The Menโ€™s Open title at the 2026 Arnold Classic went to Andrew Jacked for the well deserved win! Jacked delivered an impressive combination of massive size, symmetry, and conditioning on stage and upped his game from the 2025 Olympia. Jacked placed a controversial third in last years' Mr. Olympia and is showing promise to surpass this placing in the 2026 Olympia. Jacked stood out with his towering frame and aesthetic proportions. His performance secured his first Arnold Classic title and marked a major milestone in his rapidly rising bodybuilding career. We will want to keep an eye on Jacked in the years to come and it's this writers belief he will win the Mr. Olympia one day!

Classic Physique Winner: Wesley VISSERS

08Mar VISSERS1.webp

Wesley Vissers wins the Classic Physique title by showing off the old school classic bodybuilding look this division calls for. Vissers, who is often referred to as "The Dutch Oak, brought to the stage all of his balanced proportions, classic posing, and sharp conditioning. This is his second Arnold Classic Physique title and further cements his reputation as one of the leading athletes in the division. Vissers deserved to take the trophy on this evening!

Best Poser Award and 3rd place to: Andrea MAMMOLI
Future dark horse? ๐Ÿค”: Sam SULEK who took 8th place

Men's Physique Winner: Brandon HENDRICKSON

08Mar HENDRICKSON1.webp

Brandon Hendrickson absolutely crushed the Menโ€™s Physique division with his dominating wide shoulders, tight waist, and a commanding stage presence. A multiple-time Olympia champion, Hendrickson once again demonstrated why he remains one of the most consistent and crushing athletes in the sport. His victory at the Arnold Classic added another major title to his already decorated career.

Fitness International Winner: Michelle FREDUA-MENSAH

08Mar FREDUA-MENSAH.webp

Michelle Fredua-Mensah wins the Fitness International title after delivering an outstanding routine that combined strength, flexibility, and an unmatched energetic choreography. This is truly a division that requires more than just muscle and conditioning but gymnast type athleticism and flexibility. Known for her powerful physique and athletic performance, Fredua-Mensah won over the audience as well as the judges with her impressive routine. Her win highlights the demanding combination of gymnastics routines and physique judging that defines and separates the Fitness division from any other!

Wellness International Winner: Rayane FOGAL

08Mar FOGAL1.webp
08Mar FOGAL2.webp

Here we have two pics of the Wellness International Winner: Rayane Fogal. Why two pics? Because this is my favourite category for women! Fogal crushed the competition with her dominating lower body which is an absolute must in the Wellness category. Her muscular legs and glutes, paired with strong conditioning and confident posing helped her really stand out among a competitive field. Fogalโ€™s win solidifies the winning streak of Brazilian athletes that have been excelling in the Wellness division over the years.

Pro Wheelchair Winner: James BERGER

08Mar BERGER.webp

Here we have a division that defines DFQ! (Don't F*cking Quit!). James Berger showcased his zero excuses drive and took first place in the Pro Wheelchair division with a commanding display of upper-body strength and conditioning. The category highlights muscular development and symmetry in the upper body, and Bergerโ€™s performance clearly separated him from the competition and he crushed it. His victory adds another major achievement to his growing list of accomplishments in professional wheelchair bodybuilding and he should be taken seriously as the man to beat moving forward!

awesome write up :D @HarleyGuy I'm happy to see Andrew win but tbh he was 3rd max in the pre judging, he must have pumped up the lasix to get to this look in night show.

It's like he learned from the O. Put on some size where he needed to and came out pre a little bit puffy and then went hard on Lasix to make it undeniable in the night show. Even at the O I think he came 3rd because of this timing. Like I said in my 2nd podcast he'll win the O one day if he gets it right.

Some unreal physics ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Well done to everyone who entered and worked thier absoloute ass off ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

I dont know how hard he went on the lasix but he did so something special to come out at night that way :D

The physiques are getting more and more insane but that just shows you all the things at our disposal today. Can you imagine compared to where things were 50 years ago? The amount of stuff we have access to. Back then they had access to 3 or 4 steroids and barely anything else. Now we have access to everything, including these crazy good peptides.

Wow the physiques keep getting more and more insane. I wonder if this is a prediction of what's gonna happen at the Olympia.

Good recap. @HarleyGuy

I was mostly following classic physique and open BB.

Andrew Jacked brought it. Nick is big and looks awesome in some shots but not so pretty in others with his blockiness. I feel like I have the same problem. His obliques are wide and it does not give the X frame that Andrew has. Hadi has a better X frame and usually brings the conditioning. I cannot imagine what he was going thru with all the things going on in the world and his family being in Iran. Andrew is on the rise.

Vissers has the structure and conditioning. The clavicles extend well beyond the hips and he has the muscle bellies to create a aesthetic physique. He does look the part of this division. Sam Sulek looked great for his pro debut. He just did not exhibit the same structure. I've seen him do some double biceps where he looks wide, but he looked smaller. Could be that he was standing next to Vissers. I also think looking at the glute conditioning compared to other competitors he was not as lean.

All in all, good. Some day I will attend. I know it is crowed. I am a fan and I have time...

Wesley Vissers looked incredible. Really unfair for Sam Sulek to have to be standing next to him ๐Ÿ˜… but Sam is a competitor. I'm sure it gave him further inspiration to understand where he came up short and what he needs to improve.
At least Sam Sulek tried I give the kid credit :D @leaperfr he is trying his best to live up to the Hype, EVO family respect his way!

Was a great show! Total upset in Bikini. Lorelei should have won and I can't believe where Ashley ended up.
Men's was Andrews to lose. Will be interesting when the scorecards come out. Everyone looked harder Saturday night.
Awesome to see Wesley win but it sucked that Mike didn't make weight to push him.
Whole weekend was fun!!!! Will def be back next year. Between the O and the Arnolds I would pick the Arnolds. Great atmosphere.

At least Sam Sulek tried I give the kid credit :D @leaperfr he is trying his best to live up to the Hype, EVO family respect his way!
Personally I really like Sam. He's not a typical mogger or whatever they call it these days. Just seems like a down-to-earth humble hardworking dude from what I've seen of him on Tiktok.

Same here I'm hoping to see big things from him in the future. I do worry about his health though and him having pushed it too hard too soon. He's often out of breath just talking.

Aimee is a lot bigger & denser than LL, which is kinda where the division is headed since Fit Model was introduced. Ashley K could place better if she brought a more polished look & improved her posing to match those in the top 3.

Sam is a good guy :D whatever his background doing top 8 at the Arnold is impressive @leaperfr

You're absolutely right. Ton of weight to be carrying around.
Yes I was actually worried a bit for him. I'm wondering if he's pushing too far past his genetics and don't want him to end up like Greg Kovacs. I'm a big fan of the guy because I like how he comes across seems to be a genuine person and good kid

Agreed, top 8 in on a stage like that for your first comp is phenomenal. I'm thinking he could be a dark horse if his health holds up but I have spidey senses his body isn't doing well.

@Alice_In_Ironland what did you think of Rayanne in Wellness? I'm at a loss with that division I mean she was so jacked and that's why I put a second picture of her (albeit I said because she was hot but moreso because omg for 'wellness' she's so big and muscular before the comp especially). I'm a bit confused about what 'wellness' is supposed to really look like. ๐Ÿค”
