evenly

That's actually a really good insight! I'll try that. Especially the part about letting the whole thing cool first.

I wait for any red meat to go on sale then I load up as much as I can afford. If it says "maximum 2 per person" I'll buy 2 and walk back in the store and buy another 2 and go to every cashier :ROFLMAO:. Then the self checkout I go as many times as the supervisor can stand before saying something LOL.
 
As I set up my post cycle supps to help my bloods get back in check I'm just looking for opinions on this krill oil.

1kg lean ground beef and 4 tomatoes. About half of meal # 2. Jockeying kids back and forth to doctor today.

Still got a workout in too! When I get home it’s flank stank baby!

If you wanna try something that will blow your mind. Use the trimmings, or just cut some up small and make yourself some beef quesadillas or fajitas with the filet...it will melt in your mouth. My wife does it with the parts the don't work out to be steaks and it's incredible.

Been keeping up with others' logs and helping out and was able to hit the gym twice but definitely not letting the diet go. Posting pics and meals on my log when I'm able. Otherwise just using my phone and staying on top of my watched logs and threads. It's when I'm at my desktop I can do my big log updates.

On Saturday my "end of cycle analysis" of compounds, diet, macros and heavy duty Mentzer style training will drop and then while on TRT I'll be asking for advice on fasting and running RETA as well. Looking to stay above 200lbs (currently at 210) and harden up everything I gained on cycle and drop some BF.

Individual compound feedback (all Nordic Fusion from @Fusion Canada):

-TestE: As expected, T levels stayed high and level throughout. This is Rx TestE Delatestryl from the pharmacy
-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.





THE SUPPLEMENTS:

Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.
-Before and after upper body and before and after quads below. Yes I wear the same under armour underwear almost every day! Got me about 24 pairs. LOL. I keep shit simple.



OVERVIEW:

WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

Are you not going to keep an iu or two of gh with your trt? Or maybe keeps 10mg of MK677 for the gh effects? I really liked my mk677 experience, and I just got more. Seems to help keep the weight up nicely

Im also a huge advocate for a back of or 'stripback' set to eccentric failure after the top working sets and have found the most growth with this approach too.

Physically I'm still feeling strong and lifts haven't changed so far, mentally I was having post-blast blues but had to remind myself that TRT for a while and getting my bloods in range is now my new goal that I'm looking forward to so mentally now is all good. Systemically it's great; I had a small little moment of "oh what was that" when I lifted something heavy at an awkward angle into our storage pod so the right elbow is still less than 100% (only at the angle of armwrestling but not the gym) so I'm gonna run some more peptide into both elbows for a couple months and keep the collagen high in my shakes.

Individual compound feedback (all Nordic Fusion from @Fusion Canada):

-TestE: As expected, T levels stayed high and level throughout. This is Rx TestE Delatestryl from the pharmacy
-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.





THE SUPPLEMENTS:

  • Digest Gold 2 caps before each meal
  • NAC 2000mg (1000mg with each meal)
  • Biotin 10mg (10,000 mcg) x 3 = 30mg biotin
  • Berberine 1000mg (with every meal)
  • Milk Thistle 3 pills providing 450mg of silymarin
  • Mutant multi vitamin x 2 (one with meal# 1 and meal #2)
  • Creatine 20g with protein shake
  • Psyllium husk 30g (15g before each meal)
  • Ubiquinol 100mg
  • Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother 2 tbsp (1 tbsp before each meal)
  • HCGenerate (3 caps with Meal # 2)
  • Taurine 6g with morning protein shake
  • Biopiperine 10mg with Meal#2 and all supps


Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):

Those compounds are gonna be in your system for a while bro. Don't get down, you're still practically on cycle. It'll be weeks before you notice any changes post cycle. Keep going strong bro!

The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.

Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.

Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.

WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

Individual compound feedback (all Nordic Fusion from @Fusion Canada):

-TestE: As expected, T levels stayed high and level throughout. This is Rx TestE Delatestryl from the pharmacy
-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.
Big shout out to @Fusion Canada for really pumping you up in this log.
Test e from the pharmacy is always going to feel smooth and steady, nothing surprising there. Test p giving you that quick bump makes sense with the short ester. Deca and npp doing their thing by week 10 with the joints and weight is right on cue. Tren a sounds like it hit more on the mental side for you which lines up with how some handle it. Mast p clearly worked, veins and libido spike are dead giveaways. Dhb giving that dense, dry look is exactly why guys like it, but eq covering that lane long term is easier to run. Anavar swap from dbol explains the shift from watery bulk to drier gains, 40mg is plenty when it’s good.
Tamox showing you how sharp it pulls e2 down and aromasin being smoother than letro or adex is a good takeaway for how your body responds. :D
THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. Two solid meals packed with quality meats and cheese is a smart way to load calories and still keep it structured. The fat to protein ratio you ran makes sense with the foods you chose, and running low carbs clearly didn’t hold you back in the gym since strength stayed strong. :D I would call it the true PROTEING KING spirit right there.

HGH at 4iu being your sweet spot makes sense, fullness without killing sensitivity on low carbs is a win. MK677 can definitely drag at 20mg so dropping to 10mg is smart if you want the benefits without the drag. Melanotan2 and PT-141 both doing exactly what they should, nothing wrong with using them for vanity and fun when timing is right. Sema at 2.5mg keeping late night eating under control is a good tool, especially paired with meds. The healing stack of BPC-157, GHK-Cu, and TB-500 is money long term, each one covers a piece and together they clearly helped recovery. IGF1-LR3 at 50mcg for 4 weeks not showing much isn’t surprising, it usually needs a more dialed in plan to really see payoff.
I think mk677 nutrobal is the biggest thing to learn, more is not better there.

Digest Gold clearly did its job keeping meals comfortable, creatine at 20g gave you more than fullness with that sharper focus you mentioned, and psyllium husk kept everything moving even with the heavy protein intake. Ubiquinol and apple cider vinegar both supported health and digestion in the background, simple but effective choices. HCGenerate was the best choice here, solid blend to give peace of mind and some support to HPTA during the run. Biopiperine was a smart add too since it helps get the most out of the rest of the stack.

You proved the straight Heavy Duty Mentzer style wasn’t it, one all out set just didn’t deliver enough. What worked was pushing 2 exercises per muscle group with heavy sets to failure and then stripping weight for a burnout, that mix gave both the load and volume your muscles responded to. The modified version with around 14 sets total per muscle hit the sweet spot and showed volume plus failure was the winning combo for you.

You started at 205 aiming for 220 with a small bump in bodyfat, then the armwrestling injury threw everything off and you dropped to 188 mid cycle. Even with 6 weeks basically sidelined, you kept moving with light kettlebells and leaned on peptides to get tendons healed up. By the end you were back up to 210, bodyfat a touch higher around 17 but the tradeoff was thicker obliques and more blocky abs that actually looked better. Strong comeback given the setback! true EVO family champion!

You’re set up well now to hold what you’ve built, TRT at 150mg with steady HGH and MK677 will keep hormones stable and recovery strong. Focus on a clean food plan at maintenance calories with high protein and slow carb adjustments so you can peel off bodyfat without stripping too much lean tissue. Keep your training consistent with progressive overload but don’t push to the point of reinjury, let joints and tendons fully adapt to the new weight. Regular bloodwork like you plan will show you how your body is handling it and guide any tweaks.

-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.





THE SUPPLEMENTS:

  • NAC 2000mg (1000mg with each meal)
  • Biotin 10mg (10,000 mcg) x 3 = 30mg biotin
  • Berberine 1000mg (with every meal)
  • Milk Thistle 3 pills providing 450mg of silymarin
  • Mutant multi vitamin x 2 (one with meal# 1 and meal #2)
  • Creatine 20g with protein shake
  • Psyllium husk 30g (15g before each meal)
  • Ubiquinol 100mg
  • Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother 2 tbsp (1 tbsp before each meal)
  • HCGenerate (3 caps with Meal # 2)
  • Taurine 6g with morning protein shake
  • Biopiperine 10mg with Meal#2 and all supps


Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.
-Before and after upper body and before and after quads below. Yes I wear the same under armour underwear almost every day! Got me about 24 pairs. LOL. I keep shit simple.



OVERVIEW:

  • FELT GREAT DURING IT - NO ISSUES

WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

Individual compound feedback (all Nordic Fusion from @Fusion Canada):

-TestE: As expected, T levels stayed high and level throughout. This is Rx TestE Delatestryl from the pharmacy
-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.

Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.





