Approved Log 63 y/o AAS Cut and TRT Cycle Log

Stats Before I started Gym
Weight 98kg
Bodyfat: 32%
Muscle: FA

Stats now:
Age: 63
Height: 182cm
Weight: current 87.1kg
Bodyfat: estimated 17%
Training: 1.5 years with approx. 0.5 removed for medical surgeries

Medical:
Quad Bypass 3 years ago, 2x Inguinal Hernias on 2 separate occasions, nose surgeryx2 and Tonsillectomy due to large abscess.
Osteoarthritis of both shoulders and LH wrist
Ruptured Longhead bicep tendon of the RH arm, Popeye muscle. Ruptured LH Forearm to wrist tendon.
Was on Tramadol 200mg daily for years for back pain until I got jack of being addicted.

Have done One cycle albeit a short one just with Peptides. Cut went well with RETA but the bulk didn't go so well ended putting a lot of fat back on. Need to remedy that mistake this cycle where my bulk will be a 16week lean bulk, hopefully. After a successful cut where I dropped down to 79kg and around 13% bodyfat but was over enthusiastic on the bulk where intake was at 4200cal.
Just had a look at my logs of that time and my god I used some peptides, Wish I had found EVO world before that but anyway here we are.
Just went through a recomp where 6 weeks looked like this.

I stopped all SARMS, Tbol and hgh 5 day out from bloods but not just for bloods it was because my BP shot thru the roof.
I worked out that it was due to crashing E2 as I was taking AI for ankle swelling thinking it was due to the increased Test E dosing but it was the quick increase of HGH.
So am titrating much slower now upto 5 or 6IU HGH during this Cut and it will remain there during my Lean Bulk.

After the SARMS and increased TestE and TBol I was rather happy with my bloods and decided to continue with planned Cut Cycle.

Planned 12 week Cut Cycle
First 8 weeks as below:

Per-pin doses:

  • Test E 100 mg (0.4 ml at 250 mg/ml
  • Primo 125 mg (1.25 ml at 100 mg/ml
  • Deca 100 mg (0.25 ml at 400 mg/ml
Total oil per pin: 1.9 ml (still easy in a 3 ml syringe)

Daily constants (every day unless noted):


  • Proviron: Daily 25 mg morning
  • Cabergoline: 0.25 mg on Mon + Thu when recieved
  • Daily Telmisartan 20 mg + Tadalafil 10 mg
  • Shoulder peptides: 4 Weeks ON / 4 Weeks OFF
  • HGH: Start at 2 IU Mon–Fri
  • Aromasin 12.5mg EOD and Adjust as required. Currently not required
Using symptom-based calibration: Take 12.5 mg when high-E2 symptoms appear → note the gap when symptoms return → shift next dose 1–2 days earlier.

Most likely: 12.5 mg every 3–4 days.

Stats Before I started Gym
Weight 98kg
Bodyfat: 32%

Bodyfat: estimated 17%
Training: 1.5 years with approx. 0.5 removed for medical surgeries

Medical:
Quad Bypass 3 years ago, 2x Inguinal Hernias on 2 separate occasions, nose surgeryx2 and Tonsillectomy due to large abscess.
Osteoarthritis of both shoulders and LH wrist
Ruptured Longhead bicep tendon of the RH arm, Popeye muscle. Ruptured LH Forearm to wrist tendon.
Was on Tramadol 200mg daily for years for back pain until I got jack of being addicted.

Have done One cycle albeit a short one just with Peptides. Cut went well with RETA but the bulk didn't go so well ended putting a lot of fat back on. Need to remedy that mistake this cycle where my bulk will be a 16week lean bulk, hopefully. After a successful cut where I dropped down to 79kg and around 13% bodyfat but was over enthusiastic on the bulk where intake was at 4200cal.
Just had a look at my logs of that time and my god I used some peptides, Wish I had found EVO world before that but anyway here we are.
Just went through a recomp where 6 weeks looked like this.

I stopped all SARMS, Tbol and hgh 5 day out from bloods but not just for bloods it was because my BP shot thru the roof.
I worked out that it was due to crashing E2 as I was taking AI for ankle swelling thinking it was due to the increased Test E dosing but it was the quick increase of HGH.
So am titrating much slower now upto 5 or 6IU HGH during this Cut and it will remain there during my Lean Bulk.

