Currently started a cut. 3 weeks in. Looking to shred up and see where im sitting at. Then smash a serious bulk.
Been training for 10-11 years. Been training serious for last 3 to 4 years. Ive been using gear for about 4 years now. Manly boosting and cruising. Havnt come off and dont think I ever will. Been finding what seems to work with me the best and seems to be the Test E & Tren A combo. Minimal sides and great results. Need some recommendations on a bulk cycle as i use to run Decca but got decca dick from last couple cycles so stay clear. Didnt get great results from Npp or Mast either. Would appreciate some bulk cycles and dosage recommendations.

Train everyday with rest days on my fly in or fly out day. (Coal Mine worker)

All sessions have 25-30 incline treadmill walk 15 degree angle at speed 4.5 - 5.
Abs one exercise for 4 sets nearly every session. If I have time.
Blood works.
Booked in for bloods on my days off as im coming into week 4 of the new cycle. Will upload once I have them.
Will upload fortnightly updates with progress.
Also adding in a clen cycle starting today. Running the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Starting at 20mg and every 2 days double. Will Max out at 120mg a day. Twice a day. Morning & midday
Peptide question
My acene can get pretty bad when on cycles. Have been looking in to CHK-CU or Glow70. To run as well as I've got bit of tennis elbow. What are your thoughts.
