Approved Log Testosterone Enanthate Beginner Cycle Log

It’s my first log so to give you guys a current run down I’m on about week 7 it’s been a journey so far a lot of learning, and a lot of things I’m going to pre plan for next cycle but currently running 250mg test e doing twice a week injections thinking about eod to get help with e2 but I find I get anxiety around the injection so idk, plus I’m not that confident in doing my delts just been swapping the glutes thinking about thigh, did my left delt once and my shoulder was stiff for 3 days.


Anyways I’ll summarise all the weeks so I can continue fresh goal of this cycle is to put on size preferably good lean mass, currently holding a bit of fat so fixing that in the diet. Anyways I’ve found I aromatise more than others so I’m taking an ai to help with that (I’ll provide natty and on cycle stats down lower), currently on adex waiting for aromasin to come and help drop that down. Seen an increase of 4-5 kgs and definitely bigger than the start of the cycle, people say I look bigger and shirts are filling out which is great mostly trying to grow my chest shoulder, tris and back. Still hit legs the hardest but I’ve never had a problem growing legs.


Anyways the pros I would say there’s not many apart from the strength increase and muscle mass I don’t feel “good” majority of the time, but when I do feel good especially in gym I feel great. Majority of the time I’m dealing with anxiety which is strange I understand it’s mostly mental but I wouldn’t say I was a very anxious person beforehand like maybe public speaking or something like that but nothing crazy, but just feel like it’s amplified a lot more now, idk if anyone’s got any tips or supplements they take to help with that I’m managing but some morning and nights it’s particularly bad more anxiety from the health perspective I guess not social anxiety.

I’m a non smoker and non drinker the only thing I’ll binge in every now and then is the old Pepsi max or redbull zero. I pretty much work gym and hustle, don’t do much recreationally at all because I’m short on time.

I will attach photos of physique and anything I have left out please let me know. My plan is to update every week and hopefully bloods every month I’ll go for another 3ish months.

Also acne has improved since being on test e my back was worse without it.

If anyone has any tips or opinions on supplements I should add or orals or injectables I would love to hear your opinion let’s go get this shit. Thanks EVO fam

@TrynaGetJacked one of the things you can work on then is getting rid of that diet soda and that Red Bull. It really isn't a good idea to mess around with those things. They are very counterproductive.

Bros, some people got issues with anxiety. There's some natural things you can try but in the end you might have to do some type of medication. My cousin has the same issue and he takes meds and it helps. @TrynaGetJacked

That's good that you don't drink or smoke. That's definitely very important. @TrynaGetJacked nice, it seems like the gym and hustling are a hobby of yours and you're doing well with your job so you have everything stable. Let's make sure we kill this.

I like the layout on this. Seems like you have a good head on your shoulders and you're pretty healthy. Maybe a few tweaks here and there is what we need to focus on. Hopefully you can get away from the Red Bull and the Pepsi. @TrynaGetJacked

I’m a non smoker and non drinker the only thing I’ll binge in every now and then is the old Pepsi max or redbull zero. I pretty much work gym and hustle, don’t do much recreationally at all because I’m short on time.

I will attach photos of physique and anything I have left out please let me know. My plan is to update every week and hopefully bloods every month I’ll go for another 3ish months.

Also acne has improved since being on test e my back was worse without it.

If anyone has any tips or opinions on supplements I should add or orals or injectables I would love to hear your opinion let’s go get this shit. Thanks EVO fam

This is my typical PPL split I feel like I overtrain with reps and sets but i feel good afterwards idk this is what I’ve found has worked for me. Would love options, and hard truths. second rotation I’ll swap some things for incline or high to low etc but it’s mostly the same type of stuff.

So split atm is 4 days gym 2 days Training Muay Thai, 4th day I’ll do a full body split with preference on things I’m weak in. I do push really hard in the gym most sets I’m going till I’m doing partials, I always think my last 3 reps shouldn’t look or feel like the first 3 I should be struggling

I see nothing wrong with your program or split brother. Training programs are never cookie cutter and need to suit the individual. At this stage if you like what you are doing keep doing it. If at some point you wish to narrow your focus to one style of training or another then a coach who knows what they are talking about might be in order. Quite a few of those right here with the Evo Fam who you could ask. Otherwise my view has always been study all the different programs you see, try things, keep what you like, discard what you dont. That is how develop your own program. 🩵

I’ve tried oatmeal so many times and it’s great and I love it but I struggle eating in the morning, once I wake up I find I can eat anything just in the first hour or 2 I really have to force feed myself if it’s not working and find myself throwing up.
 
