First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep, @Helios Labs (Code RAP10) for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Savage progress this week. A massive shift in BW and detail through the back and side-leg/ leg profile. I'm stoked. Kicked off a 700g carb re-feed this morning that I'll get some pictures up for, for sure.

Added in 3x rounds of mandatory posing following all sessions. For leg sessions, I try to go directly from my last set into posing without a rest for conditioning.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep, @Helios Labs (Code RAP10) for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Another huge week for fat-loss, with a light at the end of the tunnel. Adding in a routine 4.5k calorie high-day alternating between chest/ shoulders/ triceps and quads, and I get to back it up with wood fired pizza and a wine tonight for V-day before we dig even deeper.

Have been absolutely dialed in with mandatory steps (only 8.5k - I work from home, steps are otherwise VERY low), and just 15 mins cardio daily + 2x rounds mandatory poses following each training session. Posing endurance picking up rapidly.

THIS WEEK - FOLLOWING REFEED

Body weight: 96.6kg (Up 2.3kg since last check in)
Calves: 39.5cm (Down 0.5cm since last check in)
Quads: 66.5cm (Up 0.5cm since last check in)
Glutes: 101cm (Up 1cm since last check in)
Waist: 80cm (Up 0.5cm since last check in)
Chest: 127.5cm (Up 1.5cm since last check in)
Arms: 46.5cm (Down since last check in)

Nutrition: No changes this week sirs! Just noting the re-feed and V day dinner (tonight)
