Yea same here. It still smells so amazing tho right. Just doesn't hit the same anymore and right after eating it you start feeling so gross. It's weird cuz before it was delicious and no problems. I guess our bodies just know we shouldn't be eating it but build a tolerance over time.
Exactly, I guess years of conditioning out bodies to crap and it adjusts. Then we clean it back up and then the body readapts to a new norm and then wants to reflect the old norm. Love your latest podcast. I listened to it this morning at the gym. What are your thoughts on this. My last blast and my first blast I did 500mg test. I didn't really feel anything on it other then estrogen fluctuations. I used Beligas test cyp from napsgear. If I was to do a test only blast again do I increase see if I get better results? Or should I add another steroid to the mix? I do TRT and I really just felt the same as my TRT.

Thanks bro I'm glad you liked it. I think want you choose should really depend on your goals. When your goal was reducing bodyfat and increasing muscle before test only probably wasn't the best option for you. GH probably would've helped a fair bit tho.

What's the new goals? You're still running the tirzepatide your doc prescribed right?

Now that you're back on the tools I bet EQ would be a really good option for you to run with your test. It will control your E2 and help you keep some endurance for those long days on the job and then the gym.

On the test I was just wanting to gain strength and muscle. Now I am just trtvand cutting on the tirzepatide. Everyone keeps telling me to do eq and test. That is the plan for February. I hear people doing a mix of eq and deca which sounds interesting but think I should just add in one more compound to my test. If I was to do just test again I wonder if I should do 500 again or increase it to see if I get better results. Just thinking through all the options. Goal right now is still lose weight but hopefully by February I will be ready to pack on muscle and strength again. Yes I am on prescription Mounjaro.

Personally I'd say just go for the Test and EQ and forget the Deca for now while you're recomping. I think EQ is exactly what you're looking for. You could get some bloodwork done like 4 weeks into your EQ cycle to see where your E2 is at and you might be able to run your Test a fair bit higher like you want without needing an AI. @Allupfromhere was saying the effects on your E2 from the EQ happen pretty quickly, before the EQ even reaches saturation levels in your blood.

Deca would be a good option once you're at your desired BF level and looking to grow again. Low dose Deca could be helpful for your joints if they're an issue for you tho. I'm running 100mg a week right now to see if I get some joint relief. I'm only 2 weeks on so no improvements yet but I'm hopeful. My knees are pretty messed up from sports and wear and tear at work.

I am not planning to use deca in my next cycle. I am taking things one compound at a time. When I do add another compound to the mix I am going to try equipoise first. I will most likely do that in February when I do my next blast. Before I try equipoise and deca together I will do deca and test cycle first to see how I do with deca. If all that goes well then try the 3 together. By the time all that happens my goals will probably change. Who knows.

I got the wife to do some progress pics. She said am I putting porn on the web. Lol

Yeah it did for me and some other but not for every one. Eq is definitely you better option for recomping like @BeMe said brother, just take a little time with it.

Your on trt anyway so the situation is perfect as you dont need to worry about pct and this will allow you to fine tune your eq:test ratio.
I personally recommend you start at 2:1 test/eq and adjust from there. Still have an ai on hand in case you respond differently.
One thing i will say is its easier to bring estrogen down with and ai then it is to bring it up by trying to increase your conversion.

Good luck brother i reckon you will love it

You’re going to be looking like a different person bro. If I was you I would sideline a near future cycle and add GH. It will help you with everything
Solid fella @kcates, looking strong!! Hahaha your wife did make me giggle 😂 sounds like a funny women.

I really agree with what @toddthelineman mentioned, gh will change the game for you! Would be beneficial to even add it now if your in a position too. It will help with fat loss, recovery and much more.