After the SARMS and increased TestE and TBol I was rather happy with my bloods and decided to continue with planned Cut Cycle.

Planned 12 week Cut Cycle
First 8 weeks as below:

Per-pin doses:

  • Test E 100 mg (0.4 ml at 250 mg/ml
  • Primo 125 mg (1.25 ml at 100 mg/ml
  • Deca 100 mg (0.25 ml at 400 mg/ml
Total oil per pin: 1.9 ml (still easy in a 3 ml syringe)

Daily constants (every day unless noted):


  • Proviron: Daily 25 mg morning
  • Cabergoline: 0.25 mg on Mon + Thu when recieved
  • Daily Telmisartan 20 mg + Tadalafil 10 mg
  • Shoulder peptides: 4 Weeks ON / 4 Weeks OFF
  • HGH: Start at 2 IU Mon–Fri
  • Aromasin 12.5mg EOD and Adjust as required. Currently not required
Using symptom-based calibration: Take 12.5 mg when high-E2 symptoms appear → note the gap when symptoms return → shift next dose 1–2 days earlier.

Most likely: 12.5 mg every 3–4 days.

Breakfast mainly consists of pre-workout drink and some fruit this morning. Generally when at home I like fasted workout in mornings with 10-20mg Tadalafil and approx 10g L-Citrilline to get a good pump. Daily water I try to get at least 4lt in as important when on Reta and Sema.

Workout today was Back and Bi's but this is something I think I am severely lacking in, is the layout of workouts and structure as I feel they are still a bithap hazard

I generally aim for around 8000 steps a day but average it over the whole weekend. Sometime feel so knackered that on day off I just recoup.
I get the bulk of my steps in the gym between sets. I generally give myself 3min on larger muscles and 2min on smaller ones and do laps around the gym, annoys the fuck out of some peeps but oh well.

Get home do a few hours in the garden which gives me the rest of my steps and some sun. I also take MT2 2-3 xweek at 333mcg. Oh and sometimes before the missus and I enjoy each other, better than PT141 in my books.
After garden is lunch/dinner and the missus looks after me there also. Generally chicken breast and rice/ sweet potato but on Sundays we have BBQ with the folks and I enjoy a rib eye and get to blow my cal a little and sometime more than a little. Generally refrain from alcohol but on Sundays I have one or two with the folks, missus doesn't drink.

Second day pinning the stack, thought I would have probs pinning the vol but non so far.
Got my GH from @Gold Standard Labs and oh how sweet it is!! These guys were great on the comms, fast shipping and OMG the quality is out there. Definately Gold Standard.

Morning Supplements and Breakfast as usual just Pre workout drink and making a intra drink these days to get me thru the 2 or so hours.
Only 10mg Tadalafil today and 10g of L-Citralline amongst other things. Maybe I use too many supplements. Will also add the supps I add to my morning pre drink.

Legs and Shoulders today, building up those chicken legs hahah.
Using more machines these days and when at work use the smith machine. My gym only has one smith machine and it is so hard to get on so I dont bother. Use the hack squat and have just started doing single leg leg press.

Lunch was a simple apple for a few carbs. Until Dinner was ready but my dinner is around 2-3pm.

This was the first 3 days of solid workouts after hap hazard workouts at work and was absolutely rooted.
Checked my BP and was good 117/67. HR was at 72 generally 8-10 above normal while on Reta.

61, hahaha looking at that makes me laugh, yeah 61. I run a muck till i was mid 50' then I Married a beautiful young woman and believed she deserved more than what I was giving her and us. We enjoy each other a lot more now since I started to re-build myself. 😁

After a lazy day off was keen to get back into it.
Chest and Tri's day is always challenging as trying to build a chest with shoulders with little to no cartilage is painful at the best of times. Unfortuneately FOM is affected as is volume. I use natural grip where I can and slow everything down to get a bit of a pump in the target muscle.
The GH is feeling awesome but can feel already the water retention, its been at 2iu for almost a week and we will see if after the end of the week we increase to 3iu. What is everyones view on GH dosing what is the magic dose?

Anyway mornig as always fasted just the supps and pre workout drink.