Thinking of ending the cycle in 6 weeks so all up it will be 14 weeks probably do another 4 weeks and then taper off for the last 2. And having a thought not sure if I wanna change but.

Looking for help of how I can get the most out of it I’m thinking of switching to test p and running that, mainly because it will stay in my system shorter and being young I don’t wanna cook my hpta, too much, after doing some researching on the forums and listening to the podcast I think it’s better if I make the most of it now qnd cut my cycle soon. I don’t have the best knowledge in test p and that tho, like is it 1 : 1 to with test e? Or you gotta pin less?

Now the goal I’m thinking of is to lose body fat and maintain muscle as I don’t want to cook my hormones too much I don’t really wanna increase my test too much unless it’s worth it. Mainly looking for things to help me shred, dieting can come down currently at 3400 which I would consider myself in a bulk, so I’m thinking of new goals of 2600-2400. Now I’ve always been one that has a higher metabolism than others an I would aim to say with my activity and gym and issue with sweating a lot my maintenance is around 2800 give or take. But any input on my diet and food would be great aswell.

I currently have Reta at home and if I was to start I would taper on with 1mg this week split into two doses and then 2mg next week split into 2 doses. Reta is one thing I’m still researching and going through logs and seeing how people respond and trying to find a dosage that would work for me. If anyone has experience or any input on my current cycle or thought process that would be greatly appreciated doesn’t matter if it’s harsh.

I would also be doing test p EOD as I’m already doing wth test e.

Should I cut or stick to my 3400?

It’s my first log so to give you guys a current run down I’m on about week 7 it’s been a journey so far a lot of learning, and a lot of things I’m going to pre plan for next cycle but currently running 250mg test e doing twice a week injections thinking about eod to get help with e2 but I find I get anxiety around the injection so idk, plus I’m not that confident in doing my delts just been swapping the glutes thinking about thigh, did my left delt once and my shoulder was stiff for 3 days.


Anyways I’ll summarise all the weeks so I can continue fresh goal of this cycle is to put on size preferably good lean mass, currently holding a bit of fat so fixing that in the diet. Anyways I’ve found I aromatise more than others so I’m taking an ai to help with that (I’ll provide natty and on cycle stats down lower), currently on adex waiting for aromasin to come and help drop that down. Seen an increase of 4-5 kgs and definitely bigger than the start of the cycle, people say I look bigger and shirts are filling out which is great mostly trying to grow my chest shoulder, tris and back. Still hit legs the hardest but I’ve never had a problem growing legs.


Anyways the pros I would say there’s not many apart from the strength increase and muscle mass I don’t feel “good” majority of the time, but when I do feel good especially in gym I feel great. Majority of the time I’m dealing with anxiety which is strange I understand it’s mostly mental but I wouldn’t say I was a very anxious person beforehand like maybe public speaking or something like that but nothing crazy, but just feel like it’s amplified a lot more now, idk if anyone’s got any tips or supplements they take to help with that I’m managing but some morning and nights it’s particularly bad more anxiety from the health perspective I guess not social anxiety.

Looking good in the photos mate! You've got a good amount of muscle. I don't think it is worth you doing a full cut. You're in reasonable condition already. I think you should go for a recomp or a very mild cut. Try to lose a bit of fat and gain a bit of muscle.

I think there is too much in most of these workout. Particularly your push day with 12 exercises! I think 3-way splits, 6 days a week only work in the following cases: fairly new to training or very short workouts (well the third is probably god tier genetics/recovery). Options to me are: cut way back on exercises or increase rest. For extra rest, it depends if you want a fixed split. In that case you could do what I do and do PPL but only 5 days a week. Or for slightly more you can do PPL rest PPL rest. Another option which is popular if you really want to hit everything twice a week is: P P L R Upper Lower R.

Your meals generally look pretty good mate. Protein at 220 is not bad. Maybe for a recomp / mild cut I'd up it to 250 and cut carbs back a bit.

I don't see the point of switching to test p when you are already 7 week in?

No need to increase Reta dose so quickly. Hold 1mg for at least two weeks.

I'd go something like:

250g protein
300g carbs
80g fat

Get you to around 2900 cals.

It really depends if you want to lose bodyfat we need to go with test prop sure eod but that wouldn't make you lose bodyfat more than test enan, we can add an ai if you worried about e2

The only reason I’m thinking of switching to test p is for the pure fact of it being a quicker in the system and out and hopefully not cooking my hpta and giving that less time cuz if I keep running test e imma suppress it for another 4-8 weeks. The only issue I have with it is what is the PIP like I’ve read a fair few forums and people say it’s a bitch.

