Day off is a good idea. It's easy to let fatigue slowly build up on you and you just get used to it - at least i do!

The home gym picks have me inspired and looking to upgrade. A cable stack would be nice.

Man, health concerns regarding bph. Found out about my father and uncle struggling with it, and I'm in the early phases of it. So learning the severity of my dad and his brother has me concerned. Scheduled with uro to get in front of it. I should probably update the log. Lots of stress the last week, new job, plus family shit - when it rains it pours.

So that said, up the tren. 😁

Woke up this morning and realized I forgot to put my Whoop strap back on after a late night shower yesterday. I think I just broke my 1006 day streak...what a bummer.

BP was the same as yesterday again. No clue why it suddenly jumped up a lot these last 2 days.

Feel completely exhausted today. I was pretty tired during training yesterday too but I still managed to maintain my progression on most of my lifts. I was going to train again tonight, which would be day 4 in a row, but I'm not gonna push it and instead try to get to bed at a decent time tonight. My wife kept me up last night...but it was worth it. She was coming off the bench so it was a big game day and I had to perform lol

It's been about 2 weeks now with Aromasin back on at every other day and my libido and appetite are back up. I think the joint pain I was experiencing wasn't estrogen related and overall I'm feeling much better at this dose.

Dinner last night was Korean Kalbi (Short ribs) my favourite

The problem is Americans do not pick avocados. And Mexican avocados are subsidized by cartel income. Their entire economy is. A factory job (owned by Americans, of course) pays like $40/wk. an avocado from Mexico costs 89¢. But they have to eat too. Where’s it going to come from?

I got the in on the avocado industry too. My workout buddy in jail was a kickboxer from Michoacán who grew up migrating to the us to pick avocado trees with his dad lol
I was wondering how you're so damn knowledgable on avocados bro lol.

You can have machines pick the avocados and then you guys can pay what we pay for them haha. Mexican avocados are almost $4 here but the better ones that come from Cali are around $6. We get the Cali ones when they're around cuz they taste so much better. Avocados keep tasting more and more bland from Mexico.

Took a rest day yesterday and felt much better in the gym today.

Starting to think I might be hitting that point in my Tren cycle that guys talk about a lot. The first half is great and the back half starts feeling shittier and shittier. Hopefully not, but we'll see.

Wondering if my recovery slump might have to do with needing a break from the GH. I took a weekend off about a month back but I've been in 2iu since. Sometimes a little time off then hoping back on jumpstarts my recovery again.

Ah shit bro I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble. The good thing about it pouring is you get all the bad news outta the way all at once. It always gets better eventually so there's that to look forward too.

With the BPH you're probably gonna have to becareful with your compound selection. It's good that you know tho and can keep a close eye on it. Is that something a PSA will catch?

If you need any advice on a home gym setup I'm happy to help bro. I geek out on all that stuff so I'm pretty well informed

PSA should, but mine is low and has been; It may be some other congenital thing - I really liked superdrol, winny, its pretty sad cause i haven't revisited them in well over a decade.

The best 2 companies in the tier below are by far Rep and Bells of Steel. Quality wise Rep kills BoS so if the prices are anywhere close I'd go for the Rep everytime.

It's going to be tempting to buy plate loaded and save some money but don't do it bro. By once and cry one and buy something with stacks. Even if you go for a brand with lighter stacks you can add a Gym Pin and throw more weight on it.

I'd recommend watching reviews from Gluck or Garage Gym Reviews on YouTube so you get an idea of what's out there in terms of options and see what would work best for you and your space. Then narrow it down from there

The whoop is a really good step counter now. It used to be dog shit up until a year ago when they finally fixed the algorithm and now it's very accurate.

