As for the decent gyms, you'll be looking for a while in Perth. Look into building your own home gym if you have the means. Revo is just full of dickheads and most of the other franchise ones are pretty similar, just smaller. I went thru 3 of the big names and 2 'smaller' gyms to find out most of the time the smaller gyms are smaller because the owners are pretty uninterested.

Idk yet desperately trying to pay some test then may start a cycle again once I’m settled in when I do I will log to create more accountability been running trt the last 6/7 months..


Would be really awesome if some one with PayPal could let me send them funds and make the payment on my behalf some sources being really helpful but when the banks asking for for full names addresses I can’t expect that from them

mate I'm 44 with 2 kids. You might, when your ready, even be able to get a sponsorship for your log. You have a good physique I'm sure you can showcase a vendors goods very easily.

Also I am at a few Revo's too. Agree they are busy and full of idiots but goddam you need to wear mirrored sunnies sometimes!

Sorry bro i dont follow, your having trouble with bitcoin coz the bank is asking for your full name and address? Or are you trying to do bank transfer to a vendor and your bank is asking for all those details?

The plate loaded machines at Revo I got 60kg a side for 9/10 this felt a lot light compared to hammer strength machines I’ve been used to using in the uk. Does this seem right guys..

I find the machines are so different between gyms, some I'm maxing out all plates others can't even get half of the plates up.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Kangaroo meat is pretty healthy, around 22% protein and only 2% fat.
It can be an acquired taste for some - some say similar to deer but a bit leaner. Have to cook it carefully or you end up with a piece of rubber

Sure we have many recommendations, come on it's a steroid forum :D @Bigdan85 but blind recommendations don't really help you or us.
Start by posting a full log so we can see your weight, diet, and current training setup. That lets us build a proper mass cycle around your base and recovery.
Once you drop those details, we can outline a clean mass cycle.
