@Bigdan85 bros Shoulder press machine is really nice and I also like the upright rolls. That's really good. Finishing out with shrugs is not bad.

Just got a super heavy arm session in unfortunately I did not write it as I go and won’t second guess the weights but was great felt easier and stronger pump is insane

Will do guys just started doing some work so hands up have been a little lazy.. will grill up all my chicken for in work he’s Sunday or even tonight, 100% need to prep my shakes breakfast I forgot once this week due to tiredness and fuck me make it’s a challenge to get decent marcos in… shit morning on Wednesday I had my hip adjusted at the chiropractor it’s been while usally very manageable left there feel great ready to push on, this I woke up my right glute is so tight it’s like some cunt is stabbing me in the s3 joint I’ve just returned from Pysio going to be a few treatments to loosen it I will train upper body until this issue is gone.

I do have couple of kangaroo steaks will cook up later and show off

Would have to be recipes and likes only for ease of looking I think
Could create a catagory section for recipes and sub categories like high protien, low carb, keto, high carb etc.. then it would categorise specific types of meals and ease of search maybe?

Easy but also we can't copy paste others have to be careful to rewrite them our own way.

You tried a ball? I find it better for glutes. I use a t-ball which I guess is halfway between a baseball and a softball. And cross the working leg over the other leg to pop the glute out.
Tbh I’ve heating the hell outta is foam roller and stretching loads better atm will grab a ball next time I see one tho my staffe kept chewing them up before 🤣🤣🤣

So I’ve attempted to get up and train looks like I need to leave at 4 am get back bung the wife and kids in the car get to mates fire a lift at 5:30 am…….. 🤯😡 failing this I will be going around 8/8:30 pm for a while or possibly try 4pm today I do not like over crowded gyms full of half hearted training