THE SUPPLEMENTS:

  • NAC 2000mg (1000mg with each meal)
  • Biotin 10mg (10,000 mcg) x 3 = 30mg biotin
  • Berberine 1000mg (with every meal)

  • Mutant multi vitamin x 2 (one with meal# 1 and meal #2)
  • Creatine 20g with protein shake
  • Psyllium husk 30g (15g before each meal)
  • Ubiquinol 100mg
  • Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother 2 tbsp (1 tbsp before each meal)
  • HCGenerate (3 caps with Meal # 2)
  • Taurine 6g with morning protein shake
  • Biopiperine 10mg with Meal#2 and all supps


Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.
-Before and after upper body and before and after quads below. Yes I wear the same under armour underwear almost every day! Got me about 24 pairs. LOL. I keep shit simple.

WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. -TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.





THE SUPPLEMENTS:

  • Digest Gold 2 caps before each meal
  • NAC 2000mg (1000mg with each meal)
  • Biotin 10mg (10,000 mcg) x 3 = 30mg biotin
  • Berberine 1000mg (with every meal)
  • Milk Thistle 3 pills providing 450mg of silymarin
  • Mutant multi vitamin x 2 (one with meal# 1 and meal #2)
  • Creatine 20g with protein shake
  • Psyllium husk 30g (15g before each meal)
  • Ubiquinol 100mg
  • Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother 2 tbsp (1 tbsp before each meal)
  • HCGenerate (3 caps with Meal # 2)
  • Taurine 6g with morning protein shake
  • Biopiperine 10mg with Meal#2 and all supps


Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.
-Before and after upper body and before and after quads below. Yes I wear the same under armour underwear almost every day! Got me about 24 pairs. LOL. I keep shit simple.



OVERVIEW:

WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

So yesterday the girlfriend brings home pastries and I’m like f—k it let’s have a cheat day. We order Chinese and I get egg noodles with beef, eat all the pastries and then have a huge bowl of ice cream.

I wake up this morning and I’m carbed up an extra 4lbs and the veins look like ropes in my legs! Hahaha.

@stevesmi I'm thinking I probably put down 1000 carbs and over 200+g sugar going nuts with the girlfriend yesterday so I'm thinking 24 hour fast. I'm already at 13 hours so I might take it right through til tomorrow morning.
 
This is how I roll when the kids and wife are sick. Take an entire 3+ kg tenderloin, cut what looks like almost a third of it and throw it in the air fryer. Done. HarleyGuy no prep hack!

Individual compound feedback (all Nordic Fusion from @Fusion Canada):

-TestE: As expected, T levels stayed high and level throughout. This is Rx TestE Delatestryl from the pharmacy
-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.

  • HCGenerate (3 caps with Meal # 2)
  • Taurine 6g with morning protein shake
  • Biopiperine 10mg with Meal#2 and all supps


Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.
-Before and after upper body and before and after quads below. Yes I wear the same under armour underwear almost every day! Got me about 24 pairs. LOL. I keep shit simple.



OVERVIEW:
  • CYCLE BLAST IS OVER 19SEP
  • FELT GREAT DURING IT - NO ISSUES
  • 21LBS GAINED - 2% BF GAINED - ALL DESPITE INJURY DROPPING ME TO 188LBS HAVING STARTED AT 205LBS AND MADE IT BACK TO 210LBS
  • THIS IS ALL DUE TO THE EVO BOARD - THE ACCOUNTABILITY, MOTIVATION, AND PRIDE ENCOURAGED BY THE MEMBERS PUSHED ME THAT EXTRA MILE TO GET THIS DONE



WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

Strong work holding 210lbs after the blast and pushing legs again, that 3 plates for 6 back in the mix plus the failure back off tells me the legs are waking up. High protein at 652g fits your plan and you’re clearly tolerating it, recovery will love it as long as digestion stays smooth. :D @HarleyGuy

If you want more strength and fullness on leg days, shift some fat into carbs around training without changing total cals. You’re at 252g fat and 31g carbs, drop 60 to 80g fat and add 150 to 200g carbs from rice or yams (or cream of rice if you want fast carbs) split pre and post, you’ll get better pumps and rep quality while keeping condition tight.

2MAD works if you digest it, but on big leg days add a third mini meal of 40 to 60g protein and 50 to 75g carbs 60 to 90 min pre or immediately post, performance and recovery will jump without needing to raise cals.

