Approved Log 16 week rebuild cycle Journal - Post Surgery and Sickness

Nightly Update
I’m definitely noticing the size increase to my body. I’m filling out my shirts more. Noticeable increase to my shoulder and arm size. Even my glutes feel bigger. The benefit of training legs twice a week.

Elbow still feels about the same. Obviously it’s going to take time for the healing peptides to do their thing. I’ll keep being patient.

Training - Back
Had an awesome session. I felt super strong and had lots of energy. Since I’ve added the Telmisartan, I’ve noticed I don’t get that heavy feeling in my head when I’m really pushing heavy weight. So I feel like I can get an extra rep or two, because I’m not feeling like my head is going to pop.

Try a smaller dose, like 2.5mg melatonin.

Somtimes less is more😃
Yeah I tried 5mg again last night and it’s left my pretty groggy this morning.

I think when using HGH, you need way less melatonin.

i cant believe i was as low as 78kg in the early part of this log and im all the way up to 84 and still so lean.

Every now and I get inside my head and convince myself im getting flabby. I need to remember that the goal is size.

I got 3 sets of 8 reps.

I had a last minute switch around with my routine. I normally train Shoulders and Triceps today and do my first sports cardio session thursday. I had to switch them around this week.

Training - Sports Cardio 1
Because I had originally planned to train shoulders, i had taken my 10mg Anavar tab two hours before i planned to lift. Because the sessions got switched around last minute, i ended up fighting today, pumped on Anavar :LOL:

So, during the warm up rounds, its pretty light just going through some drills and you do some circuit stuff like pushups, sits up ect. I was getting a legit bodybuilding pump, because of the Anavar. When it came time for the full blast sparing rounds, my arms looked crazy. Pumped, vascular and the sweat really made them look hollywood :ROFLMAO:

I felt super strong during the sparring rounds too. During the grappling rounds, i was able to brute force my way through submission attempts, completely disregarding technique. Force production was amplified heavily.

It reminds me why these things are banned in competitive sports. It gives you such a performance enhancer, especially when you are good at your sports.

I made a big pitcher of iced coffee last night, to drink today. I drank way to much of it, and sort of nuked my appetite. I try to be mindful of my caffiene intake. I definately had too much today. THC helped bring my appetite back up.

@Nasser1997o2 man. Elbow pain is the worst man. You've gotta do your best to kind of work around the injury. If you're training and it hurts then stop doing that particular exercise.

Yeah I warm them up pretty well and always make sure to be pushing the movement correctly so I don’t tweak it more.

Yeah the Reta makes eating super simple. It’s enough to chill out the food noise, but not too much that I can’t get in all the calories
 
Nightly Update
I’ve always been a fan on injectable amino acids and injectable pre workouts. I’ve never really been squeamish about doing injections, and I fell in love with injectable L Carnitine when I was a filthy natty (still do).

Not many vendors do injectable amino acids, and I’ve always been jealous of the Americans having access to a massive amount of vendors and sites that sell them.

I know a little about home brewing, so I brewed my own preworkout cocktail:
100mg/ml L-Arginine
100mg/ml L-Citrulline
100mg/ml L-Orinthine

Pinned 1ml into my delt preworkout and it absolutely blew my muscles up. Gave me such a crazy pump, I could barely flex my muscles were so tight.

Training - Shoulders and Triceps
As a mentioned before, I pinned 1ml of my amino acid blend, 60mins pre workout. The blend is a pretty common “pump” blend on lots of websites. I think next time I’ll add glutamine, as I think I can push the total amino acid concentration to 600mg per ml, and glutamine is commonly included with those blends.

DB shoulder press - 35kg
DB delt raise - 20kg
DB front delt raise - 15kg
DB rear delt raise - 15kg
One arm cable delt raise - machine setting 14kg
Straight bar tricep pulldown - machine setting 68kg
Rope tricep pulldown - machine setting 64kg

@PharmabolicsOz has an injectable Anavar that I can only imagine the pump it would give me.

Hadn’t noticed my elbow hurting much today. Not sure if the @Ascension Peptides is working it’s magic yet or not, but I’m happy 😃.

I’ve also dropped the melatonin down to 2.5mg. I have 10mg tabs so instead of cutting in half, I cut in quarters now. My sleep on the hgh is already fantastic, the melatonin might be not needed anymore. It is a good anti-oxidant though, so I might keep it in at 2.5mg.