And by unanswered qs on diet and training wdym? I feel like I’ve provided a lot maybe missed some bits cuz I’m doing this whenever I’m eating. But lmk what else you wanna know :)

I also got zinc, vitamin d3, magnesium, iron (because I have low ferritin) milk thristle or whatever it’s called to start taking daily.

UPDATE​

SATURDAY 31/1/26
So today starts the last couple weeks in log updates trying to do daily updates to see the anxiety and help resolve it. Started normal day, nothing happened really didn’t feel much anxiety at all maybe a little in the morning when I was getting too hot, when I get too hot I get this itchy pins and needle feeling and it’s painful happens off cycle so no problem but guess my flight or fight system is hyper alert on cycle.
7:30pm pinned right delt with insulin syringe 27g 1/2inch instantly heart rate goes up get a little sweaty pretty sure it’s pinning anxiety. Afterwards feel alright quick flex in the mirror like a mad cunt, then go put on my chicken cause I gotta hit them macros. Somehow made it home maybe cuz I got the wizard powers idk how I literally felt like I was going to crash the whole way back. But yeah I felt like I was gonna die that’s go sick I felt on it so maybe that fucked up my confidence with injecting
thinking of starting Nolva ED to help prevent gyno and running adex currently because im waiting for order of aromasin will keep updated on that.

Felt great most of today, didn’t train as it was rest day, but ate my macros had some coffee which i normally dont have as i dont want my anixety to go up from caffeine but felt fine, only part of the day i felt a little weird was 6:10pm sat down to eat some salt and pepper on cucumber to fill myself with ruining cals and got a little bit around eating nothing crazy just a little off.
Felt good again around the 9:30 started getting what feels like an anxiety attack, also felt hot burning up a little. Went away when I was watching movie came back when I was going to bed, once again feels like anxiety and stressing for nothing. Had it tryna go to sleep which kept me up a little.

MONDAY 2/2/26
Today started a little off could have been hunger and lack of sleep but as the day started and I got to work I felt better. Struggle to eat my yogurt in the morning but that was about it maybe one little funny feeling but that was all. Had 250g Jasmine rice and chicken breast for both my lunch’s, pre workout meal was 80g of coco pops with a scoop of protein powder and water, and took a bottle of water with salt in it for hydration during. Today was Muay Thai training, which I’m doing for strength and cardio, I find I tend to shred a lot easier doing this. Now the most important, today was pin day and I have to say it’s probably been the best day I had little anxiety around it maybe was the needle touched the skin I got a tad but normally my heart is racing and I’m started to sweat. But I felt good and afterwards was probably the only time I felt like I wanted to take on a bear. Ate my last meal and had my protein ice cream I made in the creami to help fill me and that was it. Started taking 200mg of magnesium glycinate before bed. Tonight I’m wearing my apple watch to start tracking my sleep and I plan to do daily BP tests hopefully morning afternoon and night.

Felt good started taking supplements iron in the morning no food, vitamin d3 3000iu at 6:15, with banana. Now forgot other vitamins at smoko and lunch, so took them before working out. But important note today I actually felt good, not much anxiety maybe a hint nothing actually like me thinking fuck my life, so maybe it’s coming good we shall keep logging. For pre workout meal I had 90g of Rice Bubbles with a scoop of genetix lean whey protein powder. At gym weighed 88kgs and made my carb drink during workout, sweated like a maniac, it was push day, and I was working out in an oversized tee in 32 degree weather. Came home ate my dinner, some beetroot juice and actual vegetable for one blood pressure and 2 I didn’t wanna blow my calories and ended up finishing the night with vanilla yogurt and 1 Biscoff biscuit.

Started the day off again feeling pretty good, ate my banana took my iron in the morning, and vitamin d forgot my vitamins at lunch again same old lunch and smoko, 200g rice 200g chicken got this banging nandos sauce which is low cal low dat so put about 45g of that on between the two meals. Started to get a headache around 1ish took 2 Panadol with 80mg of caffeine in both completely forgot they had that much in them, started to feel weird anxiety got triggered from it I think a little and took a while to calm down, never been this sensitive to caffeine every used to have like 3 coffees and 3 energy drinks a day and be completely fine. Anyways had a doctor appointment booked for that day anyways so went to him and he originally told me it was anxiety a while ago it wasn’t as bad as it was now way more situational back then but went to him again and was trying to get the root cause showed him all my blood work and he basically just said there’s not much to do, told me everything I’m doing is bad for my health like counting cals and being obsessed with training etc and saying all that is contributing to my anxiety and basically said I should stop everything and just relax which I didn’t take the best. I understand the anxiety is mental but I mean counting cals and bettering myself I do not see that contributing to anxiety if anything it’s helping it imo. Anyways he didn’t really do too much which is strange his usually very good but think he had a shit day, so he gave me an SNRI to try “duloxetine” the only thing I see an issue with it is the way it inflects nolvadex. Also just to note, I do not have an addictive personality I’ve always been someone to drop addictive things like smoking, drugs or alcohol very quickly and easily with no withdrawals at all. I specifically said I do not want anything addictive or something strong as I don’t want to have that shit in my system. Anyways trained Muay Thai tonight, did sparring for 1.5hrs came home pinned my left shoulder with a 27g 1/2inch I’m thinking it was a little shallow but no bump so far. Felt pretty good throughout slow injection tho but felt good after maybe a little bit of evelated heart rate.

