NOTES

Went to bed after evening cardio and a very small snack, woke up early 5am, weighed in at lowest so far. Went back to bed for a bit and then got up and did morning workout. Hit a PR on the squats (+10). Extremely busy day, was completely spent once I got home, skipped the evening workout. Snow coming tomorrow so can feel it in my bones, right knee very sore.

All in All a good week, weight down, some good habits building, PRs every day on the exercises. Day off and cheat meal tomorrow, then back at it again Sunday. Will have a house full of people for a week so will see how it goes.

Slept terribly again, I don't think the cheese before bed is helping 😂...but woke up to a new low weight of 207.8. Today was scheduled in as a rest day and cheat meal...but because I skipped last nights cardio, i got the boxing in this morning. Had a nice breakfast without the hash browns and toast. And for dinner I decided to honor my Canadian brothers and sisters by having a curry! just the one bowl though, and one naan (whereas normally 2 bowls and at least 2 naans! Had a sneaky frozen yogurt as well (just the one though).

Looking forward to getting back on the grind tomorrow.

I love when people show the graphs of weight! That's awesome progress mate! Actually... hang on.... that's just one week? I was thinking it was a month or so. Now that you're getting leaner I'd considering upping cals a bit so you don't lose weight too quickly. More chance of muscle loss now.

The curry and naan looks awesome massive fan of curry hey.

Quick update...

Will be awol for the next week, but will be back logging and will drop an update here or there.

Regarding weight loss, its all water weight at this point, and I think that moving forward, ill do the daily update, but will do the weigh in and photo just twice weekly.

Have blood work next week, will post results and will then be thinking about any additions.

At the moment I've dropped my calories, testosterone, and workouts down to the lowest I can get away with, and then the plan is to slowly ramp them all up. The workout volume is increasing slowly, the test I will ramp up slowly, and same for the calories.

Getting lean is the name of the game right now, I've been carrying the extra weight too long and I think its contributing to the knee problems.

I have an extra 3 people in the house for a week so there's a whole lot of chaos going on, and im going to have to work off schedule.

Still got my chinups in today, hit a pr of 30, but had to skip the evening cardio, and regrettably ate a bit too much party food.

And honestly, I think without logging, I probably wouldn't have got that pr today, but the great thing about logging is the accountability, and knowing you have people cheering you on.

Appreciate you all leaving the comments...tomorrow's pushup day, another pr coming 💪

Thanks! But just to be clear, when I say competitive boxing, its vr boxing against other human fighters as opposed to the vr bot characters.

BACKGROUND; average man, average life. great shape in late 20's, 30's was a right off, at 40 I was 190lbs, muay thai 3 times a week, then a car accident in 2024 derailed everything. PTSD, depression, hormone disruption from concussion, anxiety etc etc Slowly trying to piece things back together and get back to my best.

GOALS; Get down to 180, and then re-asses.

DIET; Two healthy protein heavy meals per day, Last meal at 5pm, and then stop eating till after the following day morning workout. One gallon of water per day. Coffee with small amount of honey 2/3 times per day.

SUPPLEMENTS; baby aspirin daily, kirkland fish oil x 3000 daily, kirkland d3 k2 x 3 daily...50 zinc, vit c eod. CBD oil before bed for sleep, one cbd gummy daily for anxiety/stress etc. One spoon of psyllium husk in water daily.

EXERCISE; Rebuilding Slowly but surely. Two excercise periods per day, once in the morning, then again after dinner. Keeping it simple and slowly building up volume.

Sunday, morning chinups, evening vr boxing
Monday, morning Pushups, evening vr boxing
Tuesday, morning Squats, evening yoga
Wednesday, morning chinups, evening vr boxing
Thursday, morning Pushups, evening vr boxing
Friday, morning Squats, evening yoga
Saturday, rest

The goal is to do slightly more volume than the session before, be that one extra rep, or one extra set. Curretly at 27 chinups, 70 pushups, 65 Squats. 6 x 3 minute rounds of vr boxing.

I really hope the test prop resolves the issue...looking at my bloodwork I may need to order some myself!

Baby aspirin, 2xvitd/k2, 4x1000mg fish oil, 2x vit c, magnesium, 10mg cialis, 25mg test E, psyllium husk before and after food

Notes,
Probably ate too much and too little cardio. bloodwork slightly off. Hit the pr goal.

Bro, seems like your weight is going up and down, up and down. I want to see it drop but I want to see you hold your muscle. @BritishCanadian
The diet was off whilst family was visiting, it will drop again now though. Losing the weight is the lost important thing for me health wise, I know I can put muscle on and maintain it, but I really need to get leaner for health reasons

Yeah that's good man. There's a lot of bad cheese out there. You don't want to get the fake stuff.

I've been carrying the extra weight too long and I think its contributing to the knee problems.
My left knee got better after I lost the 80lbs as well

Bro, I had to removed these from the house and tell the kids they were banned LMAO!! If you check my 2025 log I used to night binge on these and one time ate an entire Costco bag of them (I posted a pic of my bloated whale belly after too - it wasn't a pretty site!).

Just a quick note, apologies for not getting to your log sooner I will make it more of a priority; I think you're doing really great and I love your effort you're putting into this!
