Good start to your log but it's a lot easier to follow if daily training/diet are posted in the log and not as an attachment.

No bloods yet still feeling shit first jab was today dropped the eq .. unless ye reckon drop mast instead to make me feel ok again
Drop the mast. WQ is a much better compound to build. I followed up on your other thread on what to do.

Haha I like your attitude. Probably don't need a hard copy bro but that's really nice formatting! I'll try use that myself to lay mine out better.

Cool log man I'll definitely be interested in watching how you go. I spent the last few weeks looking through equipoise logs and listening to podcast episodes and did my first eq pin on Monday. It's getting warm in the southern hemisphere and it seems everyone it talking about or thinking about equipoise :)

In light of what @s.gentz pointed out, I agree you should drop the Masterton. And also after my research I went for a 2:1 ratio and 16 week duration. @LevButlerov and @HarleyGuy helped me figure out those two things and you should look into it. So I'm doing 500mg test and 250mg Equipoise to keep that ratio. You could drop your eq to half your test dose and put the Masterton aside for now and wait until you come right while you research Equipoise more. It takes a long time to build up anyway.

I’ve been given the nod to use Lev’s log guidance until I tweek into a HarleyGuy style. For you this is moreso to give you an idea of a good template (see example of the best logs listed below) including all the details we need. Include the info from our DM’s too.

You have a great start with your supp list so I say keep going with that style for all the rest.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@gavlad30 test, EQ, and mast are all good options. they stack well. yo uwill get a nice recomp effect

He’s having a really hard time with his e2 being super low I’ll cut and paste our DM’s when I get to my desktop.

He needs bloods asap then has to cut the EQ out and try bloods again in my opinion. Also he has to quit the AI.

I’ll let you guys read his symptoms and my advice and let him get a second and third opinion from the heavy hitters on here.
 
Ok I'm back at my desktop... after speaking with Lev here is our DM's about how he feels and what we're gonna do (hopefully he does). @LevButlerov was brought into the DM's as well.

The cycle the couch gave me was 300 test 300 eq 200 mast . So I stopped using the eq for last injection .. never felt like this before totally not myself

I'd have you tweak the diet a little to get all the gains possible

That is definitely going to be a long cycle. Are you using any oils to kickstart things? can't hurt to add some tbol or var for the first few weeks @gavlad30

Even though you're 7 weeks in, it wouldn't be a bad idea to add an oral to this. @gavlad30I think it would go pretty good. Or you could add an oral to finish the cycle.