Yea there's a lot of great micronutrients you get from veggies you really can't get anywhere else. I'm lucky in the sense that I axtually like the veggies I eat so it's not a chore

Great check in today. Tested my theory and I dropped the GH last night. Woke up feeling amazing this morning and my recovery was sky high again. Feel like I have loads of energy today. It's the first time in a while that I didn't feel like passing out and taking a nap after work. Can't wait to train tonight.

Last night's back training actually went really well. I came home exhausted from work and knocked out for about 30 minutes and woke up feeling pretty good. I was able to hit all my progression targets and even went over on a few sets.

Got some good news at the dental specialist too yesterday and my implant is fully healed. My bone completely filled in around the implant and I'm finally ready for a crown. No more wearing a stupid flipper fake tooth for me soon.

It's more to do with how long I've stayed on without cycling off I think. Not even sure it's the GH or possibly some combination of things. I was overdue for a cycle off and it was the only thing I could think of that might need to change. Everything else has been super consistent for weeks now, so I gave this a go and boom. Once I cycle back on I'll have weeks of amazing recovery for sure so the fact I'm feeling good cycling off means life is looking pretty good right now.

I was overdue for a cycle off and it was the only thing I could think of that might need to change. Everything else has been super consistent for weeks now, so I gave this a go and boom. Once I cycle back on I'll have weeks of amazing recovery for sure so the fact I'm feeling good cycling off means life is looking pretty good right now.

Ahhh no one cares what someone like me thinks. I have like one one millionth of your knowledge bro. I'm barely an educated casual. I was really interested in a professional opinion.

I watched some pre-judging videos. Pretty disappointing that Mike Sommerfeld pulled out last min. Classic isn't the same without him. I'm sure he blew a fuse and stormed out from the way it's looking right now.

Should be a good one from the looks of it, but not as good as other years for sure. Not a lot of the big guns showing up in the open.

Second day off the GH and another great one in the books. BP has dropped right back to normal range again and recovery number is holding strong. Woke up looking like myself again for the first time in a while. Looks very lean and hard but still pretty large which was nice to see. Nice to see my physique has totally gone to shit on this bulk.

Felt crazy strong going into the gym last night. No loss of stamina and strength was up. Rather than push up my reps I put more focus into time under tension and slowed down all my reps. Only bummer was I aggrivated my elbow tendonitis again doing the overhead triceps and it messed up my pulldowns.

A few days ago I was thinking I'm gonna have to shut this cycle down right after bloods next weekend but now I'm feeling like I'm back on track and ready to keep pushing. Funny how much can change in a few days.

Ahhh no one cares what someone like me thinks. I have like one one millionth of your knowledge bro. I'm barely an educated casual. I was really interested in a professional opinion.

I watched some pre-judging videos. Pretty disappointing that Mike Sommerfeld pulled out last min. Classic isn't the same without him. I'm sure he blew a fuse and stormed out from the way it's looking right now.

Should be a good one from the looks of it, but not as good as other years for sure. Not a lot of the big guns showing up in the open.

Looks like a good workout. Although just looking at your two triceps exercises makes me nervous for my elbows. I've definitely had tendonitis issues due to overhead tricep exercises. The two I find easiest on the elbows are a standing (bent over) overhead extension with a cable and what I used to see called a PJR pullover extension (lie across bench and basically do a db pullover but let the elbows bend - really good for the long head).

Yea the elbows have been an issue for years now. Back when I was powerlifting it was a real problem but since switched to bodybuilding it had popped up all that much. Using straps a lot more with the BB stuff so I can really focus in on the muscles in hitting and take the grip out.

It's pretty rare that any of these movements get me. I do the overheads with an ez curl bar and it takes a lot of the tension off my elbows. Overheads with a tricep strap really takes all the pain away but I find I can't get the same level of drive through my triceps with it.

I think maybe I just overdid it a bit that day. I was feeln pretty strong and pushed the TOT a little more than usual

My elbow pain is the limiting factor on every single set which is pretty annoying still. Other than that progression has been really steady which is great considering how long I've been pushing with no deload.

