I am alternating back and forth on the back and bi training. I am finding that emphasizing one over the other, every other workout is allowing me to really pound my arms better.Nice back and bi combo, strong range on curls with 35 lb top and solid pull volume. The preacher work and 90 kg pulldowns are a big back bi pump.
Cardio and planks first was smart to warm up the core and loosen up before training.

As much protein as we all eat, it makes it so much easier to eat more of it, you can keep it moist and totally season the hell out if it.
I pulled a lesson from the interview with @Noah Wixx , and cook up LBS of ground beef and chicken at one time for a whole week. I will do the same with turkey. I found a deal for ground turkey, but after I looked at what it really was, not just lean breast meat, I decided to just grind my own. The food industry is gross