The workout was good and got a bit of a pump on both my chest and tris, pushed extra vol but my RH shoulder was painful all night and struggled to sleep due to the pain. Might take Deca a little while longer before I can push that hard again. But overall have been feeling great due to my stack. As previously mentioned, have been feeling like I am retaining water but not in great amounts. But the main thing is that I don't feel like I am losing muscle but I do feel like I am losing fat as am starting to see striations in my chest and shoulder while working out. But I am only one week into it. Aiming to start my Lean Bulk from around 86kg and 12-13%BF if I can manage this then my goal of 96-100kg 14-15%BF would be a distinct possibility.

Even after such a filling meal and taking 5mg RETA and 2mg split SEMA weekly was still hungry as a MF and as couldn't sleep due to shoulder got up after midnight and had a sizeable amount of carbs then I slept like a baby but that sabotaged my next days macros.

At the end of the day I have no issues with you using tren. You're not some 20-year-old clown who's just using it because their friend is using it. You have a purpose to use it.

Will be including avo, walnut, olive oils bring my fats to 55-60 daily drop my protiens to 190ish and the rest carbs as of today.

Hey good Peeps

Shocker of a day today with my intake being over by 1700cals. I cannot believe that 5mg RETA and 2mg SEMA weekly doesn't sooth my hunger. Considering adding 500mcg Cargrilintide weekly to see how that helps. Don't think I'll need mk677 to help on my lean bulk phase.
Have also started dosing AOD9604 @ 500mcg mainly for my shoulder.
I don't think I have explained that am also doing/trying shoulder rehab using Cartalax, AOD and GLOW if I can get it. The cycle is 4 weeks on 4 weeks off for 4 cycles. During the off cycle will be dosing GHK-Cu daily around 5mg, well that is the plan at the moment, but we will see how we go.
Am also trying to regrow some hair in places where baldness is showing through. With this am using Regain 5% Minoxidil and have added 1.5ml AHK-Cu to make it 0.4% of the topical solution which I add 2x day and Derma roll weekly with a 1mm roller. Have shaved my head for ease of application and now my missus calls me Bruce Willis. Hahahaha
Oh have also added MT2 2x weekly.
Any way the day started off as usual but this time I had already had 850 cal around mid-night due to my hunger and shoulder keeping me awake.
Did the normal daily dosing of what was on the time table as below.

Lunch was a shocker as it was the wifes BDay and we had lunch with the folks. KFC and mums short bread jam filled biscuts and apple pie and ice cream. Havent had that much sweets for a long time but did not want to resist so my iron will took a beating. 1800 cal over for the day. Oh well it is what it is and no point beating myself up over that and no need to punish myself tomorrow. Tomorrow is a new day and just carry on is the way I roll.

Have added Cabergoline 0.25mg 2x weekly to the protocol.

The addition of Maltodextrin 20-30g has helped in the gym. Didnt feel as tired towards the end of session but that could be due to the fact that I had 3700cal the day before. Went heavier on 6 excersices, not sure which ones they were as the app does not show this in the day review.

semaglutide and retatrutide will cut hunger a lot! you just need to keep protein up high much higher

The addition of Maltodextrin 20-30g has helped in the gym. Didnt feel as tired towards the end of session but that could be due to the fact that I had 3700cal the day before. Went heavier on 6 excersices, not sure which ones they were as the app does not show this in the day review.

Meals for the day are as follows. Managed to hit my macros pretty well and have increased my Fats intake aiming for between 55g-70g day.

Took the missus out for a walk along a trail between beaches up and down hills and covered my daily steps in the process. 11600 to be precise.
I think that the new macro targets will be easier to keep but am worried I won't hit my body fat goals of 10-12% but having experienced peeps guiding me has me very hopeful.
My weight has dropped by 0.5kg and waist dropped by around 3cm but as always, my measuring sucks but the reduction is noticeable, so am feeling good and 0.5kg per week is good as should be majority fat which is being shed.
Am excited to go to the gym in the morning and try to get a good pump with chest and tri's.

