I really didn't want to write this post, but, I'm tired of getting the run around with them. 2025 has been a nightmare.

I had an order a few months ago (the partial shipped in pics) and didn't receive the test because it ran out of stock after I had paid, so I was given store credit which I had to spend more money just to use. I was given a bogus tracking number that didn't exist in any system (17track) and when I said something about this they had me wait to approve reship. Customer service claims reship was approved and I should get a tracking number within 5 days (yesterday) before considering a refund. When I ask customer support and @jasonhill800 about this TODAY they said they are requesting a tracking number. Why wasn't that being done this last week? What's with all the vague answers and lazy responses? I am just one of MANY who are experiencing the same issue. Naps seems to be just giving refunds out so you have to keep spending money without getting any product. Buyers beware

Naps rep response today after I was told "allow 5 business days" which is today. Can't get a straight answer on anything. Money well scammed

napsgear handles thousands of orders. they aren't going to cheat a customer. @jasonhill800 will take care of this and you will get your order

It’s simple: you will either get your product or you will get a refund.

I’ve told you multiple times—we’re not “running away” with your one order. I’ve been replying to every PM and every thread you make.

You also need to understand that some things are beyond our control, like delays from the supplier’s side. And for international orders, you already know that due to the tariff situation, delays are expected.

What I don’t understand is why you’re bashing NAPS everywhere. You’re replying to old threads from other members whose issues were already resolved, and you’re bumping those threads again. I don’t know what your intention is behind that.

Many members have faced delays after the tariff changes. They posted their concerns, we communicated with them, and the issues were resolved. We respect those members because they understand that some things are beyond NAPS’ control—but they trust that if anything goes wrong, we provide store credit or refunds.

There are members who don’t even contact us on the forum—they simply place orders, and we still give them $150–$200 in free store credit as appreciation.

So why would we scam you with your paid order?

you realize that napsgear isn't who is shipping these products right? its the brand warehouse. the same brand warehouses used by many other sources lol. maybe it has something to do with the idiotic tariffs? or maybe things are just slow cause of the china issues? there are factors that effect things beyond napsgear control, so be patient and order ahead of time

napsgear sends out more packs then anyone else. so of course a small % will not go the way customers want. but they have 100% satisfaction so they will fix it

I'm not sure how exactly the process is on their end as a business, however, anytime I've made a transfer to someone or vise versa its relatively instantaneous.

This is all that needed to be said. If this doesn't reassure him then it's on him to sit and stew. It will arrive, remember what you're ordering @jacksonwreckit, this isn't Amazon. It will arrive or @jasonhill800 will make it right. An order getting seized or the mailman being drunk at work happens all the time, this is nothing unique and neither was your order.

What's unique is how jasonhill800 and Napsgear will take care of you and hence they ARE reliable.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Yeah I’ve had a few different issues and all were resolved better than expected for me. My first ever shipment ended up being out of stock so Naps gave me store credit and then a few days after I reordered, they sent the same amount in store credit (~$160) again! Naps blessed me for real haha. I even had a leaky vial one time that was still usable but they reshipped another for free. Customer service is always really fast and professional. (This is my first and only comment on this forum as I was just spectating before but I had to chime in. Naps is goated.)

Ive never had a problem with naps have had some things late ive had them held up never have not received a package they always respond and when my package was shipped late from there end I got freebies smh

Ive never had a problem with naps have had some things late ive had them held up never have not received a package they always respond and when my package was shipped late from there end I got freebies smh

Funds were taken from my account and immediately and still the status on my order does not seem to ever update! I need some answers on what's going on with my order and my money that was taken. According to napsgear it should only take a few business days to process the payment and order but yet nothing has happened and it has been well over one week already. I need help with this issue... Can anyone help please ?

Definitely will never scam you. Issues from time to time, yes! Scam, no. They will make it right but I get the frustration. Been there a few times myself. Paid $50 for express US shipping on HGH and took 2 weeks for them to ship. I was pissed but shit happens and I got over it.
