Probably the worst workout I’ve had since I started this cycle. The music wasn’t hitting, the motivation was not there, but I got through it and did alright. Every session won’t be better than the last. A big positive is that I had minimal elbow discomfort on all my back movements, and my bicep movements. I didn’t want to risk it by doing hammer curls, and instead threw in some ChatGPT recommended reverse cable curls done very light for some elbow rehab which caused some interesting sensations on the inner and outer portion of the elbow.
Tried to pin into my thigh three times this morning, couldn’t get the needle to really sink in and it hurt like a son of a bitch and made me leak blood, so I defaulted to my right glute instead of left this time. Going to watch some YouTube videos and try the thigh again on Monday. I think my placement was sub-optimal.
I definitely do think the lack of quality sleep is catching up to me. Hopefully going to recover some lost hours tonight, no work tomorrow.That sucks about the sleep mate. Do you think that was a factor for not feeling it with the workout?

Shit sleep again last night, I think I have a system figured out with pillows which should alleviate some of the carpal related pain and allow me to sleep without waking up every 30 minutes to reposition or hang a different arm off the bed.
Limited my workout to lighter weights, and less movements to try to keep it around an hour with warm ups. Still a solid workout, and felt shit kicked after but I definitely can push myself harder.
I am getting sent to Vancouver island for Monday-Tuesday, return Wednesday next week so I’m going to miss a pull, and leg day as a result unless there is a gym at the hotel I’ll be staying at.

Sleep was absolutely shit in the hotel beds the past two nights, couldn’t get comfortable and carpal issues were very bad. Hopefully tonight is better.
Had a great session today. Got an extra rep up to 10 on first, and matched my second set last session on flat bench at 225. Incline bench felt great going to increase weight next session. Changed order of flys and overhead press so I could get the weight and work I wanted out of my overhead press without fighting the pump that flys give me. Tricep work was really powerful as well.
My wife picked up my little top up package from Syn after I learned what syringe deadspace was from @Shakey I was going to be short on testosterone enanthate to finish my cycle, and I picked up what is possibly the last package of Syn Anavar that they will have in stock for a bit.

You dont need to, airlocking flushes the extra compound drawn on top of your intended dose that would originally stay in needle as residual waste after injection into you. If you use amazon generic 25g, your already overdosing and air locking your probably overdosing 0.1ml without draeing that extra 0.1ml lol. I just took two days off as I was travelling for work and staying out of hotels that didn't have gym facilities. I didn't want to take any additional rest days on the cycle where possible. Still having solid workouts in spite of it all. Got a bit more sleep last night, but was still not where I want to be.That sucks about the sleep!

It’s kind of new. Cannabis hyperemesis syndrome. I was getting terrible episodes of non stop vomiting. It would last anywhere from a day to a week of vomiting every 5-15 minutes. Hes just switching to EOD aromasin. As for dynacare, they dont service BC. He'll have to see if a hospital will take the req or if teletest doc will write testosterome - LC-MS / MS on the req so lifwlabs has to send to a reference lab. Can you do bloods again in a few weeks and get Free T as well? Getting bloods often in our early cycling career is how we usually determine what our own bodies need for aromasin. It's a means to an end to save time and money later getting multiple bloods now to learn our aromatization behaviour for when we cycle again in the future.
Also, don't go to LifeLabs or any other lab they don't go above 52 mnol/L you'll need to go to Dynacare to get the full picture with accurate data above the others lab's maximums.

As for aromasin I agree with @LevButlerov that eod is a good start (6.25mg to start) until next bloods as yes we don't want to crush your e2 but we want to get it down.
Also agree with @LevButlerov to do ED pins. I'm currently doing ED pins as per his advice and it's given me the best (like zero) side effects and zero e2 issues. If you can't get on the ED train then at least try EOD.
Proviron at 25mg and the anavar is fine but I wouldn't increase either. Your SHBG is low and good to go.

Workout was solid, I've been most consistent with push days and somehow the sessions I've had to miss end this month were both pull, and legs so I'm lagging a bit behind. Increased weight 10lbs to 275lbs in spite of this but didn't push as far into the reps as I could have. Will hold at 275 for next session and increase volume. Had a bit of left knee pain on warmup but it wasn't present on working sets. Going to try and include Bulgarian split squats next session I've been afraid of them since I fucked my neck doing them the last time. Will probably drop weight considerably if I do include them. I feel like squats are cooking my spinal erectors which makes doing Romanian deadlifts difficult so may hold them to two sets moving forward depending on how it feels, it's either the spinal erectors or the anavar.
Face is starting to get oily from all this testosterone and I'm getting pimples like I'm 16 again. Ordered some different kinds of face washes to see which works for me.