Ok thanks for that, am looking at getting glow 70mg 10/10/50 and have just got 280iu hgh from @Gold Standard Labs which is the best Ive ever had. Everything else i get is no name brand cheap. I know i get what I pay for but am only 3 years post bankrupcy and not that well off. Lost everything at the age of 55 and had to start again at 58 which was after the 3 year period of bankrupcy. Rather embarassed about that but it is what it is.

Great Morning, Good long workout where maintained the energy and drive all the way from start to finish. Although was knackered at the end. 2hrs in the garden and managed to get 13000steps in for the day and the missus fed me well. Stuck to @LevButlerov macros and it felt good. Maintaining weight but feel like am getting leaner which is great. Only early days but excited for the rest of the Cut and am thinking that I should do a 4 week recomp before I jump into the 16week lean bulk.

Pretty stoked that I managed to hit all 3 macros to the letter. That's only possible at home with the missus looking after me, it'll be much harder when am at work for 4 weeks. Have changed it up with my Intra adding Dextrose Monohydrate instead of Maltodextrin. It didn't go thru me like the Malto has before, but more experimenting required.
Had some cottage cheese and whey protein isolate and collagen all mixed in together before going to gym. Yes, I know carbs are better before workout but wanted to make an early start with hitting my protein macro for the day plus it tastes yummy.
Below is my average macros for the last 7 days which is not too bad but will only improve as the weeks go on.

I think it will be another week or two before Deca helps with that fully but am feeling better than usual. Will be looking to incorporate Glow and possibly extra BPC and TB on top when can afford it. Will be increasing HGH to 2.5IU as of tomorrow hoping that one week is enough and the increase is small enough to keep swollen ankles away and will be increasing 0.5IU weekly until I hit 6IU daily with rest days on Sat and Sun.

Hi All well its another day and Back and Bi's. Was so fired up to get to the gym this morning.
A few updates to my dosing.
Found a mistake in my calculations for Test dosing. My calculations were based on vials of 250mg/ml but have been using that draw from a 300mg/ml vial. So in effect have been dosing 360mg week total. Have been on 300mg for over 10 weeks and 360 for 1.5 weeks and no signs of
gyno so have decide to increase to 400mg weekly in an effort to push more vol in the gym. Have also increased HGH to 2.5iu and will be increasing by 0.5iu every week or until my ankles start to swell as this is my sign to pull back and titrate longer at lower dosing. Am looking at 6iu by the time I get to the last 4 weeks of my Cut.
Also been toying with the idea of running Mast E weeks 5-9 and then Mast Prop weeks 9-12 instead of running Tren as don't want to put the missus thru me sweating my arse off in bed or have short fuse.
Any way the morning started as normal with my dosing first.

Morning meal was again cottage cheese with collagen and protein powder to ensure I hit my macros, the rest was the samwe as usual and have attached full day meals water macros.

Managed to hit my macros but my weigh in was a bit lower than I expected at 87.0kg which makes it a drop of around 1.1kg over 1.6weeks. will keep an eye out until the end of weeks 2 and will see if I need to increase intake to slow the drop and try to keep it at around 0.5kg weekly

The workout started full of fire and after hitting dead lifts, which I haven't done for a while and had pain shooting down the back of my legs along what felt like my sciatica nerve, I quickly run out of juice but still managed do a few more exercises and then a 10minute cardio on the rower.

Some good vol there for me, went heavier today than I have for a long time so felt good and I felt big. Could see some more stirations which felt good and the tadalafila dn L-Citraline 10g AAK and a few other supps made my veins pop and that looked awesome. Cant wait to loose more fat.

Just noticed the bottom section of the last 2 attachments and heart recovery section. Will be trying that next time after cardio sit and let the heart rate settle for 2 mins after exercise.

Found another thing which shows my sleep and rest at home compared to being at work 4 weeks each and its not very favourable while at work.

Pretty stoked that I managed to hit all 3 macros to the letter. That's only possible at home with the missus looking after me, it'll be much harder when am at work for 4 weeks. Have changed it up with my Intra adding Dextrose Monohydrate instead of Maltodextrin. It didn't go thru me like the Malto has before, but more experimenting required.
Had some cottage cheese and whey protein isolate and collagen all mixed in together before going to gym. Yes, I know carbs are better before workout but wanted to make an early start with hitting my protein macro for the day plus it tastes yummy.
Below is my average macros for the last 7 days which is not too bad but will only improve as the weeks go on.

