Training Notes:
Another good deload session, always starts off with a good pump with chin ups then lat pull downs. With the reduced volume and lower weights i have been focusing on tempo and form. Slight burn im or beside the right shoulder blade, I think this was from the shoulder presses the other day. Only noticeable on the DB rows. Did standing face pulls instead of seated, it works differently with the angle change and loading is less.

Im starting to think i want to do this health phase and cut down even though my health markers are fine. See what I have gained in this growth phase. Then do it all over again.
