- Still eating the same but adding/trying carbs to 150g - still not working and getting super bloated all day - might have celiac or my gut biome has lost it's ability to deal with carbs LOL
- Will listen to the boys in our thread and try white potatoes and fruit
- Still hovering around 210lbs and strength is maintaining
- Not logging every workout but loved today's deadlifts
- Protein and Fat still 2:1 ratio and protein is always above 450g or so since I want my calories only around 4000 cals or so to slowly shed some BF.
- Will lower cals a bit more once I get carbs figured out
