Nice back and bi combo, strong range on curls with 35 lb top and solid pull volume. The preacher work and 90 kg pulldowns are a big back bi pump.

Cardio and planks first was smart to warm up the core and loosen up before training.

I am alternating back and forth on the back and bi training. I am finding that emphasizing one over the other, every other workout is allowing me to really pound my arms better.

I wanted to be a chef, wanted to open a BBQ business here in Northern Nevada. My mom, was married to a Sicilian and she spent a lot of time with his mother in the kitchen, and in between, wrestling, football and baseball. that is where I was as well. So I grew up learning Nona's secrets. Later as a young adult, I learned really fast that women love a good cook ad so well.......
We do a lot of fight night food, BBQ, and a lot of vegan dishes believe it or not.
I love the kitchen.

damn so you learned from the best. honestly with me it was moving out on my own at 19 and just watching videos and reading cook books. i'm pretty good at following step by step simple directions and using quality ingredients that are healthy.

Cooking is a lot of fun. Even better when it is healthy and from 100 percent whole foods

Oh man, @stevesmi , I buy organic breasts and then chop them up and run them through a food processor and grind my own.
As much protein as we all eat, it makes it so much easier to eat more of it, you can keep it moist and totally season the hell out if it.
I pulled a lesson from the interview with @Noah Wixx , and cook up LBS of ground beef and chicken at one time for a whole week. I will do the same with turkey. I found a deal for ground turkey, but after I looked at what it really was, not just lean breast meat, I decided to just grind my own. The food industry is gross

I am making bean stew with ground turkey. No cans!! Beans were soaked and boiled,
Tomatoes we’re diverse and so were the peppers and I am using homemade beef broth, it is very rich. I will have to cut it with water.

Chicken and rice!!
Eating protein and reading philosophy!!

Breakfast
I was tired of just the regular seasonings, so I went with Curry powder, Paprika, Turmeric and cinnamon on the sweet potatoes.
I added a bit more seasonings to the ground turkey and eggs!
And then You hit it with the CHOLULA!!! And BOOM!!

Macros are current for the day