Tommorrow is another cardio session. Time to kick some fools asses!

Nightly Update
I’ve always been a fan on injectable amino acids and injectable pre workouts. I’ve never really been squeamish about doing injections, and I fell in love with injectable L Carnitine when I was a filthy natty (still do).

Not many vendors do injectable amino acids, and I’ve always been jealous of the Americans having access to a massive amount of vendors and sites that sell them.

I know a little about home brewing, so I brewed my own preworkout cocktail:
100mg/ml L-Arginine
100mg/ml L-Citrulline
100mg/ml L-Orinthine

Pinned 1ml into my delt preworkout and it absolutely blew my muscles up. Gave me such a crazy pump, I could barely flex my muscles were so tight.

Training - Shoulders and Triceps
As a mentioned before, I pinned 1ml of my amino acid blend, 60mins pre workout. The blend is a pretty common “pump” blend on lots of websites. I think next time I’ll add glutamine, as I think I can push the total amino acid concentration to 600mg per ml, and glutamine is commonly included with those blends.

DB shoulder press - 35kg
DB delt raise - 20kg
DB front delt raise - 15kg
DB rear delt raise - 15kg
One arm cable delt raise - machine setting 14kg
Straight bar tricep pulldown - machine setting 68kg
Rope tricep pulldown - machine setting 64kg

@PharmabolicsOz has an injectable Anavar that I can only imagine the pump it would give me.

Hadn’t noticed my elbow hurting much today. Not sure if the @Ascension Peptides is working it’s magic yet or not, but I’m happy 😃.

I’ve also dropped the melatonin down to 2.5mg. I have 10mg tabs so instead of cutting in half, I cut in quarters now. My sleep on the hgh is already fantastic, the melatonin might be not needed anymore. It is a good anti-oxidant though, so I might keep it in at 2.5mg.

Tommorrow is another cardio session. Time to kick some fools asses!

Had an awesome session. I felt super strong and had lots of energy. Since I’ve added the Telmisartan, I’ve noticed I don’t get that heavy feeling in my head when I’m really pushing heavy weight. So I feel like I can get an extra rep or two, because I’m not feeling like my head is going to pop.

Nightly Update

Woke up feeling a little bloated. I think i got some water retention from some of the higher sodium foods i ate yesterday. Nothing major, went away as soon as i started moving around. I try to get some morning cardio every chance i get. Take the dog for a walk while i drink my morning coffee. Its actually quite a nice way to start the day mentally.

Training - Sports Cardio 2 and Legs 2

Before both sessions I pinned 1ml of my animo acid mix and my L Carnitine. I will pretty often pin the l carnitine twice a day, especially if i train twice a day, or have a very active day. I've always liked injectable L Carnitine, its totally worth the PIP.

My sports cardio 2 session was good. Felt strong, good energy, good focus and good endurance. I had remembered reading that the russian government gave Turinabol to their athletes in the olympics, and that TBOL was directly invented for Athletes. I wonder how much of a boost it would have to my fight training? Is was what Jone Jones failed his drug test for 🤔

For Legs 2, i hit a new squat PR. I also trained maybe only 2 hours after my sports cardio session, so i recovered super quick and was ready to exercise again fast.

Today was a rest day. I really took it easy today and completely chilled out. It was hot as hell today so I stayed out of the sun and kept cool inside. I can tell I needed it, as I’m super keen to train tommorrow.

Training
Had my kids swimming lesson. It feels soo satisfying being a jacked and shredded dad amongst a sea of dad bod guys.

Sometimes though, I feel a bit guilty. I often catch the looks of guys who look at me with such sadness. They let their bodies fall apart and the difference between me and them probably feels impossible. Most guys would dramatically change their life and look with just some basic exercise. You don’t need to be enhanced, you just need to do the basics.

Nutrition
Once downside of doing nothing is that you are more hungry because you aren’t busy. Only went slightly over the calories, no big deal.

I made my favourite “broke bodybuilder” meal. Tuna, rice, green beans, soy sauce, chilli sauce and kewpie mayo. Goddamn I could eat this everyday, with kimchi, it’s elite.

Because i forgot to take my Anavar yesterday, I took 20mg 2 hours before my workout. I had better not make a habit of that, because while I felt incredible while I was in the gym, afterward I was completely exhausted. Almost needed a nap after the session.