Summary of my day, lately in the mornings I’ve been feeling good which is amazing not much has changed only thing is some vitamins im not consistent with all the time but the fish oil, iron and milk thristle i seem to get down everyday, same as magnesium glyciate. Same meal prep as before nothing change, not pinning today, hit a push day and felt great got a couple more reps out of some of my top sets which was awesome. Hopped on the scale and saw 87.5kgs which is cool I’m happy to lose a little bit of weight in the scale if I can stay the same size. Ate all my cals today 3000, which is good not really much went on today, felt a little weird in the middle of the day but that’s about it. Apart from that I’m feeling good probably majority of the time now, aswell I have noticed I’m more irritable, I can control it but I find people get on my nerves alot more.

Okay for some reason my Apple Watch didn’t track my sleep last night, anyways today was a pretty average day. Started the day off feeling weird right from the get go super flat and mostly out of it, sleeping data would have been amazing to see here and maybe give an insight. Anyways same old food for the whole week which I’ll provide below. Ate all my cals anyway feel like I’ve lost a bit of fat, but one thing I’d like to point out that’s come quite apparent to me lately especially past two days is my hunger. Holy shit I’m hungry pretty much all day, especially at night time cause I only eat 800-900 but it never feels like enough. Also today was pin day, got a little anxiety around the pin which definitely didn’t help to feeling better, mostly because the first pin in the right cheek I got half way in and it felt like I nicked something normally doesn’t hurt like that so I pulled it out and discarded it because I didn’t think it would be sterile, plus a bit of blood came out of the site. Tbr it was probably just scar tissue and a tiny blood vessel but I reloaded and went around same area just a slightly different spot. The rest of my week has been pretty good this one was just shit cause I think I wasn’t feeling great already then I had the first pin fucking up but ended up feeling fine over it. Also currently still taking arimidex down to 0.5mg twice a week cuz my fucking aromasin is getting sent around Australia on some type of holiday, post keeps redirecting my order to the wrong facilities it’s saying it’s landed in my state and should be here by Monday so cross the fingers. Thinking I’ll do some bloods Monday check e2 and test levels maybe, arimidex I haven’t been insanely consistent on but would be interesting to see if it’s helped out.

Okay today started off alright like normal I’m guessing didn’t really feel too shit in the morning maybe a little bit groggy that’s all but yeah felt good majority of the day actually had a can of monster no sugar, I know it’s not the best thing for me but I was tired asf at work so had that to my surprise didn’t get too much anxiety or weird feeling around that, I find on cycle I’m way more sensitive to caffeine like a crazy amount, normally I can have heaps and be fine but it sets off my anxiety so I limit it a lot. Only other time I got it was around dinner me and my partner were going out with her friend and her bf and felt a little shit until I got there and then I was completely fine. But this is the start of tomorrow took duloxetine before going to sleep and had the absolute worst sleep of my life, my sleep report say I got a lot of sleep but that’s a lie I was awake what felt like the whole night. Spent 10 hours in bed and felt absolutely terrible in the morning.

Today has been shit no morning BP cause I was at my partners house but felt off all day I feel like since late Friday to Saturday I might be getting sick cause my mouth or throat gets dry occasionally and I have loss of appetite every now and then. today I’ll struggle to hit my macros even if I get to 75% that’s a win. Feeling like absolute shit today, aswell I feel like I have gyno starting on my nipples when I squeeze the nipple it feel like a small bump or lump behind the nipple cant feel it if i push on it only really in the shower and when i squeeze it, so imma drop duloxetine because it can stop nolvadex from working and start nolvadex and aromasin. Aromasin should be in tomorrow should of came during the week but post keeps fucking around thats it so far.