Digestive support looks on point with Digest Gold and psyllium, keep it and add a daily fermented option like Greek yogurt or kefir and 1 to 2 cups cooked veg so the gut stays happy with these bolus meals.

TRT at 150mg with 4iu GH and 10mg MK677 is fine, just track sleep quality, morning hand numbness, and scale swings. If sleep gets sloppy or you get puffy, pull MK or move GH a little earlier in the evening and reassess. Hard to say now until we move deeper into TRT.

Gyno protocol of tamox 20mg daily and aromasin 6.25mg EOD on TRT can be more than you need, track e2 signs like libido, morning function, and joint feel, and be ready to ease the AI if you run dry. I think it's time we drop the aromasin and lower tamoxifen to 10mgs ed.

Training wise, aim to turn 3 plates for 6 into 3 plates for 8 over the next 3 to 4 weeks while keeping that controlled negative, then add a small top up set at 2 plates for 12 to 15 for quad density. Keep ham curls honest and cycle in RDLs for a block to bring the posterior up alongside the quads.

Great advice all around! I was actually considering going off the quasi keto diet and starting the brown rice and yams on leg and deadlift days. I wanna use carbs to keep my strength as the blast leaves my body LOL. I actually love the long grain jasmine brown rice I have on hand.

The MK677 advice is excellent and in fact I lowered the dose to 10mg because the puffiness it can cause isn't something I want especially while wanting to recomp now which is the hardest ass thing to do.

Roger that on the gyno protocol. (y) 10mg tamox ED is fine by me. It actually has had a noticeable effect up to now so thanks for that.

Great advice on the hams because my posterior is in peril with my knee injury and they need to be brought up. 3 plates for 8 and 2 plates for 15 dayuuum... you're on! Hell ya.
 
Are you not going to keep an iu or two of gh with your trt? Or maybe keeps 10mg of MK677 for the gh effects? I really liked my mk677 experience, and I just got more. Seems to help keep the weight up nicely

I'm at 4iu now but to save money and make it last I might bump down to 2iu and MK I bumped down to 10mg every night post-blast but rest assured it's still in there with the TRT.

I need the Reta experts and I'm pretty sure you guys are up on this type of question. My girl is currently using 2.5mg of Sema weekly... if I just switch her to Reta for her next pin do you think with her Sema being at 2.5mg she could jump right into 2mg Reta?

Individual compound feedback (all Nordic Fusion from @Fusion Canada):

-TestE: As expected, T levels stayed high and level throughout. This is Rx TestE Delatestryl from the pharmacy
-TestP: Noticed a "boost" and a "kick" in my step a couple days after pinning this (this was the fast ester of my own Sust blend)
-Deca/NPP: This didn't kick in until about week 10 and then joints were great, lifts got heavier, and weight started going on well with the TestE
-TrenA: No tren cough, definitely felt the adrenaline and more of a 'hyper' type aggressive personality but nothing 'asshole'. Especially at the beginning of the cycle and then I got a little more used to it. No raging, no jealousy, just almost felt like I was "on" all the time. Noticed a more psychological effect that I did in the gains likely due to the number of compounds all competing at the receptor sites.
-MastP: One word... veins! First time I've had veins in my abs. First time running MastP and I noticed libido would spike a couple days after pinning this. Interesting.
-DHB: Hardness. Almost like the pump in the gym doesn't subside. Also kept me looking drier as if fighting back against the deca. In the future I'll be sticking to EQ and be happy with it's downstream conversion to DHB which is enough DHB for this guy moving forward.
-Anavar: I loved when I switched from Dbol to Anavar. The Dbol bloat subsided and my cycle seemed to go from a wet bulk to a clean dry bulk within weeks. I notice that if you're anavar is real then 40mg is plenty for this compound.
-Tamoxifen: Very selective and reduces E2 fast. This made me realize that arimidex and letrozole won't be suited for me ever again they are overkill.
-Aromasin: A milder version of an AI that doesn't crash your E2. Much better option vs arimidex or letrozole for me.






THE DIET:

Diet was a 2MAD for a clean bulk and designed the way I know how my body responds. The protein intake was my fuel for both lifting and recovery. Fat was to keep calories high to gain. Carbs were just the carbs that happened to be in what I ate so that the high calorie above maintenance calorie diet wasn't too watery. The key here was the advice I got on digestion discussed in supps chapter below. I had no problem with gut health, bloating, or digesting this amount of protein and food.

Just for fun pics of Meal#1 (a 4" inch thick grilled cheese) and Meal#2 (1.5 chickens - swiss chalet restaurant and a whole chicken store bought - with veggies and half a pound of parmesan cheese on top) are included for your viewing pleasure from last night.

  • Calories: Ranged from 4500-6500+
  • Protein: Ranged daily from 400-800+g. Near the tail end of cycle from week 11-16 I was 600+g of protein almost ED
  • Fat: Fat was kept at below a 2:1 ration of protein. Fat ranged from 200-400g ED.
  • Carbs: Lowest carb day was 21g and highest was just north of 100g.


  • Protein sources: Eggs, egg whites, beef flank steak, beef tenderloin, beef striploin, ground beef, ground bison, pork, bacon, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks, pressed cottage cheese, 2% cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pre-made protein drinks, whey protein.
  • Fat sources: I would get my 2:1 ratio of fat from my protein sources and it worked out nicely based on my protein choices. But would also use macadamia nut oil when cooking eggs, ground meat or anything in a pan. Also, about 3 avocados a week.
  • Carbs: Kale salad with no dressing, tomatoes, and whatever carbs were in my protein and fat sources.

Macros feedback:

Now this is just what worked for me but a clean bulk is possible with this method. Super high protein, 2:1 ratio of protein to fats, and negligible carbs. The eating is 2MAD and I needed to make the food and then hunker in and finish it regardless how I felt about it or if my jaw started hurting from chewing. The 2MAD allows for a 12/12 fasting day almost every day as well and I did roughly 09:00am and 21:00(9pm) with bed at 23:00(11pm). The protein kept me feeling satiated all day and the fats kept my calories high knowing I was trying to put on clean mass. I didn't notice any strength loss in the gym due to being so low carb.




THE PEPTIDES:
  • Jeotropin HGH 4iu @ night fasted
  • MK677 20mg right before bed
  • Melanotan2 0.5mg - about 3-4 hours after stand up tanning
  • PT-141 (1mg as needed - not today)
  • GLP-1 (Sema 2.5mg once weekly)
  • GHK-Cu 1.25mg twice daily
  • TB-500 250mcg twice daily
  • BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
  • IGF1-LR3 50 mcg (ran for 4 weeks)


Peptides feedback:

-HGH rounded me out nicely and I upped it from 3iu to 4iu mid cycle and found this was the sweet spot for me. Due to the low carb diet my insulin sensitivity wasn't a concern at all.
-MK677 causes some lethargy at 20mg but I got used to it and fought through it. At 10mg no lethargy was noticed.
-Melanotan2 is used strictly for vanity in conjunction with stand up tanning.
-PT-141 I use when the kids are at their Dad's for the weekend and I find 1mg will keep me frisky and ready to rock for 48 hours.
-GLP-1 I only had Sema and would pin 2.5mg/week to help with my night binging that is onset due to my night medication for Operator Syndrome and to calm me the f--k down to sleep
-GHK-Cu I found this went well with the BPC-157 and they seem to work synergistically for collagen synthesis when collagen is dosed high ED
-BPC-157 Irreplaceable. This alone could heal injuries but I've had best results combining it with GHK-Cu and TB-500
-TB-500 More of an overall healer and needs to be run at a long duration. All three together and in the future I would never run less than 10-12 weeks if injured.

-IG1-LR3 In the 4 weeks I ran it at 50mcg I didn't notice much to be honest.





THE SUPPLEMENTS:

Supplement feedback:
All of the above supps in my opinion are essential. I will provide feedback on the ones that I noticed made a big difference.

-Digest Gold (2 caps before each meal): Noticed a difference in level of bloat post-meal. This really does work.
-Creatine megadose 20g ED: Noticed a nootropic effect at high doses. Clearer and sharper all day and muscles hold density.
-Psyllium Husk 15g before each meal: No matter how much protein I ate (even cheese) it was digested and I was regular in the bathroom ED
-Ubiquinol: I take for the heart having had a heart scare due to alcohol
-Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother (1-2tbsp before each meal): This I can almost feel working. Digestion feels easier almost as if your stomach is more acidic and partitioning macros up.
-HCGenerate (3 caps with a meal): This has all the ingredients for peace of mind that your HPTA is at least not completely shut down
-Biopiperine 10mg with a meal: Research suggests this is strong in helping absorption of vitamins and minerals, glad I added it based on advice of EVO.