Recovery and sleep have both still been really good so no need to change anything up right now.

Tried a new fancy sushi spot and it was amazing. Top left is shrimp fresh rolls with tempura bits
Below that is Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio
To the right is grilled octopus with a spicy sauce

Yea Tren isn't moving. Nothing is changing until I bring back the GH. Gonna try the 5/2 first and see how that goes for a bit then try the 4/3 for a bit too.

I pin the BPC in my delt. Not sure how much closer I can get. Think I need to stop being lazy and doing a single dose of 500mcg at night and go to my usual 350mcg am and pm.

Just adds up quick lol. My last 2 meals were a lot bigger than usual that day. I was feeling hungry so I just went with it. Figured maybe my body was craving the extra food for a reason

Still living the hectic life. Work has been so crazy and I'm bidding so many projects right now it's eating up all my personal life time. I don't mind extra time on the tools but I really hate spending time infront of a computer crunching numbers.

Had to speed run my training yesterday. Only had about 45 minutes to get it all done so warm ups and rest time got removed and cut to the max.

Everything went well for the first half as I was feeling really strong but on the back half of the session fatigue started setting in with the last of rest and I was only able to max out on my numbers from the week before. Something is better than nothing though.

No time to take my foot off the pedal though. I have bloods coming up on Saturday so I need to keep pushing these next few days so I can take a couple days off before my bloodwork.

Everytime I get in a situation like this with my elbow and I order tb500 it heals up before I even get to using it, or before the TB has even gone to work. Experience with this scenario just tells me to ride out the BPC and quit being lazy with the dosing lol

Normally I'd take seconds on the rice there but I was pretty full last night. I really overdid the eating this weekend and I think my stomach needed a break.

Still not quite BBQ season here yet so no steaks on the menu for another month maybe.

Haha I know you wanna see the Tren go down but while the health and gains are looking good I'm gonna keep the ride up. We'll see what my bloodwork says this weekend though. The taper off will be sooner than later for sure.
You can always cook a steak inside on a stovetop if you want. It's a really good way to make it to log in a lot of those juices. @BeMe

I think it's pretty lucky that I'm on cycle right now. There's no way I could keep the output this high if I was just on TRT. My recovery woulda crashed out weeks ago and I'd have to dial back my training for sure

Personally I actually prefer the leaner lighter stuff. Chicken, fish, lean pork. But BBQ season is close to coming back so I'll be eating some more steaks soon enough

Yea it just doesn't taste the same though. Never gets that nice flavour and bark on the outside. I know the high end restaurants go cast iron skillet then into the oven, but I guess I'm old school and basic. I just like a BBQ steak.

Yea thanks to the Tren I'm managing. I'm OCD about hitting my workouts. Actually I'm that way about a lot of things lol. I update my log even when I don't have time for this haha.

The gear is really carrying me right now. It actually worked out perfectly that my cycle got delayed from being really sick cuz if I was tapering off right now I'd probably be in trouble.

Weather is starting to warm up here a bit and I'm actually starting to notice how the Tren has you running hotter. I was sweating today cuz it was so warm out. By warm I mean 12 celcius (54f) lol. Picked up a 3 gallon water bottle so I can stay better hydrated throughout the day.

I'm noticing my weight has plateaued a bit over the last 3 weeks. To get the scale moving I really need to eat upwards of 5000 calories in a day but I worry about adding the wrong kinda weight. Really don't want my BF getting too high. I'm up roughly 15lbs this cycle which is nothing to complain about. Maybe if I maintain this weight I can recomp a bit and still pack on a bit more muscle.

GH is going back in tonight. It's been 6 days off and the last 2 days my recovery has dipped a bit. Adding the GH back in should give me a nice boost.

Chest day felt really strong yesterday and I felt like I had a fair bit more in the tank than usual. I contemplated pushing my reps up a bit but held back a bit knowing I got 2 more days of training in a row with no rest and lots of work on my plate.