So today starts the last couple weeks in log updates trying to do daily updates to see the anxiety and help resolve it. Started normal day, nothing happened really didn’t feel much anxiety at all maybe a little in the morning when I was getting too hot, when I get too hot I get this itchy pins and needle feeling and it’s painful happens off cycle so no problem but guess my flight or fight system is hyper alert on cycle.
7:30pm pinned right delt with insulin syringe 27g 1/2inch instantly heart rate goes up get a little sweaty pretty sure it’s pinning anxiety. Afterwards feel alright quick flex in the mirror like a mad cunt, then go put on my chicken cause I gotta hit them macros. You are doing extremely well just putting everything down in a log brother. This at least gets it out and you are not totally internalising everything.
I understand that you believe your GP helps you but maybe get a second opinion. Does your partner have a doctor that you could use? I understand you have explored literally every option you think is possible to help and unfortunately that may be contributing to the anxiety.
I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2021 and under the care of an amazing psychologist I managed to get everything under control. But it took 18 months of meditation, lifting in a gym for the mental release, reading and in the end just facing my problem. Mine was work, I had to move interstate to prove to myself I could work again in 2022 and I still am doing so, with no anxiety (well mostly, its always there, always will be, have to accept that). Sure I have triggers, but I avoid them if possible, mitigate them if necessary.

Why tell you this? Because you can beat, manage or control this brother. And everyone on Evo will help if we can. Evo love to you 🩵

Idek how to respond to something like that thank you for opening up definitely makes me feel like I’m not alone, I mean I would consider myself pretty emotionally strong but this anxiety shit does put me on my ass from time to time never affects my life I always go get it but it definitely makes some things more difficult than it normally is. I understand it’s a massive mental game and that’s maybe another reason I’ve taken up Muay Thai as a way to release and build confidence again.

Started the day off again feeling pretty good, ate my banana took my iron in the morning, and vitamin d forgot my vitamins at lunch again same old lunch and smoko, 200g rice 200g chicken got this banging nandos sauce which is low cal low dat so put about 45g of that on between the two meals. Started to get a headache around 1ish took 2 Panadol with 80mg of caffeine in both completely forgot they had that much in them, started to feel weird anxiety got triggered from it I think a little and took a while to calm down, never been this sensitive to caffeine every used to have like 3 coffees and 3 energy drinks a day and be completely fine. Anyways had a doctor appointment booked for that day anyways so went to him and he originally told me it was anxiety a while ago it wasn’t as bad as it was now way more situational back then but went to him again and was trying to get the root cause showed him all my blood work and he basically just said there’s not much to do, told me everything I’m doing is bad for my health like counting cals and being obsessed with training etc and saying all that is contributing to my anxiety and basically said I should stop everything and just relax which I didn’t take the best. I understand the anxiety is mental but I mean counting cals and bettering myself I do not see that contributing to anxiety if anything it’s helping it imo. Anyways he didn’t really do too much which is strange his usually very good but think he had a shit day, so he gave me an SNRI to try “duloxetine” the only thing I see an issue with it is the way it inflects nolvadex. Also just to note, I do not have an addictive personality I’ve always been someone to drop addictive things like smoking, drugs or alcohol very quickly and easily with no withdrawals at all. I specifically said I do not want anything addictive or something strong as I don’t want to have that shit in my system. Anyways trained Muay Thai tonight, did sparring for 1.5hrs came home pinned my left shoulder with a 27g 1/2inch I’m thinking it was a little shallow but no bump so far. Felt pretty good throughout slow injection tho but felt good after maybe a little bit of evelated heart rate.

Summary of my day, lately in the mornings I’ve been feeling good which is amazing not much has changed only thing is some vitamins im not consistent with all the time but the fish oil, iron and milk thristle i seem to get down everyday, same as magnesium glyciate. Same meal prep as before nothing change, not pinning today, hit a push day and felt great got a couple more reps out of some of my top sets which was awesome. Hopped on the scale and saw 87.5kgs which is cool I’m happy to lose a little bit of weight in the scale if I can stay the same size. Ate all my cals today 3000, which is good not really much went on today, felt a little weird in the middle of the day but that’s about it. Apart from that I’m feeling good probably majority of the time now, aswell I have noticed I’m more irritable, I can control it but I find people get on my nerves alot more.

