Hi all,

I was on Reta for 3 months starting at 3mg a week all the way to 9mg for the last 4-6 weeks of it. Didn’t get many side effects only skin sensitivity and abit of diarrhea at the very start of beginning Reta, towards the end i stopped feeling the appetite suppression even at the high does and feel like my receptors were burnt out hence the break. I tried adding Sema also for the appetite suppression, along with cagrilintide.

I’ve had 5 weeks off now and want to start back again, I want to do Reta long term at a maintenance dose im happy with my weight i just want a dose were it shuts off food noise and to beat cravings

What’s the best way/dose to starting ?

I’ve been on forums for a while as a ghost for past 5 years, it’s been really good 💪

Doesn't sound like it was dosed correctly
Or you may have incorrectly added water to it

Has to be something like this, 2.5mg has me forgetting to eat at times, I get individual response variation, but 9mg is hefty.

Was it sourced from a vendor here? As Odin said, how did you mix it?

I had skin sensitivity which was my only side effect which has me to be believe it was working but not too sure.

I did purchase it from a trusted vendor here. I mixed bac water with it and was doing 2x injections a week

How much bac, how many mg vial?

9mg is wild.

Would definitely sus to ensure you're dosing correctly, as well as it's legitimate reta.

Currently running @PeptideX Reta, and just started week 6 today. Just increased my dose from 3mg a week to 3.4mg every 6 days (4mg a week) and have had stomach pain and no real thoughts about food at all today.

Have you previously been on any glp1s Sema or Tirzepatide ?

Good afternoon mate,

As others have said, 9mg is a hefty dose with most people getting desired effects between 2-4mg/week. If it's from a verified vendor from here then it's going to be legitimate.

Do you have a log you can share on the dosage escalation protocol and it's effect on your caloric intake?

Starting low around 1-2mg a week and giving it a few weeks at least for levels to stabilise then re assess and if you need to go up, either up the single weekly dose of split it across the week in 2 injections.

I've been on Reta now for 12 weeks.

Week 1 was 1mg to get a feel, I then moved to 2mg and sat there for 8 weeks and have been on 3mg the past 3. This cut has been so easy it's been insane (reta, GH, Clen, Card + anabolics). Below are my cholesterol levels from week 0 to now also, completely flipped and I attribute most of this to the reta.

Now that I'm at the leaner stage and on 3mg, my hunger isn't really suppressed much nor has it really been super suppressed the whole time. I get fuller easier though, thats for sure. I feel like the main benefits from reta isn't the hunger supression / food noise its the added metabolic stimulation from glucagon and GIP.

I'll 100% be running 1mg a week during my gain phase for lipids / insulin sensitivity.

Hey bro definitely bunk or heavily underdosed, 9mg would leave me without a stomach

When i took 1mg for the first time, i felt no hunger and no food noise at all.

I can highly vouch for @RRRaus and @PeptideX

If you want to dm me, you can choose either two vendors and ill happily shout you a 10mg vial of reta or tirz

Very generous mate, but I am not sure it’s bunk, he did say he bought from a trusted vendor here.

My mistake i glanced over that, hmm very strange

I’ve been running @Wolfenstein ’s Reta at 1mg per week for a while now, and it’s perfect for my goals. I couldn’t imagine doubling it let alone 9mg. I’ve tried others that tanked my appetite or twisted my guts up and I always lost plenty of weight, but was too fatigued to train properly and not eating enough to hold muscle.

1mg leaves me with a healthy appetite during the day but keeps me at 1 serve of dinner with no snacking before bed.

Austrix Reta has been the cleanest I’ve had yet, no sides at all.

I recommend trying this product out and seeing if you get different results.

Good luck!

Maybe the Reta wasn't dosed right? I've heard of people getting appetite suppression even at 2.5mg.
Probably the case bro, especially being from a verified source on here. Must just be some confusion but keen to hear what he says!

You could simply have a high tolerance to it. Clinical trials are documented up to 12mg per week with various starting doses and I've heard people using higher with light effects. The skin sensitivity side (allodynia) I've read has effected people at low doses like 1.5mg weekly too. You'll need to find what works for you best with keeping the noise down.

Knowing it's a good stock helps, with Wolf there should be no issue with that, be gentle with reconstitution and you will be right. If it wasn't a recommended vendor I'd suggest checking if they have labs they've got themselves and not just given to them from their supplier. Last option if Reta just isn't doing it for you is seeing if you want to try another option something like Tirzepatide/Mazdutide or Cagrillintide but research their differences

Damn, doesn’t sound good if you aren’t getting anything at 9mg.

I was bed ridden at 3mg for a weekend 😂 2.5mg had me borderline ill 2mg I was skipping meals and 1-1.5mg seems to be my sweet spot for all the benefits without missing meals.

I’m not sure if you’ve done something wrong when reconstituting or you got a bunk vial.. could be a whole range of issues or you just naturally have a extremely high tolerance

You’d have to explore this more - a log would be a great place to do this!

This is some great advice mate, he states he has used cagri as well as Sema in addition to the Reta which did not help much.

It will be interesting to identify the complete protocol and hopefully the cause behind the lack of effect!

If purchased from a recommended vendor or not - labs from the vendor themselves is ideal -only behind blinds labs from members.

Thanks everyone for your response, really appreciate it.

Prior to starting to Reta 15 weeks ago and slowly to titrating I was using:
- high dose TIRZ 12mg

My goal is to be more patient with my titration this time. I have purchased from a vendor most of you have tagged here so I know it’s real.

Running 150mg of testosterone enenthate split M/W/F

I want to start Retaurtrutide again after a 5 week break period. I stopped due to receptors not responding and was on to high of a dose so wanted to reset and get back on it at dose where i can maintain it long term

Also want to run a SLUPP cycle with the above just need to know dosages etc

I’m going to also run Anavar and possibly tesofensine just not 100% yet and was hoping for advice on this

The main 2 compounds i want to stick to long term is my TRT and Retatrutide but struggling to find a dose that’s going to work, if can help with this would be much appreciated

Hey mate,

You would benefit greatly from starting a log and outlaying what your goals and plans are in order for the community here to best provide advice.

Providing tidbits of information randomly makes it extremely difficult for anyone to give suitable informed advice.

Where has the data of receptor desensitivity to GLP1s come from? I have not heard that before and most studies show a maintenance dose once reached doesn't require tolerance breaks while continuing to be effective.

We, like others here are always striving to improve our knowledge of these magnificant compounds to better enable accurate information to be shared with the Australian community.

What's your physique like and goals? You're throwing more drugs at your body than I am 😅

It happens. Can be a mix of you being very lean, long time on diet and thus have massive cravings. You can throw in very high activity, inadequate calories, and AAS increase appetite, you get no effect on high doses of GLPs. They are no magic, and all people reach plateau on the MAX DOSE

Just like any drug there are going to be people who are high responders, average responders and low responders. I am terzepatide at 7mg I lost the appetite suppression. I tirated up to 15mg and never got the appetite suppression again. I am in the process of cutting my dose back down to 2.5mg since technically I am on it for diabetes.

Ive used tirzep for close to 4/5 months before and lost 20kg on 2.5mg going up to 5mg then went up to 7mg after the 20kg lose and i could eat through that dose but never went higher i took a break from it. I think at some point its like any other drug you just need more and more for certain people, that was my experience it worked great for about 4 months then at a higher dose it didn't do too much more for me. Same happened a couple years ago on semaglutide. Either that or you got your ratios and dosing not what you think it is ive made that mistake too. Try tirzep i rate it over ret for appetite suppression but ret gets most of the hype.