The sun emits infrared!
Yes I know but infrared lamps direct it to the site. You don't have to do it, but just telling you I've had many clients improve injuries with the lamp @kcates

Thanks Lev! I am doing good but not my best. I think I can cut back on protein. I have gotten so use to eating my normal breakfast and a pound of meat at dinner. I will continue to eat less meat and more vegetables at night. Try my best. I am not great at the dinner meal yet but got to keep being persistent at it. Had cauliflower the other night and thought of you as I ate it. Lol

I think you're doing well, the veggies are what you need :D and happy you thought of me as you're eating lol :P
but you know, high fat is hard with tirzepatide so you can moderate protein and add healthy carbs like oatmeals, yams, sweet potatoes and of course the veggies @kcates
I wouldn't go too high but moderate like 50 grams to start in AM to see how you feel, dont blast out 300 grams of carbs, go slow for digestion sake and size.
EVO family love your way :D

I am just messing with you. I probably won't do it. I really need to order some bpc157 and tb500 and keep it on hand for things like this.
thats true, get some bpc if you have the budget :D

I am already on a prescription AI now from my doc. You have reminded me I need to order e2 blood work for this week so we can see what my estrogen is at now after being on it for 2 weeks. I don't likes the way I feel now. I got to find that estrogen sweet spot. I feel like I am low now. Starting to feel kind of the same way I was when I was high.

I would love to do some GH, but can't afford it right now to stay on it for the year. I got to much other things to pay for coming up through into the new year. Maybe next year.

@kcates nice that you posted this for reference to come back to look at them. most importantly its been the benefits on the inside too. you are much healthier

You need a sponsor👍
That would be cool! Maybe one day I will get one of those as well! Not sure how that works for just an average gym rat like me.

Honestly I could stay the same as I am now physically for the rest of my life I wouldn't care. The real benefits is all the cool people I have met at the gym. All the cool new Evo family i have now. All the things about myself I have learned. How great i feel mentally and physically. I now just love lifting weights. It's what I really enjoy doing for myself. I enjoy learning all about diet, pepetides, exercise, blood work and the gear. I learned I was low T and getting on TRT made me a happy person again. Losing the gut and getting muscles is now the side effect of the real benefits. When I first started it was the reverse. I learned how bad caffeine is for me. I have learned how important blood pressure is. I can go on about all these new things I have learned that just make life better. It all started from this new doc I saw said i am going to put u on a new medicine and I need u to go lift weights so u don't lose your muscle. I never lost an ounce of muscle on a GLP-1. I have adjust gained muscle. It's just been an awesome journey. Literally life changing. A lot of that has been cause of all you. So thank you for all your love and support. I appreciate everyone of you who has read my forum. Even if your just lurking and not responding. I appreciate the fact you even read my log.

I got a lot of respect for your physique, man. @kcates You made some big improvements. I'm sure mentally and physically you feel so much better and more energetic.
Yeah man it's awesome. I wish I had stuck with it all my life instead of just finding it in my late 40's but hey I am here now and that's all that matters.

I got the wife to do some progress pics. She said am I putting porn on the web. Lol
@kcates I believe that you will continue to improve. I would love to see you sporting a six pack eventually. It can be done. Also, what is that mark in the middle of your back where you stabbed or something?

That's Bob! It was a cyst on my back that had to be surgically removed. Then my wife sent pics of it to my mother inlaw. Then she drew the face on it. Then my family named it bob. My family is something else. Sorry it wasn't something cool like I got stabbed in prison. Or shot hunting! At least Bob is a funny story.

Yeah, I ate it while the peas were warming up. This was a day I came home from work and my wife makes meat for me and my son and doesn't cook anything else. I am hungry from working. I just dig in. I did remember to make some veggies. I ate all the meat while it cooked. I didn't think of a pic until peas were ready and meat was gone.

Super proud dad again today. Yesterday my youngest turned 12. Today my oldest son who is 19 finished the 54 hour crucible which is the final test of a recruit at Marine boot camp and got his Eagle, Globe, & Anchor this morning. Now he is a United States Marine as of 8 am this morning. We still haven't talked to him or got to see him. Just letters. We get to finally see him Dec. 4th and he graduates Dec. 5th. Then he gets to come home for 28 days before he goes back to school of infantry then he will be attending infantry training battalion. I am just super proud of my son and what he has achieved. I was worried about that boy and the direction he was heading. Now I am just worried and pray that he comes home safe in the end physically and mentally.

huge respect for your son, becoming a Marine after the crucible is serious discipline and you should be proud! @kcates EVO family love his way!
The path he is on now is structured and strong so enjoy that December visit and keep supporting him the way you are because it matters.
This is truly your achievement :D

Then he gets to come home for 28 days before he goes back to school of infantry then he will be attending infantry training battalion. I am just super proud of my son and what he has achieved. I was worried about that boy and the direction he was heading. Now I am just worried and pray that he comes home safe in the end physically and mentally.
Congrats to your son, you have raised strong young men

Not sure if you know my story but brother I have mad respect for your son. And as a Dad myself I can't imagine how hard that would be to send him off but both you and your son are strong and set the standard for young men and Dad's. I applaud you both and fucking salute you brother!