Okay for some reason my Apple Watch didn’t track my sleep last night, anyways today was a pretty average day. Started the day off feeling weird right from the get go super flat and mostly out of it, sleeping data would have been amazing to see here and maybe give an insight. Anyways same old food for the whole week which I’ll provide below. Ate all my cals anyway feel like I’ve lost a bit of fat, but one thing I’d like to point out that’s come quite apparent to me lately especially past two days is my hunger. Holy shit I’m hungry pretty much all day, especially at night time cause I only eat 800-900 but it never feels like enough. Also today was pin day, got a little anxiety around the pin which definitely didn’t help to feeling better, mostly because the first pin in the right cheek I got half way in and it felt like I nicked something normally doesn’t hurt like that so I pulled it out and discarded it because I didn’t think it would be sterile, plus a bit of blood came out of the site. Tbr it was probably just scar tissue and a tiny blood vessel but I reloaded and went around same area just a slightly different spot. The rest of my week has been pretty good this one was just shit cause I think I wasn’t feeling great already then I had the first pin fucking up but ended up feeling fine over it. Also currently still taking arimidex down to 0.5mg twice a week cuz my fucking aromasin is getting sent around Australia on some type of holiday, post keeps redirecting my order to the wrong facilities it’s saying it’s landed in my state and should be here by Monday so cross the fingers. Thinking I’ll do some bloods Monday check e2 and test levels maybe, arimidex I haven’t been insanely consistent on but would be interesting to see if it’s helped out.

Okay today started off alright like normal I’m guessing didn’t really feel too shit in the morning maybe a little bit groggy that’s all but yeah felt good majority of the day actually had a can of monster no sugar, I know it’s not the best thing for me but I was tired asf at work so had that to my surprise didn’t get too much anxiety or weird feeling around that, I find on cycle I’m way more sensitive to caffeine like a crazy amount, normally I can have heaps and be fine but it sets off my anxiety so I limit it a lot. Only other time I got it was around dinner me and my partner were going out with her friend and her bf and felt a little shit until I got there and then I was completely fine. But this is the start of tomorrow took duloxetine before going to sleep and had the absolute worst sleep of my life, my sleep report say I got a lot of sleep but that’s a lie I was awake what felt like the whole night. Spent 10 hours in bed and felt absolutely terrible in the morning.

Today has been shit no morning BP cause I was at my partners house but felt off all day I feel like since late Friday to Saturday I might be getting sick cause my mouth or throat gets dry occasionally and I have loss of appetite every now and then. today I’ll struggle to hit my macros even if I get to 75% that’s a win. Feeling like absolute shit today, aswell I feel like I have gyno starting on my nipples when I squeeze the nipple it feel like a small bump or lump behind the nipple cant feel it if i push on it only really in the shower and when i squeeze it, so imma drop duloxetine because it can stop nolvadex from working and start nolvadex and aromasin. Aromasin should be in tomorrow should of came during the week but post keeps fucking around thats it so far.

I mean the killer of sodium in my diet is apparently rice, like basmati cooked rice, not even quick rice so idk how to drop it bloods won’t be back till 2 weeks from now which is around the time I’ll start coming off cycle. I have been fucked around by the post hard on getting my aromasin but it’s coming today I’ve taken adex and nolvadex in between to try and keep my e2 at bay but I was gonna do 12.5mg eod for 2 weeks get bloods on the 23rd see how I’m sitting and then start coming off because it would of been 12 weeks and I need to pct off because I’m going on a holiday and I don’t wanna be mid pct and not able to do a proper recovery.

How else would you drop the blood pressure?

So today starts the last couple weeks in log updates trying to do daily updates to see the anxiety and help resolve it. Started normal day, nothing happened really didn’t feel much anxiety at all maybe a little in the morning when I was getting too hot, when I get too hot I get this itchy pins and needle feeling and it’s painful happens off cycle so no problem but guess my flight or fight system is hyper alert on cycle.
7:30pm pinned right delt with insulin syringe 27g 1/2inch instantly heart rate goes up get a little sweaty pretty sure it’s pinning anxiety. Afterwards feel alright quick flex in the mirror like a mad cunt, then go put on my chicken cause I gotta hit them macros. Sit down at my computer around 8:10pm and start feeling weird so I go eat my food and realise I’m shaking while I’m tryna cut my succulent crumbed chicken breast. Then feel okay after.
tbh I think I get the anxiety from melanotan 2 that’s the first thing I did and fuck me did that put me on my ass, I felt so sick, took 30 mins for me to feel it, than I was driving to the gym and had to turn back half way cause I was so nauseous and sick. Somehow made it home maybe cuz I got the wizard powers idk how I literally felt like I was going to crash the whole way back. But yeah I felt like I was gonna die that’s go sick I felt on it so maybe that fucked up my confidence with injecting
thinking of starting Nolva ED to help prevent gyno and running adex currently because im waiting for order of aromasin will keep updated on that.

Felt great most of today, didn’t train as it was rest day, but ate my macros had some coffee which i normally dont have as i dont want my anixety to go up from caffeine but felt fine, only part of the day i felt a little weird was 6:10pm sat down to eat some salt and pepper on cucumber to fill myself with ruining cals and got a little bit around eating nothing crazy just a little off.
Felt good again around the 9:30 started getting what feels like an anxiety attack, also felt hot burning up a little. Went away when I was watching movie came back when I was going to bed, once again feels like anxiety and stressing for nothing. Had it tryna go to sleep which kept me up a little.