Workout was solid, I've been most consistent with push days and somehow the sessions I've had to miss end this month were both pull, and legs so I'm lagging a bit behind. Increased weight 10lbs to 275lbs in spite of this but didn't push as far into the reps as I could have. Will hold at 275 for next session and increase volume. Had a bit of left knee pain on warmup but it wasn't present on working sets. Going to try and include Bulgarian split squats next session I've been afraid of them since I fucked my neck doing them the last time. Will probably drop weight considerably if I do include them. I feel like squats are cooking my spinal erectors which makes doing Romanian deadlifts difficult so may hold them to two sets moving forward depending on how it feels, it's either the spinal erectors or the anavar.
Face is starting to get oily from all this testosterone and I'm getting pimples like I'm 16 again. Ordered some different kinds of face washes to see which works for me.

If you want to keep the RDL's and not tire your back first with back squats, you could try front squats or a machine squat instead?

The second is my damn libido I can't be the first person to experience the need to beat their meat multiple times a night, the wife is so large and pregnant she isn't of much help these days and she's sleeping in my sons bed as its firmer and more comfortable for her so I've got nothing stopping me which is a dangerous combination. Going to take @Shakey melatonin dosing for a spin tonight and try out 20mg instead of my usual 10mg.

Changed my mind on EOD injections of testosterone, and going to do daily injections this week starting today. Spent a bunch of time working with coach GPT last night and came up with a game plan and also learned a lot about how aromatase works and the reason why 6.25mg EOD even though it adds up to the same amount roughly will be more effective than 12.5mg twice weekly, especially in conjunction with daily testosterone injections.
I’m liking the bike a lot the last few days got the seat and handle bars dialed finally. With all my early starts lately I wasn’t really using it so switched to using it before bed, and coach GPT said I have to do 30 minutes of cardio a day or I’m going to fuck my lipids and my heart. Sleep wasn't great, a little bit of blame to carpal, and a little bit of blame on myself. I stayed up a bit late playing a racing sim game, I haven't had the urge to game in many months. The second is my damn libido I can't be the first person to experience the need to beat their meat multiple times a night, the wife is so large and pregnant she isn't of much help these days and she's sleeping in my sons bed as its firmer and more comfortable for her so I've got nothing stopping me which is a dangerous combination. Workout was great, the lack of sleep definitely affected it a little bit. I'll be able to push a little bit harder next session for sure. Legs and back were definitely tight from my workout yesterday, and are getting progressively tighter as the night progresses.
Changed my mind on EOD injections of testosterone, and going to do daily injections this week starting today. Spent a bunch of time working with coach GPT last night and came up with a good game plan and also learned a lot about how aromatase works and the reason why 6.25mg EOD even though it adds up to the same amount roughly will be more effective than 12.5mg twice weekly, especially in conjunction with daily testosterone injections.

I find I feel the muscle for me gets worked better at lighter weight higher reps with isolation movements like when I go too heavy on crossovers I struggle to get my arms across my body the way I’d like to and don’t feel it as much as if I go 10lbs lighter and blast it out. I’ve struggled to get full ROM or the squeeze when I go heavy and less reps with lateral raises too. I will be starting to up these moving forward weight and dropping the reps into the 16 max range. I changed form on both crossovers and lateral raises and didn’t want to snap my shit up as another excuseNice workout mate. Good selection of exercises. 230 for 9 on bench is good going. What's the purpose with such high reps on all the iso exercises?

I don't find I'm more tired than I already am getting up at 3:45. I typically have had 3 cups of coffee, 2 small and 1 large by the time I hit the shop so I'm fairly caffeinated. I told them that this was absolutely retarded when I'm paying out of pocket for this testing so that I don't fuck myself up later in life. They also don't do free testosterone in BC anymore, only "bioavailable" and only when you test below 52.0nmol/L on total testosterone. The only valid information I can get from a future blood test would be SHBG to see if its still holding steady, and E2 which will save myself money, but goddamn Lifelabs you have the monopoly on the system, figure your shit out.

No, they are saying hes > 52 nmol/l. Life labs caps at that and just notes higher than 52 because thats the ceiling for accurate immunoassay results. Accuracy drops above that without lc-ms so they prefer to cap results. They dont have in house lc-ms.they are saying you are <52? @wye

This is what I expected to hear yes, and just wait until you've been doing ED for a while it becomes second nature and the swings disappear.Everyday pin is pretty easy, just one more thing added to my pre-work ritual. I’m not finding any additional PIP or issues. Going to test estrogen in a few weeks to see how it’s affected everything so I know how to run things for the fall cycle I plan on tackling. I’m definitely feeling less moody and more ready to conquer the world these days with estrogen and testosterone more flat and not as peaked.

Smashed my push day at 06:00 this morning trying to take advantage of my caffeinated state. Did a bit of deload action on flat bench but added a respectable amount of weight to all isolation movements. PR on incline bench. Volume PR on flat. Weight PR’s on everything else outside of overhead press.
Took my wife to her ultrasound today. Both babies growing rapidly and healthy. Operating room has been booked for June 17th for the c-section.
Currently holding a power pole with a digger truck for a civil crew doing work and will be sleeping in the truck overnight if all things go well.
