nah not at all. didn't mean to make it that way. more of a general sense of needing to take something daily that you didn't need before. the only thing i criticize with CBD is the quality that is out there. i know people who use it and its a huge variance between what you buy online vs. the real stuff.

where i live the cable companies have big monopolies. if you try and cancel they keep billing you. and if you try and talk to someone you are on hold 3 hours and end up with someone in india

Ahh ya ya that makes sense.

In Canada we're actually pretty lucky because it's regulated and actually sold by our government. They have really strict testing standards. A lot of sellers complain that the standards are way too high and they end up having to burn product cuz it doesn't pass.

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH pre-bed

Yesterday was one of the crazier training sessions I've had in a very long time. I came home late from work, very tired, chest and back still a little sore from Tuesday's training. I was thinking I should just push off the training, but then figured I wouldn't have enough time to make it up before I head up to the cottage this weekend.

So I ate meal 3 as fast as possible and had the train right after I finish the meal. I was fighting down the food the entire time I was training, it was brutal. Especially cuz it's a 0RIR week. Still managed to hit my targets and add a rep to a couple sets. As soon as I finished training it was dinner time right away LOL! Ate that no problem. My appetite is way up again.

Shoulder strength is a bit down on dumbbell press but I'm not worried.

I was pretty happy I powered through because there's no way I coulda done it tonight. Had so much to do before heading out. Well I'm hitting the road now on my way to my "Palatial" getaway lol. That was for you @HarleyGuy

I think that might be illegal. I know my dad would have to leave his CBD behind then buy new stuff in Florida. Not sure if he knew what he was doing or he's just scared of getting in trouble lol.

I know for sure you could get it. My dad loves Ron DeSantis and knows I hate the guy so dad kept braging about how great DeSantis is xuz he made CBD legal. Made my dad's life a lot better cuz he used to suffer when he'd go down there in the winter. I told him I'd send it to him but he didn't want to risk it either.

Other than my dad I've gotten 2 other older guys using CBD too. They both were like you and thought it was a drug but I made sure they got the type with zero THC in it. THC is the part of the marijuana that will get you high.

One guy is back golfing again thanks to the CBD. It's his fabor thing in the world but he had to stop before necau of back pain

CBD and even some specific psychedelics have proven very effective for guys with Operator Syndrome and c-PTSD too. CBD is the real deal.

CBD is not a drug, it's perfectly normal to use :D it works well. If you get it medical grade, it's high quality :D @BeMe

My charges weren't those kinda charges lol. My was call the lawyer and he can notify my parents later. If I didn't have my lawyer come get me I would've been sitting in a detention center for a while.

Long day at work yesterday followed by a mad dash to get a bunch of office work and stuff around the house done before heading up to my parents for the weekend.

Missed my arm day yesterday, just didn't have anytime. I'll make it up tomorrow and then some when we have to pull the docks and boat lifts outta the water.

Keeping my macros high per @LevButlerov

My appetite is high so the extra food is very welcomed. I'm moderating my eating based on my workload day to day but mainly keeping protein well over 400, fat in the 150ish range, carbs close to 400.

Let's see what kinda gains I can make on sport TRT+ cruising.

So does that mean your EOD shot is 70mg or is it 70mg total a week split into EOD shots? Or are you trying to aim for 200mg a week for the cruise and 400mg for the blast? Sorry if I missed you explaining your plan.

Nice work on the macros 😀 be interested to see how you go on the 400g carbs. I'm not anywhere near thar but have upped them a lot relatively. I've had two plates of rice today and two shakes with a banana in them as the pre workout carbs as recommended by @LevButlerov

Sports TRT+ is basically Testosterone + HGH roughly what you'd want to take later but not now. @vanlife_gymbum

When people say 70mg EOD that's the actual dose. So that means I'm aiming around 260mg a week.

So if you wanna go around 200 I'd aim around 60mg EOD

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH

Very strong arm day. Added a couple extra sets to make up for the fact that my wrist still won't allow me to train forearms. Honestly I don't mind missing forearms cuz mine are already really big compar to my biceps. Biceps are only 16 1/2" while forearms are 13 1/2". Hockey, lacrosse, and work have given me good forearms for my size.

Still feeling strong overall but a bit tired from work this week. It's been kinda hectic and the type of work has been hard. Looking forward to this long weekend Canadian Thanksgiving!