MONDAY 2/2/26
Today started a little off could have been hunger and lack of sleep but as the day started and I got to work I felt better. Struggle to eat my yogurt in the morning but that was about it maybe one little funny feeling but that was all. Had 250g Jasmine rice and chicken breast for both my lunch’s, pre workout meal was 80g of coco pops with a scoop of protein powder and water, and took a bottle of water with salt in it for hydration during. Today was Muay Thai training, which I’m doing for strength and cardio, I find I tend to shred a lot easier doing this. Now the most important, today was pin day and I have to say it’s probably been the best day I had little anxiety around it maybe was the needle touched the skin I got a tad but normally my heart is racing and I’m started to sweat. But I felt good and afterwards was probably the only time I felt like I wanted to take on a bear. Ate my last meal and had my protein ice cream I made in the creami to help fill me and that was it. Started taking 200mg of magnesium glycinate before bed. Tonight I’m wearing my apple watch to start tracking my sleep and I plan to do daily BP tests hopefully morning afternoon and night.

Felt good started taking supplements iron in the morning no food, vitamin d3 3000iu at 6:15, with banana. Now forgot other vitamins at smoko and lunch, so took them before working out. But important note today I actually felt good, not much anxiety maybe a hint nothing actually like me thinking fuck my life, so maybe it’s coming good we shall keep logging. For pre workout meal I had 90g of Rice Bubbles with a scoop of genetix lean whey protein powder. At gym weighed 88kgs and made my carb drink during workout, sweated like a maniac, it was push day, and I was working out in an oversized tee in 32 degree weather. Came home ate my dinner, some beetroot juice and actual vegetable for one blood pressure and 2 I didn’t wanna blow my calories and ended up finishing the night with vanilla yogurt and 1 Biscoff biscuit.

There's various elements at play here.

You might be over-thinking 1 or 2. By way of example some users of PEDs DO feel different when on. That's hormonal. You ARE getting stronger. An awareness of how you feel MIGHT also feel like anxiety.

That said even what you suggest - jabbing and then immediately posing (??) followed by what you seem to infer is a NEED to 'get them macros in' right after.

I'd have you practice calming behavior

Idek how to respond to something like that thank you for opening up definitely makes me feel like I’m not alone, I mean I would consider myself pretty emotionally strong but this anxiety shit does put me on my ass from time to time never affects my life I always go get it but it definitely makes some things more difficult than it normally is. I understand it’s a massive mental game and that’s maybe another reason I’ve taken up Muay Thai as a way to release and build confidence again.

Would like to add to my log is my strength is going up rapidly, I’m getting new pbs almost every week if not every second it’s not all down hill, just the down bits are ruining the good bits at the moment, also feel like I’m gaining good muscle.

@TrynaGetJacked Sodium doesn't ruin your blood pressure as much as people think. In fact it's very necessary. I always add some salt to my rice. It spices it up. You don't need to avoid salt, believe it or not.

Bros, honestly the best way to fix the heart health is not only good quality supplements and good fats in the diet but also hitting the cardio hot and heavy. Try some fasted cardio, high intensity, every morning. @TrynaGetJacked

Started to get a headache around 1ish took 2 Panadol with 80mg of caffeine in both completely forgot they had that much in them, started to feel weird anxiety got triggered from it I think a little and took a while to calm down, never been this sensitive to caffeine every used to have like 3 coffees and 3 energy drinks a day and be completely fine. Anyways had a doctor appointment booked for that day anyways so went to him and he originally told me it was anxiety a while ago it wasn’t as bad as it was now way more situational back then but went to him again and was trying to get the root cause showed him all my blood work and he basically just said there’s not much to do, told me everything I’m doing is bad for my health like counting cals and being obsessed with training etc and saying all that is contributing to my anxiety and basically said I should stop everything and just relax which I didn’t take the best. I understand the anxiety is mental but I mean counting cals and bettering myself I do not see that contributing to anxiety if anything it’s helping it imo. Anyways he didn’t really do too much which is strange his usually very good but think he had a shit day, so he gave me an SNRI to try “duloxetine” the only thing I see an issue with it is the way it inflects nolvadex. Also just to note, I do not have an addictive personality I’ve always been someone to drop addictive things like smoking, drugs or alcohol very quickly and easily with no withdrawals at all. I specifically said I do not want anything addictive or something strong as I don’t want to have that shit in my system. Anyways trained Muay Thai tonight, did sparring for 1.5hrs came home pinned my left shoulder with a 27g 1/2inch I’m thinking it was a little shallow but no bump so far. Felt pretty good throughout slow injection tho but felt good after maybe a little bit of evelated heart rate.