Todays workout was Chest and Tri's and it felt good. My shoulders suffered but managed to hit higher vol compared to previous. I think it will be another week or two before Deca helps with that fully but am feeling better than usual. Will be looking to incorporate Glow and possibly extra BPC and TB on top when can afford it. Will be increasing HGH to 2.5IU as of tomorrow hoping that one week is enough and the increase is small enough to keep swollen ankles away and will be increasing 0.5IU weekly until I hit 6IU daily with rest days on Sat and Sun.

Thanks @LevButlerov much appreciated and thanks for the motivational boost this morning. Went to the gym firing, crawled out of the gym whimpering. Was a good session with an attempt at cardio at the end, albeit 10min but its a start.

Hi All

Great Morning, Good long workout where maintained the energy and drive all the way from start to finish. Although was knackered at the end. 2hrs in the garden and managed to get 13000steps in for the day and the missus fed me well. Stuck to @LevButlerov macros and it felt good. Maintaining weight but feel like am getting leaner which is great. Hi All well its another day and Back and Bi's. Was so fired up to get to the gym this morning.
A few updates to my dosing.
Found a mistake in my calculations for Test dosing. My calculations were based on vials of 250mg/ml but have been using that draw from a 300mg/ml vial. So in effect have been dosing 360mg week total. Have been on 300mg for over 10 weeks and 360 for 1.5 weeks and no signs of
gyno so have decide to increase to 400mg weekly in an effort to push more vol in the gym. Have also increased HGH to 2.5iu and will be increasing by 0.5iu every week or until my ankles start to swell as this is my sign to pull back and titrate longer at lower dosing. Am looking at 6iu by the time I get to the last 4 weeks of my Cut.
Also been toying with the idea of running Mast E weeks 5-9 and then Mast Prop weeks 9-12 instead of running Tren as don't want to put the missus thru me sweating my arse off in bed or have short fuse.
Any way the morning started as normal with my dosing first.

I do GH in the evening and will be looking at split dosing when I get to 3IU daily to see if this off sets my ankle swelling.

Managed to hit my macros but my weigh in was a bit lower than I expected at 87.0kg which makes it a drop of around 1.1kg over 1.6weeks. will keep an eye out until the end of weeks 2 and will see if I need to increase intake to slow the drop and try to keep it at around 0.5kg weekly

This app shows me starting the cut at 88.1kg and today 87.0

The workout started full of fire and after hitting dead lifts, which I haven't done for a while and had pain shooting down the back of my legs along what felt like my sciatica nerve, I quickly run out of juice but still managed do a few more exercises and then a 10minute cardio on the rower.

Some good vol there for me, went heavier today than I have for a long time so felt good and I felt big. Could see some more stirations which felt good and the tadalafila dn L-Citraline 10g AAK and a few other supps made my veins pop and that looked awesome. Cant wait to loose more fat.

Just noticed the bottom section of the last 2 attachments and heart recovery section. Will be trying that next time after cardio sit and let the heart rate settle for 2 mins after exercise.

Found another thing which shows my sleep and rest at home compared to being at work 4 weeks each and its not very favourable while at work.

Hi All
Not the best day in the gym.
Was all pumped to do a good Leg workout but in the morning just felt flat. Had some protein and carbs as well as the normal pre workout drinks but seemed like it did not help one bit.
Wondering now whether I should just go fasted to the gym in the mornings.
It was a real battle to drag my sorry arse to the gym and then when there every exercise and every set was a battle. Still managed to do some great Hacks after 4 sets of extensions which pumped my quads nicely before my deepest and heaviest hacks yet.
Did some Smith machine shoulder presses which didn't feel too bad only slight pain so was happy about that.
Have attached my full days macros which were hit again almost to a Tee.

Day off today felt like I worked out twice as hard. Worked my core and it went for a bit longer than I planned 112min to be exact.
Then went out and did the yard work for 2 hours mowing and digging. Had dinner/Lunch then looked after the missus and I am shattered now.
Had a great nights sleep last night, had 50mg melatonin plus my usual nighttime mix.
I bought forward the HCG MT2 by one day as the MT2 was needed tonight and threw in some PT141 which helped everything along.

