Approved Log Fat loss Journal - Andromix and Retatrutite

Thanks Bro.

Yeah the Geneza Pharma Andromix 1ml EOD. I’ve been happy with it, basically no sides at this dosage for me. Small uptick in dreams maybe a little hotter while sleeping but nothing crazy. Also using Retatrutide.

That and lots of good nutritional advice from the members here. Good community for sure.
bros you gonna keep improving. @floridaman1984 don't over do it on the andromix. keep it short and lower dose

I was thinking 8-9 weeks total. Then just go back to test c at 150-200mg for a while. Then maybe test and eq for a while.

I definitely plan to run this combo again in the future. Just probably the longer esters, either para pharma or dragon pharma.

I wish geneza had a 300mg equal part long Ester blend. I've been happy with their gear on this.

Thanks Bro.

Man i wish i could find a decent one to restore. I just refuse to pay what people want for them now. I should've got them when you couldn't give them away. Oh well.
yeah its a waste of money. Cars are one of the most overpriced and bloated things that we buy. It's crazy that some cars are worth more than actual houses and land. @floridaman1984

Tomorrow makes 7 weeks. Getting close to wrapping up the cycle. Current scale weight 224 lbs. Not much change that I can tell from week 6. Next week I’ll probably start adding 150 mg of test c. To start getting it in my system to cruise.

Bro this is an amazing change! If you check my log it looks like you're on the same journey I went on and you have the same base I did. I went from 270 down to 190 then built back up to 220 and didn't like the look so now I'm hovering between 205-212.

Keep going brother you already look night and day!

@floridaman1984 looking good man. when we have you on the podcast we will need to cover these changes you are making. its coming fast and furious now

I'm going to try to get back to posting it. Bringing out this new drilling rig has been a pain. So I haven't done much extra outside of my working out. But things are starting to get settled in now.
EVO family is here for you waiting :D support your way @floridaman1984

There are some big changes, man. It's hard for you to tell but we can tell for sure. @floridaman1984 Your arms look leaner and around your stomach is definitely leaner.

Yeah I have to look at difference in like 3 weeks apart or so. Looking at myself daily it's hard to notice. But from the start of this 7 weeks ago is a night and day difference.

Yes that's correct. When you look at yourself every day you're not going to tell much of a difference.

I know these last couple of weeks the scale weight has came down much easier. And I'm not really trying to be at more of a deficit than I was.

I think one thing that has greatly helped my progress the last 3-4 weeks is being back on straight day shift. Consistency is key in anything. And having to change my eating / sleeping schedule every 2 weeks was definitely holding my progress back some I think.

@floridaman1984 bros good for you! you doing better and better. pretty soon will be closer to 10%
I hope so, I'm shooting for the 10-12% range. Not really trying to go any lower. After letting my body have some down time I might do a test/eq cycle for some lean gains. I handled the low dosage tren good on this cycle, but I dont want to abuse it to much.

I can see where it would be easy to, if you're the type of person that doesn't get bad sides from it.

Yeah i honestly dont think it'll be a problem getting there now. I already had a good grasp on my nutrition and working out before this. But after joining the forum and getting even more info / help from the members it has only helped me improve.

This is a really good first step right here. You're not going to build Rome overnight, but we got all the confidence that you're going to continue to improve and get leaner. You definitely want to end up with a visible AB. @floridaman1984

Final photo update. Scale weight 222 lbs. Wrapping up this cycle. Going back on TRT dosage of test for a little while. As of now plans for next cycle are test, eq, and maybe wrap that up with tren a at the end. But we'll see if that changes when I get ready.

All in all I'm very happy with the results from this and the Geneza gear. They've definitely earned some repeat business from me. Thanks to all the members for the knowledge and support through this, it definitely helped me. (Not sure why the photo is flipped couldn't figure out how to correct it on here)

Im just a little past the 8 week mark. Original plan was 6-9 weeks.

I've got to do labs at the end of December for Trt prescription. So this will give me a month for everything to level out. I'll continue taking my N2 guard until the bottle runs out. Im also going to start taking some Cardarine and see how it helps my cardio. Just 10mg a day.

I thin, you can go easy 12 weeks imo @floridaman1984 but training and food still crucial and we dont see that :D

I see you want to drop off before the TRT scrip smart, how about you blast after?

Im planning on it. I'll see how the blood work looks and if it all looks good then I'll get started. If not ill wait a little longer.

bros GW cardarine the best for cardio. you gonna love it. take it like 2-3 hours before cardio and watch what happens @floridaman1984

Let us know how that goes with the blood work. @floridaman1984 N2guard is definitely a great option. Always sucks when a bottle runs out too.