Summary of my day, lately in the mornings I’ve been feeling good which is amazing not much has changed only thing is some vitamins im not consistent with all the time but the fish oil, iron and milk thristle i seem to get down everyday, same as magnesium glyciate. Same meal prep as before nothing change, not pinning today, hit a push day and felt great got a couple more reps out of some of my top sets which was awesome. Hopped on the scale and saw 87.5kgs which is cool I’m happy to lose a little bit of weight in the scale if I can stay the same size. Ate all my cals today 3000, which is good not really much went on today, felt a little weird in the middle of the day but that’s about it. Apart from that I’m feeling good probably majority of the time now, aswell I have noticed I’m more irritable, I can control it but I find people get on my nerves alot more.

FRIDAY 6/2/26
Okay for some reason my Apple Watch didn’t track my sleep last night, anyways today was a pretty average day. Started the day off feeling weird right from the get go super flat and mostly out of it, sleeping data would have been amazing to see here and maybe give an insight. Anyways same old food for the whole week which I’ll provide below. Ate all my cals anyway feel like I’ve lost a bit of fat, but one thing I’d like to point out that’s come quite apparent to me lately especially past two days is my hunger. Holy shit I’m hungry pretty much all day, especially at night time cause I only eat 800-900 but it never feels like enough. Also today was pin day, got a little anxiety around the pin which definitely didn’t help to feeling better, mostly because the first pin in the right cheek I got half way in and it felt like I nicked something normally doesn’t hurt like that so I pulled it out and discarded it because I didn’t think it would be sterile, plus a bit of blood came out of the site. Tbr it was probably just scar tissue and a tiny blood vessel but I reloaded and went around same area just a slightly different spot. The rest of my week has been pretty good this one was just shit cause I think I wasn’t feeling great already then I had the first pin fucking up but ended up feeling fine over it. Also currently still taking arimidex down to 0.5mg twice a week cuz my fucking aromasin is getting sent around Australia on some type of holiday, post keeps redirecting my order to the wrong facilities it’s saying it’s landed in my state and should be here by Monday so cross the fingers. Thinking I’ll do some bloods Monday check e2 and test levels maybe, arimidex I haven’t been insanely consistent on but would be interesting to see if it’s helped out.

SATURDAY 7/2/26
Okay today started off alright like normal I’m guessing didn’t really feel too shit in the morning maybe a little bit groggy that’s all but yeah felt good majority of the day actually had a can of monster no sugar, I know it’s not the best thing for me but I was tired asf at work so had that to my surprise didn’t get too much anxiety or weird feeling around that, I find on cycle I’m way more sensitive to caffeine like a crazy amount, normally I can have heaps and be fine but it sets off my anxiety so I limit it a lot. Only other time I got it was around dinner me and my partner were going out with her friend and her bf and felt a little shit until I got there and then I was completely fine. But this is the start of tomorrow took duloxetine before going to sleep and had the absolute worst sleep of my life, my sleep report say I got a lot of sleep but that’s a lie I was awake what felt like the whole night. Spent 10 hours in bed and felt absolutely terrible in the morning.

TODAY
Today has been shit no morning BP cause I was at my partners house but felt off all day I feel like since late Friday to Saturday I might be getting sick cause my mouth or throat gets dry occasionally and I have loss of appetite every now and then. today I’ll struggle to hit my macros even if I get to 75% that’s a win. Feeling like absolute shit today, aswell I feel like I have gyno starting on my nipples when I squeeze the nipple it feel like a small bump or lump behind the nipple cant feel it if i push on it only really in the shower and when i squeeze it, so imma drop duloxetine because it can stop nolvadex from working and start nolvadex and aromasin. Aromasin should be in tomorrow should of came during the week but post keeps fucking around thats it so far.

Hey brother!

Just a little insight (i'm a beginner, but this worked for me).

Make sure to heat the oil with a air dryer or under hot water for 2 - 3 minutes before injecting.

I struggled with PIP after injecting glutes or thigh, now i'm doing delts (alternating) to inject a total of 500mg test a week.

Simply use a 27 gauge and pre-heat the oil and pin it slowly (it will take 1 minute to pin 1ml with a 27g); it's normal to have some pain after the first injection on a specific muscle, as far as i remember called "virgin muscle".

I now inject only in my delts AFTER workout (seems to reduce PIP too, for me) super easy, i can perfectly see the injection point!
