@Hollowman TB500 and BPC are great options. I would definitely run a round of it. They work really well at not only helping with injuries that you have but also preventing future injuries.

I always trained similar to Dorian Yates Blood and Guts style.
Light, medium then all out to failure.
Today’s workout was different, due to soreness.

Dumbbell fly warm up, did this for 3 sets as below.
12 x 8kg side
12 x 8kg front
12 x 8kg rear

Seated rear delt fly.
15 reps 1/4 down
12 reps half down
8 reps half down.

Seated press
20 x with 20kg per side 2 sets
12 x with 30kg per side 2 sets.

Seated side raises
15 x 12.5kg 3 sets
12 x 15kg 1 set

Ez bar upright row
30kg 10 reps x 2 sets.

That’ll do me.

Tomorrow is rest and recovery with a sauna!

Ah sorry. Thought you might have meant muscle soreness from previous workout.

For shoulders, are you doing stretching and shoulder stability exercises like external rotations etc?

For elbow, is it triceps work that bothers it?

Can you get manual therapy (massage / physio etc)?

10iu is great, it took me a while to get to that dose, I didn’t want water retention etc.
I’m handling it well. I know when I have over done it, my hands go numb and ache lol.

Yeah man I always warm up shoulders, rotator cuff horizontally with cable, vertically with dumbells.

It’s elbows at the moment, tricep exercises kills me.

This is very cool because I want to increase my GH as I go from now through to July. I'm at 4iu now... did you increase 1iu/week until 10iu? And you found going up slowly mitigated the water retention?

Honestly I think it comes down to the quality of the HGH.
Reason I say this is because I have 2 different batch’s of H36iu vials.
Greentop is very good quality, very clean, and has hardly any sides at 10iu

Gold tops h36 I have gives me puffed hands.
And when carpel tunnel/numb hands at night.

Crazy difference.

Ideally, high 96% and above purity, with <0.2 dimer / non detect is perfect.

I'm a fan of 97-99% as well with low dimer and endo's. @US-pharmacies had a GH100 kit you could load up on with those types of Jano's that I like; if you're looking for high quality bulk GH they have it.

A little update.

Only managed to get into the gym twice this week. Have been feeling a little ‘off’.

Yesterday’s workout consisted of light warm up shoulders then chest.

Dumbbell press
25kg x 15 reps 2 sets
35kg x 12 reps 2 sets
42.5kg x 10 reps 1 set

Seated machine fly
Half stack 15 reps 2 set
Over half 12 reps 1 set

Seated press
20kg each side 12 reps 1 set
30kg each side 10 rep 1 set

Was a little over it by that point.
I’ve booked a sauna and massage tomorrow down City Cave!

Cals yesterday were on the low side. 1600.

I’ll do this one more week, then I’m going to up them to 2000cals. Fairly happy with how im looking, I’ll try fill out a little in coming weeks.
 
I have lived with the same thing unfortunately.. one thing a pharmacist told me was to get “selsun” the yellow one. My skin barely flakes anymore

How have you been finding klow? Seems like everyone loves it here 🫶
you mean you had skin issues and Ghk filled it?
 
oh no I meant to say for flakiness selsun cleared that, but ghk has definitely made my skin more clear/glowy