Sounds like the session was savage too- pumps + that post gym crash is real 😂 probably felt like you got hit by a truck after.

Numbers are moving nicely across the board. 3600 cals and still hitting macros while eating out isn’t bad at all. Being 8kg up from the low point is huge, can’t blame you for being hyped. Keep it rolling 💪

I got gyno from puberty, it comes and goes. Every time I get the money to get it cut out, it’s not super visible and then I spend the money on renovations.

I’ll eventually get it removed when I feel like taking 2 months off

Today was my Sunday weigh in and I weighed in at 86.2kg. That’s another almost 2kg increase in one week, and the second week in a row that I’ve had a massive weight increase.

I’m still pretty lean, so I’m not mad. Some muscle memory from when I was younger and running silly cycles might be coming back?

Took a photo first thing in the morning, another post workout and flexed.

Training - Chest and Biceps
Because i forgot to take my Anavar yesterday, I took 20mg 2 hours before my workout. I had better not make a habit of that, because while I felt incredible while I was in the gym, afterward I was completely exhausted. Almost needed a nap after the session.

I also pinned my L carnitine and amino acid blend into my biceps. Each shot was 1ml, so I got a pretty nice cosmetic fullness to my arms that lasted all day.

I used to do heaps of pull ups. Sort of just got bored and switched it out.

Might give them a try next season

I’m absolutely loving my preworkout animo acid injection. I’ve been able to pretty much drop all preworkout and stimulants and just pin the animo acid mix and the L carnitine pre gym, and get a much better pump than any pre workout drink.

I’m absolutely loving my preworkout animo acid injection. I’ve been able to pretty much drop all preworkout and stimulants and just pin the animo acid mix and the L carnitine pre gym, and get a much better pump than any pre workout drink.

Didn’t track macros today. Had a bunch of Christmas stuff so I just enjoyed the day. I’m absolutely stuffed now, I’m going to sleep like a baby.

Had a grappling heavy session today. I felt super strong. I could easily just dominate any position and had heaps of energy.

Definitely feeling like I’m getting a noticeable athletic performance increase along with my physical appearance changing. Couldn’t be more happy with my progress.

I did treat myself to some ice cream. It’s the festive season, enjoy it while it lasts.

You should have a sensor regular with insulin, things can go wrong fast @Nasser1997o2 even long or short acting

oh yeah its completely changed my outlook on PEDS.

I was always so worried about insulin, but since trying it, not only is it safe (in my experience), but it absolutely magnifies the AAS use. I would actually like to taper down to a lower dosage, and just run all 3 vectors (AAS, HGH, insulin) at long term low doses for maximimal health.

Super early start today. Had my sports cardio session in the morning and legs 2 in the evening. I woke up not feeling the best. Bit of a headache and really thirsty all day. I definately ate too much salt last night and was paying for it today. Pretty bad water rention all day. Managed to score a little nap during the day, which is a treat. No one hates a nap. I have also been getting muscle cramps pretty bad. My muscles feel super tight. Im going to head to the pool tommorrow for my rest day. That normally really helps my recovery.

I felt pretty groggy this morning and it didnt quite shake off fully until after the session. I still felt strong and athletic and performed good, but i really had to fight through some brain fog. Im going to give the melatonin one more week at 2.5mg and if i still feel the same, ill drop it completely. I think the HGH and melatonin together might be too much pre-bed.

Otherwise still a good session. Went out for coffee with the gym after. I got changed into a tank top and everyone was commenting on how good I look. You'll get endless compliments from other guys, but never a girl 😄

For Legs 2, i didnt feel the strongest. I had some tightness in my hips so i decided to bring the weight down and get more reps out. I got such a tight pump that i lost heaps of strength. Sometimes the pump is TOO much and it can hinder the workout.

After yesterdays big buffet dinner, i wasnt sure how to approach todays calories. Additionally, i know i have a another christmas party tommorrow, and im absolutely going to enjoy the good food. So do i lower calories today, and the day after tommorrow to deal with events? I then remembered that its not that serious and christmas is once a year. So whatever, same calories today as normal, and any days over are a treat.

yeah dude, sus and eq is a classic. I would like to try primo, as it’s been a while, but eq does almost everything eq does without the hair loss risk.

So long as you donate blood every 8-10 weeks and monitor liver values, it’s safe long term.