My dad was a marine. He carried the discipline they beat into him for his entire life. All marines are tough as nails. Even if you’re old, out of shape, doesn’t matter. For better or for worse, they definitely give you the skills to face adversity. I’m happy for you @kcates ates

@kcates Not bad at all on the dinner. Looks like you got a nice mix of food. Is that at a restaurant or did you cook it up yourself?

Sounds like He was on the wrong track but now he's going to get some discipline. Hopefully he can have a successful life and really do well for himself. @kcates

Congrats to your son @kcates

That's a huge accomplishment he's achieved. My dad told me once no matter how old I get he'll never stop worrying about me and I'd imagine it's the same for you. Your son is very much a man now so hopefully that gives you a little piece of mind.

As a father myself this got me a little emotional haha. Man, massive respect to both you and your boy. What he’s accomplished is unbelievable earning that Eagle, Globe & Anchor is no small feat, and it shows the heart and strength he’s built. And credit to you too, brother… the way you stood by him, worried for him, guided him, and never gave up says everything about the father you are. You raised a good young man. Praying he stays safe, strong, and comes home to you whole. Proud of you both.

I agree, I love that you are having members on them. Makes me feel even more connected. Just listened to Floridaman yesterday and didn't even know about him, so of course I got to check out his log. He sounds just like one of the guys I hangout with but then again I am in Florida.

It gives me peace knowing he finally has direction. I will always worry about him.

Thank you. He got to use his phone for the first time in over 12 weeks. I got to talk to him for a few minutes. He was really nice to hear his voice. I will finally get to see him in 11 days. It will go by quick. The 12 weeks went by quick. So happy he gets to come home for 28 days instead of 10 because of the holidays.

He was, he was drinking a lot and driving drunk which resulted in 3 accidents totally 2 vehicles. Luckily he never got a DUI. I don't know how but thankfully. He had no direction in life and was just doing dumb shit with his life. After one for the drinking and driving accidents I told him he had to go because he wasn't going to sit her and keep doing this and destroying our family. He then a few days later started the process to join the military. It took a year to happen but it finally did. I felt at times I was forcing it on him but now he actually enjoys it. I am really happy for him. He grew up playing baseball and played travel baseball for a real long time as well. He always loved being part of a team. Now he is part of one of the best brotherhoods in the world. I believe he will love being a part of the Marines and thrive there as well just like he did in baseball. I am just so happy for him.

That was a restaurant called Fogo de chao Brazilian steak house. They cook the meat over pits on big skewers and they come around and cut off meat for you. It's all u can eat. They just keep coming around with different steak, chicken pork, and lamb options you can choose from. My son loves it. He has gone there the last 4 years for his birthday. We enjoy it. It's one of those places you don't eat all day and get your fill for the day at dinner. They have a salad bar as well with all kinds of fruit vegetables, salads, and cheeses. They have a brown sugar bacon that is really good. Also they have a grilled cheese that they drizzle honey over as well. I usually only get rice and black beans with pork in it from the salad bar for one serving. After that it's just meat for me. They also serve a cheese bread ball that's good and also a cooked caramelized plantain that's like a dessert. They have that particular place in major cities across the country.

yeah the drinking is no good.

unfortunately the military is full of alcoholics though. its a big drinking culture so hopefully he doesn't fall into that hole more

Hopefully, he does not but if he decides to make bad choices it's not me he has to answer to anymore. I just get to be a father and give him my love and best advice. He's finally growing up and becoming a man. As a man you got to stand on your own 2 feet now. I hope the Marines can take him to that next level that I could not.

Yeah, I've been to restaurants like that. They seem to really go overboard though on the salt and spices. Not sure if that place does the same.
