Yea companies would do themselves a favour by just using the common nomenclature vs the compound name. I remember having the same problem when I was new.
Agreed! I think we should always tailor our lingo toward the newcomer. I try to myself. For example I'll say "steroids" to a new member and not 'sauce' or 'gear'. I'll also say Anadrol and not oxymetholone and EQ vs. boldenone, etc.

Not unlike my AA practices it's all about the newcomers and keeping fresh meat on this board and getting them involved.
 
So, Wednesday is the start of my 4th week on test. Do I get my bloods then or at the end of the 4th week?

yes I understand this :D but it's not always calories in vs calories out, maintenance is relative, especially you're training and doing cardio.

Definitely elements to it. The scoliosis and " quad belly" I've developed since being in a chair aren't great for the old confidence. There's also just the fact that I am overweight, and the only way to change that is to put in the work. Also, if I want to do a cycle, my body fat needs to be lower to avoid things happening as you guys have mentioned.

Had a good sleep last night and felt strong in the gym today. Had to check I had the right dumbbell on tricep extensions. Felt at least 3kg lighter. Reta definitely kicked in. Getting in 1,400 cals across the day felt like I sat down and ate an entire family pizza to myself in one sitting. Had to force the yoghurt down. Feel like I say this every week at this point, but the support today from everyone involved at @UGL OZ and @LevButlerov was next level. Thanks again, lads.

1 hour of balls-to-the-wall cardio and low calories to make up for Saturday. That completes a full week without a single binge on any bad foods. So determined to lose these 6kg. A pic of when I started my log to now. I'm still fat, obviously, maybe it's copium, but I see the beginnings of body recomp. Long way to go, but I'll get there.

Knocked out 45 minutes on the hand cycle to help with digestion. Very solid effort for today!
Doing a little cardio work after meals, certainly helps
 
Blood work done.... BUT... I fucked up. I didn't realise I needed to fast, so my cholesterol will be higher than it otherwise would be. I figured I should still get it taken. Will have the results within 48 hours.

Rest day today. Didn't sleep great last night, but managed to sneak in a short nap. Blood work was done today. Have a feeling it's not going to come back looking great. Totally forgot about needing to fast and wasn't hydrated the best, rushing out the door early. Fingers crossed.

Yeah. I have mine on an indoor smart trainer.
Bros. They have a couple of those in my gym. That's really good exercise machine. You develop some strong forearms from them. @Wheels85

Yeah. It's more intense than it looks. My smart trainer is hooked up to a monitor and you do virtual courses. They're meant for normal cyclists, so peddling with my arms I feel like my liver is about to shoot out of my ass some days, haha. On weights days I just do free rides and make it more about elevating my heart rate.
 
Blood results are back. I have no idea how to read these things, but all that red can't be good!

Bloodwork looks surprisingly good I’m happy to see cholesterol in check. Don’t worry about the LDL being only 0.1 out of range you’re on cycle so that’s expected.

LH & FSH are tanked as they always are on cycle.

Progesterone is high range but no need for caber

The problem and issue that needs to be addressed is your e2. You’re aromatizing quite a bit and estrogen is sky high. What AI’s do you have on hand at the moment?

Yeah, Gainsman was telling me that earlier. I don't have any on hand. I am buying some now off the @UGL OZ store. Any suggestions? I would imagine the estrogen being that high is because of my higher body fat %? I have noticed I'm holding my water in my legs. Not an outrageous amount, though.

You’ll definitely be holding water and you might get sensitive itchy or puffy nipples. Mood may be affected as well. BF% plays a role but so does your own physiology and genetics.

Get aromasin if you have nothing at the moment and order it like, today.

I'm not a fan of using steroids to lower estrogen from steroids, especially once your e2 is that high. Having said that masteron can do this and it's argued that EQ seems to as well although the mechanism isn't well understood but the bloodwork doesn't lie.

It's something we can look at adding in to mitigate e2 raising too high but not until you e2 is in check with a proper AI. It's best to get that in range with an AI and then once in range we can look at adding in something to mitigate it creeping back up again to that extent.

Right now you're cutting so adding in another compound is okay but I'd focus on calories in vs. calories out with some good solid workouts like you've been showing us and most of all be patient and tell yourself this time next year I'm gonna look like I want to. A lot can be done in a year bro but not with high estrogen lol.

Yeah, Im still buying some AI. I have no problem putting in the work for 12 months and getting the estrogen under control. I want my health markers as good as much as anyone. I was just spit balling ideas on e2 management

No. I pinned 200mg, 200mg, 300mg, 150mg (first shot this week). I can't really recall the first shot. It was probably 120mg actually. I should write all this down. Still on the reta following the doses you suggested. Pec fly is good, man. Just need to buy more plates for it.

Agreed there's nothing in your log that I can see regarding what you're pinning dose or dates are and I tried to go back and look but I didn't check every single post so my apologies if you did put it up there. That's an absolute MUST for your log and those are not TRT doses (as you know) those are doses you'd wanna run aromasin at 12.5mg eod or e3d and in that context and then get your bloods checked so you're not playing catchup like we are now.

Everything will be okay try not to worry there's a fix for this for sure. Get your AI ordered and on it's way and it might even be there before your next shot.

And to answer this question yes higher body fat % can contribute to more aromatization but it's also based on your own physiology and genetics as well. Some guy at your BF% can get away with it whereas some their e2 is even higher than yours.

The 300 was when I messaged you and mentioned that I missed the centre of my delt, so I re-pinned, thinking it wouldn't be effective. It's my fault, regardless. You guys recommended 120 and then adjust after bloods, and I knew it's always best to have an AI in hand, but I didn't. I also pinned the night before my test, so that could have influenced the numbers being as high as the were but they're still high even accounting for that. I'm not worried. AJ @UGLhas fully hooked me up with some AI, test and Reta. Chalk it down as a lesson learned. Don't rush doses and ALWAYS keep an AI on hand. At least I know now why I've been a bit moody and my sleep has been pretty bad, haha.

Question: when injecting into the delt, if I don't inject it into the centre of the delt will it still be effective? I miss the centre and injected into the lower part of the delt.
Yes brother you're good. Assuming you stayed along the same straight line of your medial delt you likely just hit the bottom of it you're good. The medial is shaped kinda like a heart so you can and actually SHOULD rotate around the medial from low to high to off to the left and off to the right etc.
