I really didn't want to write this post, but, I'm tired of getting the run around with them. 2025 has been a nightmare.
I had an order a few months ago (the partial shipped in pics) and didn't receive the test because it ran out of stock after I had paid, so I was given store credit which I had to spend more money just to use. I was given a bogus tracking number that didn't exist in any system (17track) and when I said something about this they had me wait to approve reship. Customer service claims reship was approved and I should get a tracking number within 5 days (yesterday) before considering a refund. When I ask customer support and @jasonhill800 about this TODAY they said they are requesting a tracking number. Why wasn't that being done this last week? What's with all the vague answers and lazy responses? I am just one of MANY who are experiencing the same issue. Naps seems to be just giving refunds out so you have to keep spending money without getting any product. Buyers beware
