First log ever new here let me know what you guys think been on cycle for 3 weeks now

Run a Pull, Push rest Lower, arms, split currently doing 35 min cardio daily 12k steps daily

Diet
Training day macros 2326 calories, 277 carb, 33 fat, 237, protein
Rest day 2212 calories, 144 carb, 73 fat, 243 protein

On a cut currently trying to get lean and sensitive to go into a long push phase and put on some size just running into some issues gonna post 2 pics here

First pic is currently same weight in both pics first is curnt cycle the send pic with smiling emoji is from last year around this time same weight only difference was I was on 300 test E 300 primo 600mast E and was deep into my cycle believe 12 weeks any thought on this time around I look completely different I do have a pump in the second pic and do have different lighting. Could it really be from the retta? Ever since the retta I have felt super flat like I said and so hard to get a good pump and no muscle fullness let me know yours guys thought on why I look so different now worse in my opinion

You're on the best forum on the internet for advice and feedback to dial yourself in to look like your second pic and even better than that which what your goal seems to be. We got you.

You asked for advice so with the info you gave I can start off based on your goals to currently cut:

Diet (what worked for me):
  • Bump the protein
  • Shitcan that many carbs if you're looking to cut up
  • Increase calories from healthy fats instead
  • Overall caloric intake is good but I'd adjust macros and stay at that caloric intake

Gear:

  • Without knowing your full history or your cycle experience I'd rather ask you the question to explain the 500/200/600 TestE/DHB/EQ. I can discern where you're going with that stack but I'd want to hear from you why those compounds and why those doses. There's no wrong answer at all it's just best we know your thought process and we can adjust from there if any adjustments are needed.

Reta concerns:

  • Reta shouldn't be the cause of that bro. Here's a link to an EVO podcast about Reta and there are several. You've taken some time off training and gear use so give it more time and training to get that density and fullness you're looking for like in the second pic. The key is patience and persistence.

I'm on week 5 of testosterone & retatrutide and the reta is amazing. I really blows my mind how advanced it is... I learnt a lot about it from the podcast too, it's aimed at people like us too unlike most other sources of info about it.

4mg retta all weekly
Great start to your log.
You should not be taking anywhere near this dose unless your 12+ weeks into it. You should be on 1mg. I've used it for 6+ months and never needed anything above 3mg.
This is a fast way to mess up digestion. I would suggest dropping back to 2mg and stay there until hunger returns and then bump back to 4mg.

Yeah and that is likely a fast way to build a tolerance and it's not cheap. I did a 2mg shot the first time and it made me sick as shit for a day or two though.. so maybe some people are more sensitive to it than others?

Good info about you not needing to go over 3mg. I'm wondering if I should stop in winter or try drop down to a small dose, seems to be a lot of other benefits to it than just the appetite stuff.

You can certainly go above 3mg but you need to spend as much time as you can at the same dose. Only go up when needed. I think a lot of people thing if you take more you lose more which is just no the case. If your losing more it's because your unable to eat because digestion is so bogged down.
Also the longer your on and the higher dose your on the harder it will be to come off. Hunger will return with a vengeance.
I've found the best way to run it is to take just enough to keep hunger on the edge and run it for a longer duration. Not to 100% crush appetite. The trend lately especially with the younger crowd is that more is better. More is more results. This is not a great mindset for success in this game.
Low dose long term does have great benefits for blood sugar smoothing and liver health.

Well said! Especially the part about tik tokker youngens wanting to hop on 4mg of Reta with 500mg Test and tren with dbol as their first cycle. It's an epidemic of overuse. In 20 years every dude is gonna have B-cups.

I already spent 25 years unsuccessfully trying that with other things. I'm worried about building a tolerance and it not working anymore, or not being able to afford the dose I need. But I'm also interested in the long term benefits too.

As a non obese person my goal would be to get off it as soon as aI can. You need to use it as a tool to help you build better habits//lifestyle. Not as a crutch.

I was injecting 2x per week. If you have to inject more than that your prob taking too much. I'm sure there are outliers but IMO if you need to take it more than that then maybe it's not right for you. Sema didn't work for me but tirzeptide is also a great option. You def "feel" the hunger control.
 
Ok gonna drop it down to 2mg was almost just gonna come off completely don’t like how it makes me feel so depleted and flat but maybe that’s just from the 4mg might go to 1mg and see how I feel there then see if I wanna drop it or not
As well last night went to go have a ree feed meal five guys before bed it was hard to finish the whole meal had to force my self and as of this morning I don’t really feel that much fuller
It’s definitely effected my training in the gym with no feeling as strong id say or being able to get good pumps
This is all from not taking in enough food because your taking too much retatrutide. Drop your dose and you can even split 1mg 2x per week.
You also have to be careful with fatty foods. They also slow down digestion and will make you feel shitty.
You don't look like you have a ton of fat to lose. You may just consider dropping it all together and maybe changing up macro distribution a bit.

welcome now fully to the EVO family :D @Adv915 you look good and lean in the picture, strong and tight, good abs.
Cycle setup is solid but the flat look is from the retatrutide, not the gear mix. It suppresses appetite and glycogen storage so muscles lose fullness even when strength holds. Your carbs can go higher and protein higher, both 300grams easy.

Keep test steady at 500 mg, but drop EQ to 300mgs to control e2, and dhb 100mgs is enough.

Fish oil
Men 1 in all vitamin
Then my hair been shedding bad so I hop on duetastride

Any sups recommendations?
I suggest starting with cycle support like n2guard and adding probiotics, psyllium husk and digestive enzymes.
Dutasteride has some bad sides, it reduces DHT leading to lower libido, softer erections, and less ejaculate volume. Some get brain fog or mild fatigue with it too. It's nasty stuff.

@Adv915 i'm a big fan of this setup. but at 23 years old using reta that young is sort of risky. you might not want to stay on it too long to avoid rebound

Bros. Everyone have a different strategy with supplements. @Adv915 Some people run high though. Some people run very little. It depends on each person and what your goals are.

That's okay man. @Adv915 on a cycle its good though to use support supps. n2guard is the #1 option. if you can't get it then tudca is awesome

Wow. If you're telling me you do that type of split routine and then you follow it up with daily cardio over 30 minutes and 12,000 steps, then you are doing great. @Adv915 Also, I like how you cycle your macros.
