My last Naps order never came. They took all my rewards credit and cash and gear never showed. They said they’d give a refund and still haven’t done so.

This order I did domestic weeks ago and it still hasn’t even moved. Not even dropped at the post office. We pay premium prices for US domestic gear and Naps still isn’t delivering.

I’ve ordered many times in the past and never had a problem. But lately they seem to act like they have product, but not really, and they are scamming. Customer service won’t get back in a decent amount of time. Naps has gone straight down hill. Anyone know why?

My last 2 domestic orders have been fast. 1 arrives today actually. Mine were Geneza Pharma products.

I hope somebody can. I’ve never had a problem before but man their customer service is really bad. UG freak gets back to you right away. Naps takes days for one answer. It’s really frustrating

Here’s where they acknowledge they don’t have the gear but still no reply or refund given after this. Takes days for responses.

Definitely some unusual negative experiences taking place recently with Naps. I have been disappointed several times in the past six weeks. I have finally reached out to Jason and Richard. They are good guys and will hopefully make it right.

But yes, domestic taking weeks to ship. $50 express on domestic Hgh and still hasn’t shipped after 8 days. I see the product reviews saying received in less than a week! I wish!

Oh and my support cases are still “unassigned” after creating 4 days ago. Kinda sad as I have never been disappointed like this by naps before.

I’m sure it’s just a short term logistics issue and that Naps will handle it soon. They’ve always delivered quality and reliability, so I’m staying patient and confident they’ll sort it out. Remember other labs carry the gear they dont, they are not the actual shipper.

What brand did you end up ordering from? Keep in mind it's not Napster that does the shipping.

napsgear is the #1 source. consistent for 20 years. sometimes packs go missing when you ship tens of thousands

napsgear handles so many packages. sometimes this can happen 1% of the time
 
No doubt Naps will make it right. Lag times/issues happen it’s part of the game. After involving @jasonhill800 my domestic grey tops are finally in transit! I’m so thrilled I just placed another order

Kindly send me a private message with your order details and support ticket number. A source with around 25 years of experience in the industry would not scam over just 1-2 orders.

I understand you might be facing a delay with your order, which sometimes happens due to factors beyond our control.
 
Naps made everything perfect! It was just unfortunate I had 2 orders in a row with problems and it gave me red flags. Overreaction on my part. They refunded everything, store credit and all. Had the domestic order show up today as well. Just a little slower than usual. But products are perfect. My bad. Naps is still awesome…. You guys know that. Thanks fellas

Hell I'm dealing with the exact same issue and it still hasn't been resolved. Told me they reshipped and would be giving my a new tracking number within 5 days. That was 7 days ago and theyre still claiming they'll give me a new tracking number. Like, okay? What about that 5 days that's passed? Seriously, naps is have ISSUES and acting super scammy

It wasn't like it just wasn't ever received by the carrier, the tracking number they literally says "not found". They said they reshipped last week and allow up to 5 days for a new tracking number. That 5 days has passed and still the only answers I get as of today are "we've requested tracking". What aren't you understanding about what the issue is?

Bro, we’re not denying anything. Our only intention is to resolve this, not complicate it.

It’s simple: you will either get your product or you will get a refund.

I’ve told you multiple times—we’re not “running away” with your one order. I’ve been replying to every PM and every thread you make.

You also need to understand that some things are beyond our control, like delays from the supplier’s side. And for international orders, you already know that due to the tariff situation, delays are expected.

What I don’t understand is why you’re bashing NAPS everywhere. You’re replying to old threads from other members whose issues were already resolved, and you’re bumping those threads again. I don’t know what your intention is behind that.

Many members have faced delays after the tariff changes. They posted their concerns, we communicated with them, and the issues were resolved. We respect those members because they understand that some things are beyond NAPS’ control—but they trust that if anything goes wrong, we provide store credit or refunds.

There are members who don’t even contact us on the forum—they simply place orders, and we still give them $150–$200 in free store credit as appreciation.

So why would we scam you with your paid order?

I’ve asked you many times to have some patience, yet every day you’re posting in 3–4 old threads and bashing NAPS.