Another hard day, Not much sleep dont know why. Woke up grumpy, missus gave me hard time for spending so much on PED's and the Customs confiscated my goods. Grrrrrr
Anmyway still went to the gym Chest and tri's, pushed hard hurt my shoulder. Ef it kept going.

Since @LevButlerov put me onto not worrying so much about cal but hitting macros hunger not so much a problem as before so have dropped the 2.4mg Sema weekly for now and will see how it goes. Will maintain RETA at 5mg. Am using GLOW now at 1mgBPC/1mgTB/5mg GHK daily and HGHG still at 2.5iu and will look at increasing to 3iu on Mon as Sat and Sun are days off for HGH for me.

Days workout was so so but still managed something. Feel like am carrying a bit of water as feel pretty full even though am loosing weight.
Have lost 1.8kg according to one scale and 2.1kg to another so approx 2kg over 2 weeks which is steady but a little too much for my liking so am thinking of increasing carbs or Protien for an extra 100 to 200 cal but will ask @LevButlerov as am not experienced with this. Last time I ended up on 1600cal daily and dropped to 79kg and that is something I wish to avoid as lost a lot of lean mass. Have another 10 weeks to go in this cut so am thinking slow and steady to drop the fat.

Well 2 weeks down and into the 3rd week of the cut.
Dropped another 0.5kg 86.5kg this morning. Body fay according to Navy methos was 17.7%

I have one more vial of AOD which I will use even though it was pointed out that it failed its clinical trials and its more of a placebo, but I won't be buying it again. No HGH for the weekend but will be increasing to 3IU on Monday, fingers crossed that it's a long enough titration.
Today was a day with the missus and went for a walk in the bush so still did something and the hills were a bit of a workout where close to 60min in Zone 2 was good for fat burning and close to 15000 steps is good for me.

Thanks mate, much appreciated. 18mths ago i used to feel like I was 100yo, these days I feel like I am in my 40's. Discovering the EVO familia has been a blessing and with my real first taste of AAS 2 weeks into it am soooo excited to see where this takes me, but know I need to put the work in.

Yeah me too mate, never wluld have tjought at 2550cal i would still be loosing 1kg weekly. But the imporyant bit is most of it feels like fat going as I still feel, can I say it, big! I feel effin good mate thanks to you!

Need to get those pins bigger and need some excersises for the chest that dont affect my shoulders so I can grow my chest.

Thanks for that mate. Yeah been doing those for a while now as I found any of the benches, incline, decline flat, its hard getting weight on and off the rack. Found the smith machine to be a little more forgiving as I can position the bench under the weight so as not to over extend my shoulders when racking.
Even DB incline and flat with neutral grip are a little better but the initial movement of getting the weight into position is the killer there.
Am at a real loss here as see my chest as lagging badly. Ef getting old!

Today felt a bit better. Worked the pins and got a bit of a nice pump after seated extensions and straight into hacks where I failed on my last rep lucky had the safe pin in.

Mothers day tomorrow so hope to get away early to gym and come back to celebrate the day with mum and dad and the wife. BBQ day so will have to watch my macros earlhy so that I have enough room for BBQ festivities.

Well today was much better in the energy stakes but I did add 30g of malto dextrin to my intra which help and didnt go thru me so was a good workout.
Day started as usual, dosing pre workout and get ready for the gym.

My MACROS were a little out but not bad for Mother's Day as we had cake and ice-cream and BBQ and a bit of sparkling wine. So, a bit of a splurge and pretty happy kept the macros pretty well on point.

Workout was BAck and Bi's and concentrated a little more on my bis today as it looks like my bi's not keeping up with my tri's.

Am considering adding some Mast P in the mix. Am holding up pretty well at 400mg test, 375mg Primo and 75mg Deca and will be increasing GH to 3iu tomorrow. Have ordered some Mast P from @shadow labs and really looking forward to bringing that online thru week 5-12, well first well see how it goes initially.
We am halfway thru the 3rd week and feeling good.
BP is good, HR is a little high but that the RETA and the main thing is my ankles are still normal although have seen increased water retention mainly on what the scales say but they are way out most of the time. One of them says am below 10%BF, got a long way to go before I am there.