What's the recommended dosage? I'll get them ordered from umbrella
for rad140 you're looking for 20mgs/ed max
https://umbrellalabs.is/shop/sarms/sarm-liquid/rad-140-sarm-testolone
for cardarine gw 20mgs/ed max
https://umbrellalabs.is/shop/sarms/sarm-liquid/gw-501516-cardarine-20mg-ml
for mk677 10mgs pre bed will boost your hgh
https://umbrellalabs.is/shop/sarms/sarm-liquid/mk-677-ibutamoren-nutrobal

I would suggest that to start before we consider adding ostarine @floridaman1984

@floridaman1984 usually with RAD, LGD or any of the main sarms you will want to run 10-20mgs a day. ostarine and s4 you will go higher. i do recommend GW as it will help with endurance and fat loss

@floridaman1984 man you made one hell of a transformation awesome work. Can’t wait to see how far you take this.

Well i fucked myself up.

Cut my arm pretty good. Waiting to find out how bad it is. I wont be able to work out for awhile. So damn disappointed right now. I hope it's only a month. Just worried about breaking my good habits I've established.

Just got in a big piece of home gym equipment too.

Cardio and leg days for a bit.
sorry about this, how bad is it, can you share pics? @floridaman1984

yes cardio and legs will be a go if arm is out.

Sorry for the bad news, man, but at least the doctor said that you'll be okay. You can still train around such an injury. @floridaman1984

Cutting a damn thick zip tie. What sucks is about an hour before that I told my wife be careful and try not to cut towards herself. Then I go and do that. To dumb to take my own advice.
@floridaman1984 what were you doing cutting a huge zip tie? seems like something that was random !

A local buddy almost cut his arm off with a saw by accident few months back.

Tis but a nick!!

I use zip ties quite a bit myself. I just filled my fishing cart and I use them so that has me a little concerned.

Well if i was just using my head I had better tools for it in my garage than my pocket knife. Small set of side cutters are perfect. And I have some sitting in my tool box. One of the many reasons I'm pissed with myself over this.

Ah okay.

Well finished assembling what I injured myself working on. Fitness trainer, Smith machine, and power rack in one. My wife mainly wanted a fitness trainer for the garage. But once I started looking into it. I wanted something that could cover almost everything.

About to walk down to my gym do some leg presses then ill do Smith machine squats on this. I've never really used a Smith machine but definitely going to give it a try especially while I'm down for a little bit. I'll be working legs every other day.

20251116_191520.webp

Feels worse than it looks lol. Hopefully it doesn't take long to be back to 100%.

It mostly sucks the location of it. Right at the bend of the arm on the bicep.
It will heal with bpc for sure :D

Good setup and that home stack looks hot!

That leg press hit plus Smith work will keep quads and glutes progressing while you heal, just go slow on training lower intensity by 70% so no extra inflammation as you heal @floridaman1984

Probably why that sucker has hurt more than it looked like it should.

I dont know why it would take the bruising so long to appear.
I hope you're ok.

Amazing before and after shots bro! Well done. Even after 5 weeks you looked night and day!

After you level out for the bloodwork to keep your Rx for TRT what's the plan? New blast planned?
In your next log I'd recommend throwing up a lot more of your food/diet/training for us. It helped me WAY more than I expected when I ramped up my log with details.

I'll continue taking my N2 guard until the bottle runs out.
Bro I run this year round it has bloodwork showing it works. Anyone can benefit from taking this but especially guys on gear.

Thanks bro. Honestly not 100% sure. Leaning towards test and eq. I'll have to see where I'm at with this arm injury then too.

As good as I responded to tren with low sides, I plan to use it again in the future also.

Ya your arm looks fucked bro. You obviously bled internally a bit up your arm that cut was nasty; it will clear out in a week and just change colours LOL

@LevButlerov well my umbrella gear is finally shipping out tomorrow, it wont arrive before I leave to go back to work unfortunately. So I've got some Wolverine blend ordered from another source that I've used in the past that has free 2 day shipping so I can get the healing kick started.

So I also wont be able to use the rad140 or mk677 until I get back home in roughly 3 weeks from now. Which by then ill be getting ready to do blood work and see where I am, as far as next cycle goes.

I should be able to keep the bpc 157 in the freezer for quite a while right? For later use if I need it. Just hate to waste all that money.

I should be able to keep the bpc 157 in the freezer for quite a while right?
I got this @LevButlerov. About a year if frozen lyophilized in a standard freezer but don't fuck with it and take it out then decide to hold off on running it and then refreeze it again. Peptides are super delicate. If you have a badass -80 C freezer it can last a lot longer. Otherwise keep them in the fridge always, either reconstituted or not, and use reconstituted within a month max or six months lyophilized un-reconstituted (if that's a word LOL). You know what I mean I'm sure :ROFLMAO:
