Approved Log Lean Growth Phase - Sustanon - EQ - NPP - HGH - Retatrutide Cycle Journal

Big numbers on the shoulder press, that 125 kg for 5 is a solid jump especially stacked on top of high rep volume. Arms are moving too, curls into the high teens with control shows the work’s paying off. The bump to 875 mg test with daily pins will keep levels smooth, just monitor that low e2 since the dry joints are the first red flag.
Injectable superdrol pre chest should light the session up, just watch how your pumps and BP respond. Training is clearly in a strong groove and your food prep on top will keep macros locked in. :D

It felt really good pushing that weight too…my biceps are one of my weakest points, so trying to push higher reps…spoke to gains, not sure if the bump up is the route we’re going to take just yet

Gave the superdrol a crack @10mg 60 mins prior to training, might need to use slightly higher dose, based on the potential downsides the pay off wasn’t there at that dose…will consider 20mg in the future but not anytime soon
 
It’s definitely a forgotten exercise and super important when wanting to hit legs/glutes and to push up higher numbers on the big movements. We want everything firing

Yeah bro, it’s back on the shelf for now. I’m guessing I’d have to bump it and I’m just not that interested…it’s more for a bit of fun, none of the gains are kept imo

Thing that you're doing daily injections of testosterone. @JimmyO187 Just be careful. Jacking up the dose and almost 1000 mg. You can get a lot of water retention. It can come on fast.

@JimmyO187 lying leg curl and straight leg deadlifts are outstanding. Between both of those, you're working your inner outer and made an upper areas of your legs. You're also hitting your glutes as well.

good job ordering this leg workout. I like how you started out doing some upper leg work and then you hit your back your legs as well. Lower legs are also important. @JimmyO187

Good call testing 10 mg first, that’s always smart before bumping. If the payoff wasn’t strong, 20 mg will definitely change that when you’re ready, but no need to rush it while strength is already trending up. Higher reps for biceps is the right move too, that’ll fill them out and help you bring them up without needing to chase crazy weights yet.

Feeling dense and full, absolutely loving it, guess id still be waiting for the EQ to really settle in

Below is 3 out of the 4 dinner meals prepped for the next month, the missing meal is a slow cooked beef and pasta dish. Below we have chicken pesto, alfredo and my favourite Korean chicken

1 meal meal each night Monday - Thursday with a steak on the BBQ with potatoes every Friday
Saturday and Sunday dinners always consist of meat and carbs but I'm just a little more flexible at the moment, keeps the wife happy 😂

I actually didn’t end up bumping my dose, the party pooper @Gains Man talked sense into me…I actually switched to daily injections and those low e2 symptoms have subsided which doesn’t make any real sense, tbh I think things just balanced out but only bloods will tell
Gotta have trust is the man brother, he hasnt led you a stray yet so fair bump haha. I have felt a lot of sides in general and be smoothed out some from ed pinning. It helps with less aggressive peaks and troughs with the way our bodies absorb compound. Bloods will ultimately reflect where saturation and conversion is at though.

I certainly do, he’s the man…I was splitting my injections into 2 anyway so it just made sense to have one a day 🤔 😂 now I can’t forget if it’s pin day or not

My right knee was twinging a little so I backed off the hacks capping at 120kg
Then absolutely blitzed my previous weeks single leg press weight which id expected to be less having done hack squats first

One thing I really need to be aware of as my weights are increasing is tempo. I really want to keep things controlled, with nice and smooth movements.

I actually really enjoyed the pin loaded shoulder press this week, I’ll note the brand of equipment, it’s European

I’ve never used it so very excited brother, will keep you posted

Big week of work, great push adding NPP now that the base is stable. Shoulder session looks strong with the machine press and cable laterals hitting good volume.

Cycle layout looks clean and balanced with the NPP at 245 mg weekly alongside the EQ and Sustanon. Lets see in 4 weeks and next week too how you feel.

careful with npp doses due to mental sides.
 
I won’t be going any higher than the 245mg week, will keep it in the back of my mind…if anything becomes negative easily lowered or removed being fast acting

Absolute cracking workout tonight, had an amazing pump in the gym and felt really full....Its the first time since the blast started that I've felt like this in the gym. Surely it cant be the addition of the NPP overnight lol

Quick update on retatrutide protocol...I much prefer one weekly injection of reta than splitting the dose
I have no issue consuming calories while taking 1mg of reta in one dose but the food noise is turned right down, when splitting dose into 3x a week there was no appetite reduction what so over....I will continue to dose 1x a week

Strong chest session and the pump is on point. The 100 kg incline press and 90 kg machine sets are solid progress, and i like the drop sets in there!

Good note on the retatrutide, 1 mg once per week is the right move if it’s managing appetite better. Keep the NPP in now that you’re recovering.

I had the exact same thing happen to me when I added NPP. The next day I added reps and weight to all my movements. It was crazy. I asked the same question...could it be? Placebo didn't make sense cuz I didn't expect it to hit me for atleast a few days.

More good news, my lifts went way up and stayed up. It wasn't a one day thing. I had to readjust my entire program after adding the NPP
 
Love hearing that…what was your dose?
I started at 200mg per week. Felt amazing and after 2 weeks pushed to 300mg. If I did it again I'd start at 300 for sure and move up from there.

I added it at week 10 on cycle and ran it for 5 weeks