I found the 3g of glycine pre-bed hasn't been helping with the overnight urination. I upped it to 4g and last night I only got up once. My doc says I can go all the way up to 10g if need be, but hopefully 4g is the dose. Will keep everyone posted

Sat down to a delicious Thanksgiving feast. Ate a bit plate of turkey for seconds. Dodged the butter croissants and biscuits. I did allow myself 2 tbsp of cranberry jelly tho. Then skipped the apple and pumpkin pie. All and all another successful holiday meal.

Unlucky on the wrist flare-up but you handled the day well staying active outdoors. Just ease back into pressing movements until the joint calms down. @BeMe

Good question. Do other countries even celebrate Thanksgiving? I thought it was an American holiday and we just sorta copied it here in Canada and put it on a different day so we'd have a long weekend in October

Get yourself a turkey fryer. My brother got one, super easy and best tasting turkey ever.

For the oven, that's up to my mom or wife. Getting that right is really tough like you said. Turkey is very unforgiving if it's over cooked

I like the way @stevesmi and @2Thick put it to me. You wouldn't cheat on your wife, so why cheat on your diet.

I don't really respond well to cheat meals anyhow. Sugary stuff like pies don't even taste good to me cuz they're just sooo sweet. The 1 tbsp of raw honey I've been eating pre-workout is a serious shock to my tastebuds lol.

I've been eating this way for so long consistently that red bell peppers taste like candy to me now.

Completely forgot about my own log today because I've had so much fun on other peoples. It's been a busy weekend on EVO, especially with all the Olympia talk.

Sleep was ok last night. It usually suffers a bit when I'm away from my AI mattress lol. I try to make up for the lack of quality with quantity, but with 3 kids under 3 in the family house it's though.

I think the 4g of glycine is helping with the overnight urination a bit but not all the way. Think I might up it to 5g now and see how that goes.

No training all weekend, but a lot of heavy lifting and carries getting all toys, docks, and boat lifts put away. My back was pretty exhausted today. I'll make up my missed arm day tomorrow and then deload week can start.

Im very much the same bro, any fast food and my gut lets me know straight away! I dont know how i wad able to power it down so easy for years. Funny but i can eat a tonne of healthy food though, as in i could easy throw another 2-3meals in a day of what i currently eat. The reta keeps that noise at bay but reta aside i could easy make short work of 4000+ calories!!

3 kids under 3? 😬😬😅😅 were all your toya broken around that time? Hahaha joking brother as challanging as it can be having them close together makes it easier later on i reckon. They have eachother close by and help eachother navigate growing up through a similar age.
 
Good question. Do other countries even celebrate Thanksgiving? I thought it was an American holiday and we just sorta copied it here in Canada and put it on a different day so we'd have a long weekend in October
i've always thought it was linked to the slaughter of the natives in north america
 
Get yourself a turkey fryer. My brother got one, super easy and best tasting turkey ever.

For the oven, that's up to my mom or wife. Getting that right is really tough like you said. Turkey is very unforgiving if it's over cooked

Naw not my kids hahah. Nieces and nephew. No kids for me. I'm used to sleeping in peace but I was away with the family for the weekend. The youngest was sleeping in the bedroom across from mine and he was waking up a lot.

We had a 22lb bird this year. My dad gets them fresh from a local farmer and what a difference vs those frozen Butterballs.

I think you can get them to cook all the way through either way, it just takes a lot longer. I know the cook time varies depending on the size.

Dose 70mg Test EOD, 2iu GH pre-bed

Completely forgot about my own log today because I've had so much fun on other peoples. It's been a busy weekend on EVO, especially with all the Olympia talk.

Sleep was ok last night. It usually suffers a bit when I'm away from my AI mattress lol. I try to make up for the lack of quality with quantity, but with 3 kids under 3 in the family house it's though.

I think the 4g of glycine is helping with the overnight urination a bit but not all the way. Think I might up it to 5g now and see how that goes.

No training all weekend, but a lot of heavy lifting and carries getting all toys, docks, and boat lifts put away. My back was pretty exhausted today. I'll make up my missed arm day tomorrow and then deload week can start.

Shoulder feels good again. A tiny bit down on strength when pressing outta the hole but other than that all good. Full mobility and no more weird popping or random pains.

