Age: 50 - Height: 6'2" - Weight: 195lbs
I have been Working out off and on for years. I had been consistent the last year with diet and exercise. I am currently recovering from scapholunate ligament tear surgery (same thing Joe Burrow had). Tore the ligament doing construction. I have also been diagnosed with sleep apnea and low testosterone. My goal is to fully recover from surgery, get the sleep apnea under control and back in the gym at 100%. I am holding off on looking into TRT until I am into therapy for the wrist and the sleep apnea is under control (should be about 5-6 weeks from now). Currently only walking during the day.
Attached are most recent labs and wrist picture
current cycle is:
BPC-157 + tb 500: 200 mcg each - morning and night
mk-677: 15 mg - before bed
Ipamorellin + cjc 1295: 100 mcg each - morning and afternoon

I plan to add:
PEG-MGF: 200 mcg - Tues & Sat post-workout
MK-2866 (Ostarine): 5 mg orally (AM)
Cardarine: 10 mg orally (AM or pre-cardio)

Welcome to evo bro, hope your recovery goes well. I've just had another surgery myself and using peptides for recovery

Testosterone does look a bit low but not super surprised for being 50, you would probably get quite a benefit from TRT around 100-180mg per week

Some suggestions
Increase bpc-157 to 500mcg
Add 2.5mg ghk-cu

Good that you've got mk to provide gh just keep a close eye on diet and blood sugar

Try and post up what your diet consists off

bpc and mk are really good. i've also liked ipa and cjc, but you could always swap in hgh instead and maybe save $$. regardless would be fun to follow how you do on this @Elevated_Allies

@Elevated_Allies i hope your work or workmans comp is covering this. that doesn't sound like a fun injury. hopefully you can heal up QUICKER. on these

Cast was put on yesterday and comes off in 4 weeks. I start rehab the day it comes off. Here is my diet, I meal prep for the week. My diet and exercise has been awful the last 3 weeks post-surgery. I was around 200lbs today I weighed in at 188lbs. No exercise, no motivation, bad sleep(sleep apnea). I think the surgery, anesthetic and painkillers messed with my mental state. I am going to end that today and push through. This log, I hope, gets me motivated again. My CPAP machine is on order waiting for insurance approval. They said it should take a week or two.

Morning Loaded Smoothie: 1/2cup Oatmeal, 1/2cup frozen fruit/blueberries, spoonful Flax Meal, spoonful peanut butter, 10 grams creatine, 1 scoop collagen, 15 grams protein powder, 1 banana, 2 cups whole milk.
Snack: 3-5 hardboiled eggs if lazy I drink a gainer shake
Meal 2
5oz protein Chicken, fish or red meat, 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup carbs white rice or yams, 1/2 to 1 cup frozen vegetables
pre-workout
bananas + coffee
Post-workout
30 grams protein shake
15 grams dextrose
Snack: if hungry more hardboiled eggs
Meal 3:
5oz protein Chicken, fish or red meat, 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup carbs white rice or yams, 1/2 to 1 cup frozen vegetables
Before bed:
Cottage Cheese, Greek yogurt or gainer shake if lazy

@Elevated_Allies for meal 2 you need to add bone broth, make it or buy it. Post workout, get bone broth powder.
You need to add red fish like salmon into the diet and bump omega 3. And "chicken fish or red meat" very hard to see as those are very different foods for recovery.

UPDATE: ALL ADVICE IS IS APPRECIATED. GOALS ARE TO BE HEALTHY, FIT, WITH AS MUCH MUSCLE I CAN SAFELY PUT ON AND MAINTAIN AT MY AGE 50yrs old.
Still in a hard cast with 2.5 weeks to go. Then the cast comes off and physical therapy starts. I am 5 days in with using my CPAP machine and can definitely feel a big difference. I am having less than 5 episodes of uninterrupted sleep where it used to be over 50 episodes a night. I also included pictures of my weekly meal prep. I have added bone broth to my daily intake as well. For exercise I am walking everyday with a 20lb weighted vest. I plan to add some more exercises at some point where I do not use my hand or wrist. I plan to look into TRT after my colonoscopy this Thursday. Last year I had 14 polyps removed ( this was my first ever colonoscopy). Hopefully better results this year.

Here is what I am using during this recovery now.
BPC 157 - 250mcg Morning and Night = 500mcg daily
TB 500 - 200mcg Morning and Night = 400mcg Daily
Ipamorelin - 100mcg Morning and Afternoon = 200mcg Daily
CJC 1295 no DAC - 100mcg Morning and Afternoon = 200mcg Daily
GHK-Cu - 2mg Daily
MK-2866 Ostarine - 15mg Morning = 15mg Daily
MK 677 Nutrobal - 15mg Night = 15mg Daily

Dailyly supplements are:
Zinc
Omega 3
Milk Thistle
Glucosamine
Multivitamin
Magnesium
Vitamin D
Collagen
Creatine

@Elevated_Allies I got a lot of love for you already. I love your goals. That should be the #1 goal of all to be healthy, fit and have as much muscle as you can safely put on

@Elevated_Allies you have quite the story here. what is the deal with polyps? is that something that everyone should watch for?

