good update :D lets start with increasing cardio and reps
lets get your reps to 15-20 each session
and 1 hour fasted cardio? @Sir Lancelot
 
how about you switch into actual TRT cycle? @Sir Lancelot
I’m down for that. I actually have a VA blood test on March 2nd to get prescribed TRT(have to have 2 lows 1 month apart). Should I wait for that and do a PCT? Or just order some test now.(i have exactly enough Sarms to take my last dose on march 2nd)

lets do bloods first before we think TRT
 
Caught Strep Throat yesterday so days 52 -54 will be rest days(contagious). Keeping calories low.

bump vitamin C to 4000mgs vitamin D to 10,000 ius and double n2guard dose and you have zinc elderberry? @Sir Lancelot

Can do. i have all of that. the zinc elderberry in lozenges form.
You think 3 days is enough rest? or see how i feel on day 4

These are super low dose what you posted, you need like 30 of them, get the actual supplements if you can
lets start with 3 days and see
 
Back on track on monday. Worked out Thur/Fri/Sat feeling better again.

Getting Bloods drawn for TRT on Wednesday(to see if i qualify).
I run out of SARMS on Wednesday as well.
Should i plan on doing a PCT shortly, or get real bloods done again to see where i'm at.

Ok i can get them done on thursday(full set again).
or should i wait about a week to see what they look like with most of the sarms out of my system.

you can start your pct but why not jump on trt? @Sir Lancelot
 
It's been a while since i posted. but heres my bloods 3 weeks into pct. they're looking pretty decent i'd say.
Still been on track and down to 198(down about 20 lbs since last post) havnt altered my workouts/diet much at all. just been maintaining. Lost almost no strength coming off. will update before i get on TRT or anything else. got some vacation stuff coming up and dont want to start while i'm flying around.
Been real busy but still around(bought my first house too)

Yes this was DURING PCT with just Nolvadex and N2guard(3 caps). I did 40mg 2 weeks, 20 mg 2 weeks, 10 mg 2 weeks. Ending on April 27th.
It looks like the half-life of Nolva can be pretty long so I was thinking maybe 4 weeks later for post PCT bloods?
Probably won’t start TRT till mid June

during PCT the test levels will be high not natural way :D lets get bloods 3 weeks post PCT

protein and carbs should be higher now by 50 each :D
 
protein is good but lets up the carbs by 50 as you go post pct and more fats +20
is domestic supply the next best place besides umbrella for Reta? i dont see reta on umbrella anymore.
And any coupon codes would be appreciated if there are any.

Looking at your attachment, it doesn't look like a lot but when you really read through it, there are a lot of repetitions. We're talking about like 150 reps @Sir Lancelot
I agree it's quite a few reps, I was focusing on a cut/recomp for a while there and was asked to bump up my reps to 15-20 instead of 8-12. Now that i'm upping the macro's again, think i should drop some reps to like 12-15? or even go back down to around 10

Yeah just be careful if you start noticing some inflammation. Maybe back off.
 
Good so far, I think I’ll be able to push a bit more weight this week with the extra macros. We’ll see what bloods tell me next week.
