E2 was 528 pmol/L
I actually felt ok still. I think my libido was a bit down. Since adding EQ I have definitely had an increase in libido again more back to my normal.

β€’ Steps ended up really low, basically just what I had to do for work and around the house

β€’ Appetite was actually pretty low, had to kind of force a couple meals in

β€’ Would’ve liked to get a nap in but wasn’t possible with work
β€’ Plan is early night tonight and see how I feel tomorrow

Plan for today is to get some more walking in, but not overdo it. Taking another day off lifting to let the body recover properly β€” feels like the right call rather than pushing through fatigue.

I wasnt taking any AI when I did my last bloods with total pinned test at 440mg a week and 315mg NPP weekly.
E2 was 528 pmol/L
I actually felt ok still. I think my libido was a bit down. Since adding EQ I have definitely had an increase in libido again more back to my normal.

Ill update again tonight but I had another very similar day again today. Will be smashing straight back into my cut and training again tomorrow. Everyone's favourite gym session, push day tomorrow. I needed the time. I dont really know why my body just seemed to take a dive as much as it did. But the reset is helping.

Really great training session brother. Whilst the DB press was outstanding I love the volume on those incline benches. I'm not surprised your triceps were cooked, your chst wouldn't have been too far behind I am certain.

Everything just felt awesome today in the gym. Im not sure if I'd say its aggression per say but I just was locked in and had great intensity. Honestly it may have started when all the bench press benches were taken by people doing half as benching and staring at their phones... 🀣 I said fuck it and swapped my exercises to dumbbells and just sent it the whole rest of the program I put together.

The new compounds have definitely pushed my weight up a bit overall β€” intracellular fullness is noticeably higher. Muscles are feeling and looking fuller, which is likely contributing to some of the scale fluctuations.

Despite the scale bouncing around a bit, I’m still trending down and looking leaner, which is the main goal.

Everything is still moving in the right direction. Staying consistent and letting the process play out.

If you start feeling off at all you could try Adding in things like taurine (5-12g) and l-tyrosine(2-4g) (may have misspelt that)
Nil off effects at all. Feel great actually. Sounds like you are green lighting me to get a monster zero ultra on the way home from the gym to get some taurine in 🀣

β€’ Started the day early for ANZAC Day dawn service

β€’ Kept things fairly family-focused today since my wife is heading away for work this week

β€’ Gym session in the morning was solid β€” deadlifts felt strong again, 180kg single moved well

β€’ Volume work after that was steady without needing to push into fatigue too hard

β€’ Training felt more controlled today rather than chasing max output

β€’ Food was consistent and structured, kept protein high and carbs fairly steady

β€’ Didn’t get much cardio in today but intentionally prioritised time with the family

β€’ Took the kids out to the park and even got a bit of PokΓ©mon Go in together which was a good laugh

β€’ Not a perfect high-output day, but a good balance between training, recovery and family time

what is your reasoning behind daily dosing MT2? I was under the impression of doing daily for the 5ish days to load it, then drop back to roughly .5 mg 1-2x/week.