Start adding bone broth to all meal prep meals as you cook, and collagen too. You need an omega 3 boost for recovery as

Get a colonoscopy at 40 or earlier.
Polyps small clump of cells that forms on the lining of the colon or rectum.
Most are harmless. But some can develop into cancer.

Colon polyps often don't cause symptoms.

Regular screening tests, such as colonoscopy, can help ensure that polyps are identified and removed before they can develop into cancer

Yes colonoscopy is a must for sure.

Update on recovery. Nothing has changed in diet or supplement/peptides other than adding bone broth to all meals and drinking 2 cups per day. I am still in a cast but I can tell I am healing. Right after the surgery it was hard to hold a single sheet of paper. It was like I could feel the weight of a piece of paper. Today I can open a door/car handle with no pain. I feel strength coming back in me fingers. I can type on a keyboard with no problem other than the restriction of the cast and the pin in the wrist. Next update will be this coming Tuesday when the cast comes off and physical therapy begins.

Quick recovery report: my diet and supplements are unchanged except that I now add bone broth to every meal and drink two extra cups a day. Although I’m still in a cast, I can feel the wrist healing. Right after surgery I could barely hold a single sheet of paper—its weight felt significant—but today I can open doors and car handles without pain, and my finger strength has returned enough that typing is easy, limited only by the cast and the pin in my wrist. The cast comes off this Tuesday, and physical therapy starts immediately afterward, so I’ll post another update then.

The CPAP results over the past two weeks have been dramatic. The machine shows fewer than five sleep interruptions per hour, which is exactly normal. I’m no longer tired during the day and don’t need midday naps. Even more noticeable, when I wake up after roughly seven hours of sleep, I’m fully awake and can’t drift back to sleep—something that never happened before.

Thanks again for all the support and advice.

how about food? have you added more meat and bones to diet brother? @Elevated_Allies

NAPSGEAR ISSUE:
Been awhile since I posted. Cast has been off for 4 weeks. Strength is coming back in wrist. Still havent been cleared for weights. I do screenprinting as a side hustle and have been using it for that (no other choice). Its been holding up good and I have pushed it pretty hard. Doctor says everything is looking good. I stopped the physical therapy since it was costing $$$$$$ for me to go in and basically play with toys. My plan was to start HGH but Napsgear has not shipped it in over 6 weeks. I contacted them and now it says reshipped but that has now been two weeks. So Im pretty frustrated with Napsgear right now. Stopped all the Peptides 3 weeks ago because I figured the HGH would be here by now. Diet is still dialed in. Bone broth and collagen intake is good, recovery is going good. Would just like Napsgear to follow through a bit faster.

I would continue healing peptides as hgh will not have the same affect.

Nothing beats things liks bpc, tb500, ghk-cu they all serve different purposes but useful for most injuries

Hgh is a good addition but is not a replacement for those things.

Make sure to continue a rehab exercise schedule at home each day, also you can give yourself deep tissue massage as needed

Good to hear the wrist is holding up and strength is slowly coming back, smart call not rushing weights until you’re cleared. Bone broth and collagen will definitely help the healing, so keeping diet locked in is the right move. Keep pushing the rehab through your own work and once that kit finally shows up you’ll be in a better spot to put it to use. how much food macros you taking in? start sharing please. @Elevated_Allies

The Napsgear wait is brutal, 6 weeks is way too long especially when you already stopped your peptides expecting the hgh to land. @jasonhill800 is their rep he can help you, probably you fell through the cracks there.

get in touch with jasonhill. he will find out what is going on.
i think physical therapy is 95% of the time nonsense. its a scam and money maker for clinics these days. what i found was most effective at healing the body was yoga

Glad to see you've removed your cast. Now, the next step for you is to follow what the doctor tells you, you don't want to get ahead of yourself. @Elevated_Allies

It’s good to see that. It looks like it’s healing up nicely hopefully not too much longer and you’ll be back to 100%.

It has been 10 weeks now waiting on Napsgear.

10 weeks? have you spoken to @jasonhill800 ?
yes, he is looking into it. I actually first contacted him 4 weeks ago. A second tracking number was created then and it just says the tracking number isn't correct. You can see in the pick the order was placed on Aug 6 it says shipped but if you check the tracking with USPS it has not.

They sell for others, Napsgear doesn't actually carry these brands, I'm guessing one of the brands messed up. You should DM @jasonhill800 again, I'll send him this as well. @Elevated_Allies
you're still on gear right?

I'm only taking peptides. Was going to start high from napsgear but now I'm in this situation. I don't understand that napsgear "doesn't carry these brands"? I purchased it off their website.

