Approved Log My Life Training Diet Journal

Hey fellas, iv been quiet lately but for good reasons, iv been training like a maniac and still getting 25-30k steps in daily, iv signed up to a different gym which is fukn awesome I love it, it has a more old-school raw feel to it, my first gym was almost brand new but it was mostly all machines with not many attachments etc , the one I'm at now has awesome old school gear and attachments.
Iv added carbohydrates in my diet now and I'm fukn loving it, basically iv only added apples, brown rice, kumara and broccoli.

Daily calories I am and 4-4500calories

Protein 4-450grams
Carbs 350-400
Fats - 80-100grams

This omlette was massive , 12 eggs (4 whole, 8 whites, 1 cup of rice mixed in, 1 kumara grated in and 300grams of lean mince

Yeah man, fry up what ever meat and veggies you want, mix up your eggs in a bowl then mix in your fried meat and veggies in to the eggs, clean the pan you used then butter it, pour in the big mix , put a lid on it then cook it until its almost cooked through, then have the oven grill heated up then put the pan in the oven to brown off and cook the top of it and done, 10-15min all up, I just microwave the kumara and veggies first coz that's the fastest way iv found
that is a whiz meal

Looking thick bro! I bet that sternum tat was pretty spicy eh? That's the only spot on my body that I actually had to go to my happy place and couldn't talk and had to find a way to embrace it while remaining silent. My favourite spot for a tattoo LOL.

Thank you man!! Appreciate that because that's exactly what I'm doing, atm I'm changing my diet up weekly depending on how I look in the mirror and how I feel at the gym. I'm quickly learning my body and realizing small changes weekly and learning how to adjust macros etc I'm loving the experiment.

This morning was chest, shoulders and triceps. I did a P.R on flat bench with 95kg for 6 reps, next week I'm trying 100kg for the first time, I never have a spotter so its probably taken longer for me but I'm still pretty happy with where I'm at as I'm 75kg as of this morning.
I also try to only have around 60 seconds between sets atm as I want to try and see all of my abs by new year 🤣🤣

3 weeks ago I added in 30min fasted cardio every morning and 2 lifting sessions daily, I think it's done the trick. I'll keep this diet and exercise regime for the rest of summer to keep the shredded look coming then I'll look into doing a lean bulk come autumn/winter 💪

Definitely getting leaner, probably not under 10% but your starting to get those visible abs, looking real good , you will be primed perfectly for a lean bulk

@kiwibulk was suspended for bad gear, @AuStarLabs is way better
Diet is very simple and the same everyday so not very exciting lol its basically:
4 x meals a day of
180-250g cooked chicken breast (air fried)
150-200g cooked brown rice, (white rice pre and post workout)
And a solid serving of broccoli

That's per meal, sometimes swap rice for sweet potato but mainly sticking to rice at the moment.

And training I'm probably over training at the moment just because I'm still stick In a boring town on the bracelet so sometimes I go twice a day.
But I'm generally sticking to heavy compounds lifts I do alot of:

Incline DB presses (working sets of 8 reps at 35kg db's)
Flat bench 5x5 100kg
Weighted pullups wide + narrow (15kg plate) 5 sets of 6-8 reps
Weighted dips (20kg plate) 5 sets 10 reps
Bent rows at 75-80kg 4 sets 8-10 reps
Barbell shoulder presses (seated) 45deg, 75-80kg, 8 reps

Then I do alot of different grip pull downs, sometimes I swap bench and DB's to a press machine. Also do alot of seated rows.
I'm still quite average at doing legs consistently so we won't talk about legs yet haha

I'm pretty much working out 7 days a week atm just because I have nothing else to do where I am and it helps me get through the day. I never push my self to failure and only do 40-50min tops, my sleep is really fukn good atm I'm getting a solid 8-10hours every night.

Yeah I'll settle down and focus more on recovery once I'm off the bracelet and back in my own home town and don't have so much time on my hands haha cheers fellas

Your fellas pod casts are constantly on with My head phones when I'm either walking or in the gym, I think Iv listened to every single 'bodybuilding radio' one now and probably 70% of the 'evolutionary radio' one haha iv learnt so much honestly appreciate your knowledge 🤙 and @Mobster , cheers guys

Iv been trying to get to 80kg for fukn months now man I'm really struggling to put on any more size. I'm 76.5kg now I got to 78kg when I pushed the testosterone up to 750mg for 3 weeks but iv since dropped back to TRT dose as I finished a 12 week blast and lost a couple kg dammit I'm sure I'm eating enough 🤔