THE TRAINING (Heavy Duty Mentzer):
- Started off full on Heavy Duty Mentzer. Warming up for bloodflow, form, and stretching and one heavy set to complete eccentric failure. This does not work
- My experience is that 2 exercises per muscle group with your last two sets to eccentric failure (heavy 6-8 reps) followed by a strip set of lighter weight to eccentric failure is what really does the job.
- Volume wins over the Heavy Duty Mentzer style however not as much volume is needed for me if I go to failure on the last two sets immediately followed with a light strip set to failure. 2 exercises per muscle group with 5-6 sets each exercise, eccentric failure on at the 6th set being your heaviest followed by 1 light set of burnout. Total 2 exercises per muscle group and 14 sets with the failure incorporated.
Conclusion: Thumbs down to Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty. A modified higher volume heavy duty method as above seems to be what muscles want. If time weren't an issue running that regime for each muscle group twice a week would have created more hypertrophy for me.

Weight lost due to injury then gained/BF% gained
-Started around 205lbs end of May on 30May - was expecting to get to 220lbs allowing for 2% BF increase
-Two weeks into cycle - injured bad, almost complete tear of tendons on 15Jun armwrestling my two 20 year old sons and refusing to lose (12-step program didn't entirely take care of the ego obviously but it was all in good fun). Both arms fucked beginning of cycle but kept it going.
-Was off the gym for 6 weeks and could barely shut the trunk door of my Bronco or carry in groceries without severe pain
-Hit the peptides hard (see peptide chapter below) and was doing kettle bell movements during those 6 weeks with 5lb'ers while couch surfing Netflix. My strength returning post injury is all documented in the log.
-Before pic is post injury mid cycle after losing weight and down to 188lbs
-After pic is end of cycle with healed tendons due to peptides and sitting at 210lbs
-BF% before pic is about 15%
-BF% after pic is about 17% according to inaccurate Renpho scale however my obliques ended up getting built up pretty gnarly and I like my abs better now, more blocky! Both pics are semi relaxed.
-Before and after upper body and before and after quads below. Yes I wear the same under armour underwear almost every day! Got me about 24 pairs. LOL. I keep shit simple.



OVERVIEW:
  • CYCLE BLAST IS OVER 19SEP
  • FELT GREAT DURING IT - NO ISSUES
  • 21LBS GAINED - 2% BF GAINED - ALL DESPITE INJURY DROPPING ME TO 188LBS HAVING STARTED AT 205LBS AND MADE IT BACK TO 210LBS
  • THIS IS ALL DUE TO THE EVO BOARD - THE ACCOUNTABILITY, MOTIVATION, AND PRIDE ENCOURAGED BY THE MEMBERS PUSHED ME THAT EXTRA MILE TO GET THIS DONE



WHERE TO GO FROM NOW?
I'm happy with the entire experience especially overcoming the injury and landing at a higher weight than when I started with better looking abs despite a slightly higher BF%. Now I'm going to wait 2 weeks and then run TRT at 150mg Rx TestE for an undetermined amount of time and get my bloods done in 4-6 weeks to see where I've settled at. I don't care about PCT at my age and am on TRT for life.

Also, will continue to run 4iu of HGH and 10-20mg of MK677 during TRT.

I'm open to all feedback on how to maintain the 210lbs of hard mass I'm at now and don't mind if I drop weight if my BF% is going down with it.

I need the Reta experts and I'm pretty sure you guys are up on this type of question. My girl is currently using 2.5mg of Sema weekly... if I just switch her to Reta for her next pin do you think with her Sema being at 2.5mg she could jump right into 2mg Reta?
Going straight from 2.5mg semaglutide to 2mg retatrutide is pushing it too fast. Retatrutide hits harder and carries more GI sides, so even if she’s been fine on sema it’s not the same compound. Safer move is start her lower, around .5 to 1mg, let the body adjust, then build up towards 2mg. That way you avoid dropping her flat with nausea or stomach issues right off the switch. :D
I would even start her with 0.25mgs eod with retatrutide to feel how she adjusts. @HarleyGuy
