Communication 9/10 but he is a busy man so can't fault him for loosing a point here .

Products 10/10 (yes even his raw Slu that I was sampling for him) @War Born Peptides its legit do get it to market allready.

As far as vendors go you can't go wrong, he has a big bright future in this industry and will continue to grow and carve out his slice of the AUS pep market.

Truly can not reccomend him enough products are exactly as described.

To apply Dedicated stretching from the start in training. If I had done this years ago it would make things easier now. I now always stretch before lifting to increase flexibility.

You should do deadlifts to help lower back pain issues.
Proper technique deadlifts more at the lower weight not pushing limits every time. So gradual load bearing with a pre-existing back pain issues it has been studied and results have shown to decrease pain and increased functionality.
I've dealt with lower back disc issues and when im training I decrease lower back pain dramatically.

Facepulls, used to get alot of shoulder pain due to being too front delt dominiant bringing the shoulder forward.
Front delts get alot of work from most exercises and the rear delts dont get much love.

Getting good consistent sleep!

I've only recently started planning my sleep around my schedule to try and be consistent and get good sleep. I have been using the CPAP machine and it has helped to give me better quality sleep.

- Alot of guys here take GH and getting deep sleep is how our bodies create GH naturally.
- Sleep affects inflammation and your stress levels, cortisal is spiked with lack of sleep which results in breakdown of muscle tissues and increased fat storage.
- Sleep regulates your hormones like Ghrelin(hunger) and Leptin(satiety)