The wrist on the other hand took a few steps back this weekend. Had to pull the docks and boat lifts at the cottage and I had to do a lot of very heavy over head pressing stuff to get the job done. There was no way around it. Just had to fight through the pain and deal with the consequences as they come lol

I still have to do my dock and lift. If I’m not too late I’ll probably just hire the barge this year. It’s like $400 to pull everything and put it safely on shore. Really hard for me to get the lift up over the steep rocky shore, it’s in 9’ of water too, so you have to lift it really high. Dock is like 12’x16’. You can float it into a pontoon trailer. Been trying to rig floats to the lift but haven’t created anything reliable yet hahaha

Not much of a plan lol. Just keep babying the wrist in the hopes it heals up. Keep pushing the BPC 157 and TB500 til it does. I gotta get a dental implant in a couple weeks too so I think the TB and BPC should help with healing that too so good timing there lol

Yea we have the same problem with the floats and the shoreline lol. Each year we try new floating techniques that fail and then we just brute strength it out LOL.

We used some of that blue rigid foam this year and it helped a little bit with the deep stuff but no good in anything less than 3ft

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH

Very strong arm day. Added a couple extra sets to make up for the fact that my wrist still won't allow me to train forearms. Honestly I don't mind missing forearms cuz mine are already really big compar to my biceps. Biceps are only 16 1/2" while forearms are 13 1/2". Hockey, lacrosse, and work have given me good forearms for my size.

Still feeling strong overall but a bit tired from work this week. It's been kinda hectic and the type of work has been hard. Looking forward to this long weekend Canadian Thanksgiving!

I found the 3g of glycine pre-bed hasn't been helping with the overnight urination. I upped it to 4g and last night I only got up once. My doc says I can go all the way up to 10g if need be, but hopefully 4g is the dose. Will keep everyone posted

I wish it worked that way for me lol. Anytime I eat a cheat meal I get super bloated and sick. Then I don't sleep well and the next day I'm exhausted.

Maybe it's cuz I'm 40 and old? Not sure. I used to be able to eat crap and feel ok but since switching to a strictly healthy diet my body doesn't react well to junk food or sweets.

I can do a hamburger or Philly cheese steak, or fries alone. Combine the two and I feel terrible right away. Same with pizza. I can eat 2 slices of real Italian pizza but if I eat 3 I suffer.

Not weird at all.... if I ordered a meatlovers pizza with extra cheese right now I'd eat the whole thing and I'd be on the couch all day tomorrow groaning. With sweets, I don't even know what would happen. Cheating for me is having a small piece of cake on someone's birthday with them and they better be damn important to me too because otherwise it's a hard pass on the cake.

Not weird at all that’s actually smart awareness of how your body responds. If clean food makes you feel strong and recovered there’s no reason to force cheat meals just for the sake of it. :D @BeMe

Use higher carb clean meals instead when needed to refill glycogen without the junk. You’re doing it right staying consistent and knowing what keeps you performing best. EVO family respect!

Good update and sounds like recovery was still productive even without full training. The test and GH setup is steady so keep that rhythm going into deload week as planned. :D

Bump glycine to 5 g before bed and keep fluids earlier in the evening to cut night wakeups.
Make the arm day a pump-focused session then take the deload to reset before the next block. Though with the arms careful with your wrist! @BeMe

That's my strategy actually. I up my dinner rice and breakfast oats after big days or when I know I'm gonna have one. I have these rice snack breads pre-workout too @LevButlerov

Not a lot to report from yesterday. Just a lot of outdoor work at the cottage and then ate a quick dinner before heading back to the city.

Didn't get to enjoy any fun time this weekend. All the daylight hours were spent working. I was hoping to go for a hike and get some nice fall pics for the log to share but no go. I'll be up again in a couple weeks and hopefully the autumn colours hold on.

Sleep was great last night. 5g of glycine might be pretty good. Time will tell.

Back in the gym moving some proper weight tonight.

Outdoor work still counts as output so tonight’s session go slower. You’re in a good place.

Haha my birthday was 22Sep and my girl got me a massive rib eye with a candle in it. She knew better to get me anything "birthday'ish".

My tier list would be:
My girl (medium piece)
Parents (small piece)
Sister (smaller piece out of respect - she trains and I have her on sema)
Kids (no piece - they get it)
Rest of the world (a dirty look when asked and a hard "NO" if pressured)
