Hey everyone

This week has been one of my best I’d say, got a 4 plate hacksquat have also made a few little changes to my gear decided on dropping eq completely as I’d rather have a little higher estrogen just as I am in a growth faze and I upped my test to 400



Added in an extra 50 carbs cause I would like the scale to move a bit more body weight has been barley increasing but strength is through the roof



Am thinking towards the end of my cycle I would like to add In either anadrol or anavar. I have never tried anadrol before and would like to here your guys thoughts/opinion on which to go



And if anyone know of where to find some mast e would be much appreciated I do love the mast p but am getting lazy and would like less frequent injections



Will also add training split in below for anyone who’s interested

I have never tried anadrol before and would like to here your guys thoughts/opinion on which to go
I love both, almost equally. If I had to pick one I'd pick VAR. But anadrol is the best gear for strength fast and size fast as well. It's a sneaky compound though and you'll have to run Tamoxifen with it. Bloods won't show how much it's binding at your e2 titty receptors.

For size then that's a no brainer and go with anadrol. Run it at 25mg for 3 weeks only if it's your first go at it. You'll hyper respond just watch.

Another solid week gear will be staying the same weight has not changed much but have upped my protein and fats as it’s getting hard to not go in the fridge and demolish everything in sight



Have been suffering with some exertion headaches recently not sure if anyone of you guys have had these but how tf do I get rid of them😂



I do have anadrol and anavar on hand still deciding up with which to take and when I should, will attach my latest blood work and you guys tell me your thoughts



I ended up taking out ashwaganda as I feel as tho my social skills have gone down not sure if it was the cause but would like to be able to hold conversations with people



My legs are improving more and more and I would say they are my strongest muscle as of right now single leg leg press increased from 180kg to 200kg over 1 week and hacksquat from 200kg to 220kg for & reps

Little update for you all

Another solid week gear will be staying the same weight has not changed much but have upped my protein and fats as it’s getting hard to not go in the fridge and demolish everything in sight



Have been suffering with some exertion headaches recently not sure if anyone of you guys have had these but how tf do I get rid of them😂



I do have anadrol and anavar on hand still deciding up with which to take and when I should, will attach my latest blood work and you guys tell me your thoughts



I ended up taking out ashwaganda as I feel as tho my social skills have gone down not sure if it was the cause but would like to be able to hold conversations with people



My legs are improving more and more and I would say they are my strongest muscle as of right now single leg leg press increased from 180kg to 200kg over 1 week and hacksquat from 200kg to 220kg for & reps

bloods seem normal, only ggt jumped out but nothing serious considering alt/ast normal

Headaches could be from Hct and Hemoglobin? They are on the higher side - a bit of dehydration or fluid shifts would push them over
I think I will get bloods drawn in a few weeks to see if they have dropped since I have dropped the eq out

I ended up increasing mast p to 300 as I am feeling very good in the gym and about time to up the heat a touch



Also have been measuring bp twice daily and bg morning fasted I’m averaging a bp of 121/59 morning and 116/56 night I measure each time twice 5 min apart, bg is averaging 5.1 which I’m happy with and a weekly average hr of 66 bpm sleep is averaging 7-8 hours


Training wise I’m smashing it still continuing to pr after pr with steady form I am starting to look a little fluffier but I suppose it’s part of the bulk

One of my best weeks to date I’d say since the exertion headaches are now gone am actually able to put some effort in, I put baby aspirin in thanks to @LevButlerov advice and been doing daily stretching morning and night stretching out the neck and traps



I ended up increasing mast p to 300 as I am feeling very good in the gym and about time to up the heat a touch

One of my best weeks to date I’d say since the exertion headaches are now gone am actually able to put some effort in, I put baby aspirin in thanks to @LevButlerov advice and been doing daily stretching morning and night stretching out the neck and traps



I ended up increasing mast p to 300 as I am feeling very good in the gym and about time to up the heat a touch



Also have been measuring bp twice daily and bg morning fasted I’m averaging a bp of 121/59 morning and 116/56 night I measure each time twice 5 min apart, bg is averaging 5.1 which I’m happy with and a weekly average hr of 66 bpm sleep is averaging 7-8 hours


Training wise I’m smashing it still continuing to pr after pr with steady form I am starting to look a little fluffier but I suppose it’s part of the bulk



Any advice on posing, training, nutrition or supplements would be much appreciated

That’s the kind of diet I’m setting up. Same thing pretty much all the time with minor changes. Super clean eating here and great pics. I use a baby aspirin as well, just peace of mind.

I don't see a multivitamin or extra vitamin C? There is some solid data that high dose Vitamin C can act as an anti inflammatory and help in collagen synthesis. I also take collagen peptide powder 20g ED.

Oh hell yes, there's a certain number of really underrated and underused supps on here and collagen is one of them in my experience, so is berberine and cinnamon as I'm learning through @LevButlerov