They are a large pharmacy, they have the individual companies ship the products from warehouses. I don't think they stock all. I could be wrong. @Elevated_Allies
Peptides, which ones you have left now?

You should use domestic-supply.com @Elevated_Allies
and did you talk to @jasonhill800 about this order?
I just ordered stuff from a different company. Been several weeks in the healing process now without gear. Napsgear has reshipped 3 times and says to wait a month each time its reshipped. My initial order was Aug 6 so its been 3 months now and had to find a different supplier. I still hope to get what I ordered from Napsgear. Its definitely been frustrating, injury and all.

Hi brother, we understand how frustrating this must be, especially while you’re recovering, and we are very sorry for the delay.

Once an order is shipped, we cannot control how fast it arrives because it depends on the shipping company. Sometimes, shipments are even held by customs. When this happens, the only option we have is to reship the order.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thats who I have used for peptides. I was getting HGH from naps. Jason has been helpful. Its just part of the process
It's the HGH thats the issue I see, I thought bpc/tb.

Well I finally received my order from Napsgear. It took them 4 months to get it to me. Made the mistake of ordering something that was not US Domestic, will never do that again. Sad thing is a had bonus money I could have used but didn't want to make another order until I received my first plus at one point it said in the order there was going to be some free Cialis, never got that either. I guess if your gonna play this game you got to understand the risk.
Anyways as for my recovery I am doing well. The wrist seems strong but not perfect. I am back to the gym. Strength is coming back fast. I lost 20 lbs after the surgery and have gained 12 lbs back in the past 4 weeks. I plan to be back to 200 by Jan 1st. Gear I am on right now is TRT and 1IU a day of HGH. plan to order more BPC and TB-500. Will have a longer better post up this week.
I just hope Im not putting to much strain on the wrist right now. I do wrap it tight and use grips for certain movements. I am avoiding anything that does not feel secure. I do nothing that puts lateral strain on the wrist not and movements that require pushing with my palm flat like a standard push up. If I do pushups I do them with the wrist wrapped and with my knuckles down so the wrist stays in a forward position.

I am almost one month back in with the training and gear. I plan to run 1IU high for 5 months. It was 4 months waiting for the doctor to give me the green light and to receive the HGH.

today Weight 197
Before surgery 200lbs
4 months after surgery 185

Update on recovery. The wrist seems to be holding up good. I have a 22" wrap I used to cast it during every push set. I have grips I use for every pull set. I am staying away from holding anything that puts lateral (sided to side) strain on the wrist and no movements were the wrist is pushed back. I am lifting for mass so my lifts are higher volume with sets of 10-15 to failure. I am currently running 300mg test cyp weekly and 2IU HGH daily. I did pullups for the first time, only sets of 5 finishing with lower weight pull downs. Everything seems to be progressing good.

I did pullups for the first time, only sets of 5 finishing with lower weight pull downs. Everything seems to be progressing good.
Long time no see, welcome back to the EVO family :D @Elevated_Allies please post some cast pics we are interested how you're wrapping it.

are you adding bpc/tb?

today Weight 197

Maybe adding some BPC and TB would be a good idea?

I am making an order for a blend from Umbrella labs soon. Im interested in feedback on this product they have. The blend is listed below. Its actually cheaper for me to go with this blend than simply BPC and TB. Seems like a good blend for me. Was planning to run 250mcg of BPC X 2 a day. I ran BPC and TB for about 5 months. 1 month before surgery and 3 months after. Gave it a rest and now picking it up again.

GHK-Cu 50mg
TB-500 10mg
BPC-157 10mg
KPV 10mg

I've seen this blend and I have 1 client on it now, he likes it because he doesn't have to mix 4 peps. @Elevated_Allies :D
I would recommend it now, easy to pin too

looks serious
you can move it?
Its a wrap based on research I did for proper form. Bending the hand back with your palm flat puts tons of strain on the wrist. This style wrap assists in keeping the wrist straight with the forearm. Its used by powerlifters on their heavier bench lifts. I'm using it to protect my ligaments until I feel its safe to not use the wrap with lighter lifts. I can only move it a tiny bit. It's pretty locked in. I take it off and rewrap every set. It's on very tight and constricts blood flow but its only for a very short time. I'm really happy with it so far.

that's good as long as you're locked in and feel good lets go with it, just be careful please :D

Update. Things are progressing with the wrist. I still have stiffness and weakness. I am still wrapping during lifts and now have a longer stiffer wrap that keeps it really locked in. I am fully back to the weight and strength from where I was before the surgery. Here is my current diet and gear.

I will try and put together calories and macros during next post. I dont think I am getting enough food right now. I have been at 205lbs for the past 2 weeks. Eyeball test says I am around 10-15% bodyfat

@Elevated_Allies one thing i would change is take out the dex. its one of those things that is completely unnecessary and counter productive. especially considering what you are running now, if you are running a ton of HGH and insulin, it would be a different story.