Nightly Update
Had some pretty bad night sweats last night and woke up this morning feeling super groggy and rough. Last night I did potentially enjoy the THC vape a little too much. I do find that if I push that too hard, it makes me super dehydrated and groggy the next morning. Lesson learned, enjoy responsibly.

Training - Rest
On days that I feel particularly sore, I’ll head to the local pool and have a light swim. I find that’s its the perfect low impact cardio to get the blood pumping a little. It’s also just a good mood refresher. Some sunshine, cool water and some fresh air, before it gets too hot.

I knew I’d spend the rest of the day eating and relaxing, so I had to do at least something.

Nutrition
Today was another Christmas party. I knew I wouldn’t be able to accurately track my macros, and I just wanted to enjoy the day. On days like this, I normally try to save all my calories for the event, and supplement it with protein shakes, egg whites and Greek yogurt around the event, to ensure I still hit my protein.

I’ll also make sure I go for meats and salads FIRST! Fill up on protein and if I’m still hungry, I can enjoy something else.

Weirdly enough, I normally always do this at buffet style events anyway. Proteins are usually my favourite foods anyway.

This is how the day panned out;
Breakfast - shake
Pool swim
Pre event - shake
Event plate 1 - turkey, roast beef, ham, roast chicken, noodle salad and another green salad
Event plate 2 - more turkey, more roast beef and some potato bake
Event plate 3 - gingerbread cake, cheesecake and some chocolate thing
Event plate 4 - fruit

Dinner - I took home a massive plate of meat and had some more for dinner.

As you can sort of see, I went pretty heavy on the meats. I’m not sure if I would have even hit my calories for today. I had a good time anyway, you have to enjoy the holidays

Something I didn’t consider until now, my overall run down feeling could be from my skincare routine. I’ve been pretty aggressive with my retinol use, which can be a little rough on your skin.

I really don’t want the leathery, bumpy bodybuilder face, so I take skincare seriously. Probably left it a bit late, but better late than never.

Nightly Update - Weigh in 87.4kg

Weighed in this morning. Another pretty massive weight gain. Still feel pretty lean, but I have enjoyed a couple days in a row of big eating. I took a pretty relaxed photo post gym to get an idea of how I look during the day in normal lighting (plus a rear double bicep).

Felt good when I flexed I could hear my wife say “woah”, when she took the photo.

I also made sure to have no thc before bed and I felt much better. I think melatonin, thc and hgh all together is a recipe for a rough morning.

Training - Chest and biceps

I wasn’t as super motivated pre gym as I normally am. I was still super strong however. Pushed a new db incline PR.

I think it’s more accurate to say that I only take the Anavar pre workout, because I honestly keep forgetting to take it on days I don’t lift.

Incline DB press - 40kg, 42.5kg, 45kg
Flat DB press - 42.5kg
Cable cross over - machine setting 23kg
Incline machine press - machine setting 77kg
Db hammer curls - 20kg
Decline curls - 12.5kg
Concentration curls - 10kg

I think keeping the Anavar to purely preworkout will allow to me use it for a long period of time. Anavar is really mild, and 10mg is very conservative. I like the idea of finding the lowest effective dosage of my compounds, so I can increase the duration.

Nutrition

Back to my normal caloric intake. I don’t care about a couple days higher or lower over Christmas. If I start to get a little too soft too quickly I can always pull calories back a bit.

Ideally I’d like to maintain 91kg lean (200 pounds).

Now that I’m committed to a 20 week cycle, increasing this from 16 to 20 weeks, I’m thinking about my next cycle.

I’m feeling very healthy so I could run another one pretty soon after. I want to do something interesting, and I had a couple of ideas.

1. The Hair Safe Protocol - Test, EQ, tbol.

Something that’s got no DHT, for people who might be interested in something hairline friendly

2. A DHT heavy protocol - Test, primo, masteron, Anavar.

Something to go heavier on the dht, to measure the efficacy of finasteride.

3. Operation gyno - test, deca, dbol no ai.

Intentionally get massive gyno so the surgery is worth getting.

4. The health cycle. Test, primo, deca

Running super low doses. 175 test, 150 primo and 50 deca. For a longevity approach to see how I can maintain my end point on the lowest amount of stuff.

Just some random ideas.

I got the tiniest pubertal gyno. It comes and goes, it doesn’t really bother me.

I thought it might be a fun (and dumb) experiment to try to get it big as hell so that it’s actually worth cutting out.

In its current state it’s only sometimes noticeable by a trained eye.