Really? I always see 12 as kinda being the standard. The first month I tapered up pretty slow to from 25mg eod.

On the podcast they said 8 weeks if you're starting to feel like shit on the back half of the cycle but 12 if you're feeling ok.

I kinda haven't even gotten 8 weeks too cuz all that time I had to take off when I got that really bad flu.

you need to cut down protein to 250 and up carbs to 800 can you do it?

Good catch on the food. I'm rushing lol. I shoulda been getting ready for bed 15 mins ago.

I take my electrolytes before I head to work. Don't wanna double up cuz I'm worried about too much sodium.

I can try and push up the carbs but man my stomach just isn't that big. Carbs are so filling for me. I'm a guy who eats 350g on a high day lol. I'll give it a shot and see how much I can push them up though.

Maybe a couple extra bananas throughout the day and remove some meat from meals 3 and 4 and add more carbs. I'll try my best and see what I can do.

Gonna try and push my carbs up and drop my protein some which will probably take me consistently over 5k calories cuz I mainly eat really lean protein. Probably cheat and throw in a couple cliff bars here and there. 60g or carbs per bar

Woke up this morning and realized I forgot to put my Whoop strap back on after a late night shower yesterday. I think I just broke my 1006 day streak...what a bummer.

BP was the same as yesterday again. No clue why it suddenly jumped up a lot these last 2 days.

Feel completely exhausted today. I was pretty tired during training yesterday too but I still managed to maintain my progression on most of my lifts. I was going to train again tonight, which would be day 4 in a row, but I'm not gonna push it and instead try to get to bed at a decent time tonight. My wife kept me up last night...but it was worth it. She was coming off the bench so it was a big game day and I had to perform lol

It's been about 2 weeks now with Aromasin back on at every other day and my libido and appetite are back up. I think the joint pain I was experiencing wasn't estrogen related and overall I'm feeling much better at this dose.

can you try easy carbs like rice cakes and honey? easy to get in 100 carbs that way and dry fruit @BeMe

Yeah charcoal barbecue, of course, is the best. You'll never go wrong especially if you cook it properly.

Training was really good last night. I'm glad I didn't go all in on chest the night before and saved some energy for back. Felt great connection to each part of my back I was targetting on every set. Hopefully work cools off a bit cuz next week I'm gonna start adding in some intensifiers and really push hard for week 4 in my training block.

Final day on my training push before I take off 2 days before my bloodwork. My body needs a rest pretty badly. Chest was still sore from chest day Monday and my incline press struggled like never before. Apart from that I was able to make some decent progression from last week but man was I tired after. My entire body is feeling it today.

Surprisingly my recovery spiked up decently today. My body is really sore but I have plenty of energy. Happy to be on a rest day though. Tomorrow should be a good day.

Working on upping my carbs bit by bit and seeing how I can adjust. We'll see how far I can take it.

Dinner tonight, some red meat for you guys. Teriyaki flank steak. Last night was order in burritos. Sorry forgot to take pics.

Pushing too hard to long in the gym I think. Long overdue for a rest day but I got a 5 day split and bloodwork on Saturday. Had no choice but to training mon-wed with no rest day. I trained the sunday before too.

Could be something else, not positive but we'll see how it looks after 2 test days today and tomorrow

Final day on my training push before I take off 2 days before my bloodwork. My body needs a rest pretty badly. Chest was still sore from chest day Monday and my incline press struggled like never before. Apart from that I was able to make some decent progression from last week but man was I tired after. My entire body is feeling it today.

Had to run out of gas eventually at the pace you were setting bro. You doing more stuff yourself that two people would do with work, training and broken sleep here and there. Even Tren can't make you immortal brother 😅🩵

Yea the gravy train only rolls so far haha. Already counting down the days til Saturday when I can train again tho. Gonna feel so strong coming off back to back rest days. Can't wait!
