First time on here. So let me know if I've missed anything. Would appreciate any advice and help. Just wanted to do this to get some opions on my cycles,training, diet & supplements

Currently started a cut. 3 weeks in. Looking to shred up and see where im sitting at. Then smash a serious bulk.

Been training for 10-11 years. Been training serious for last 3 to 4 years. Ive been using gear for about 4 years now. Manly boosting and cruising. Havnt come off and dont think I ever will. Been finding what seems to work with me the best and seems to be the Test E & Tren A combo. Minimal sides and great results. Need some recommendations on a bulk cycle as i use to run Decca but got decca dick from last couple cycles so stay clear. Didnt get great results from Npp or Mast either. Would appreciate some bulk cycles and dosage recommendations.

Abs one exercise for 4 sets nearly every session. If I have time.

Booked in for bloods on my days off as im coming into week 4 of the new cycle. Will upload once I have them.

Will upload fortnightly updates with progress.

Also adding in a clen cycle starting today. Running the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Starting at 20mg and every 2 days double. Will Max out at 120mg a day. Twice a day. Morning & midday

Peptide question

My acene can get pretty bad when on cycles. Have been looking in to CHK-CU or Glow70. To run as well as I've got bit of tennis elbow. What are your thoughts.

You're a big unit bro! Love the shot!

For the tennis elbow BPC-157 plus TB-500 is the better play than CHK-Cu, ran them for wrist and ankle injuries and the soft tissue response was a clear difference.

For the acne Nizoral 2% as a body wash 2-3 times a week is the underrated fix on tren cycles, knocks out the fungal side that creeps in when androgens are pushing sebum hard.

@EatSleepGymRepeat I think once you finish this cycle, you should look into using the GLP-1s and really focus on cutting and getting more tight.

Kiwi lad. Living in Australia. Working in the mines.

Goal with the cut. Is to see what my body weight is sitting around at 8-10% body fat. Then bulk up.

My end goal is to be 100kg lean. Still a long way to go and I know once I get there I still wont be big enough. As in my head you can never to big enough.

If im correct GLP-1 is Ozempic. Ive honestly never really thought about running something along these lines. As I find my discipline is on point with dieting & have been able to hit single digits in body fat on recent cuts.

But im always open to trying something that would benefit me as I dont have any experience or much noledge in that field. Whats your thoughts on Reta. Seems to be the talk at the moment & from what i've been researching. Seems to be on the safer side then GLP-1. As apparantly this can take a toll on you'r bone density.

I'm booked in for bloods test tomorrow & will post the file on here as soon as I have the results. Usually within 24hrs. Im currently on night shift and sleep hasnt been the greatest this week. Hopping it wont be affecting the results to much.

For blood pressure. I had a blood pressure monitor I use to use every few days. But it was cheap and my bicep got to big to fit it. So to be honest with you havnt. Checked blood pressure in 6 months. But being on here now has really givin me the kick i needed to be back on top of everything again. So purchasing a new one when im on days off. I will ask if they can check my blood pressure tomorrow while getting the blood test. Will update you once I have the results.

For the tennis elbow BPC-157 plus TB-500 is the better play than CHK-Cu, ran them for wrist and ankle injuries and the soft tissue response was a clear difference.

For the acne Nizoral 2% as a body wash 2-3 times a week is the underrated fix on tren cycles, knocks out the fungal side that creeps in when androgens are pushing sebum hard.

Ive just researched the Nizoral 2%. Will purchase some and give this a crack. As ive always had bad acene when I was young so. It tends to come on strong especially my back on cycles. Appreciate the info mate. This could be a game changer.

Prolactin 784mIU. = Trying to wrap my head around how this has jumped so high after only being on the Tren for 3 Weeks. Im not suffering any sides like Gyno. Bit of input here lads would be appreciated. I do have Arrimadex at my needs if we should go down that path

Oestradiol E2 546pmol. Getting a bit up there. When would i look at bringing this back down a bit.

Testosterone 24. Free Testosterone 873. Was expecting this to be a bit higher running 350mg test a week.

Is a bit higher then id like. Eating healthy. any tips to bringing this down a touch

ALT,AST,LD Also a bit higher then id like but not to bad. But my ALT(Liver) being the worst off. Any recomendations here. Smashing heaps of water as i always do. Flu7shing myself as much as i can. Thinking of dropping the clen at the moment until we back in the green again. Dont really want to add any extra stress to the body

Update

1. Have started Arimidex 0.5mg Every other day just to help bring our levels back down. Will be getting bloods done again in 2 weeks to see where we are sitting at again. Have been thinking of running some Masteron to help stabilize my E2. As I'm about to put another order in over the next two weeks.

2. Have also purchased new blood pressure monitor so will add this into my next log.

3. Have purchased Vitiman C Tablets. They are 1000mg but reading that to much can cripple your training. Planning on taking 500mg before bed to help with recovery. If I'm wrong let me know.

4. Any other tips apart from smashing milk thistles and smashing water to help with liver & kidney functions. Was looking for NAC in the chemist but couldn't find any

Week 3 Of The Cut Complete

Starting Weight 102kg.
Current Weight 97.6kg
The weight is dropping pretty fast. Witch i know its meant be a slow gradual fall in weight. But I'm feeling good. Still good amount of energy and not to hungry. But definitely a hungry by the time its my next meal. Would you recommend increasing my calories or leaving it where it is.

Injury Report

As mentioned earlier. Have been dealing with my Tennis elbow. But have been running 0.05ML of BPC-157. Straight into the elbow area. Hopefully this makes training more barrable.

Also big shot out to Bss! For his Recommendation On the Nizoral2%. Have started using this and massive difference within the first week. Cheers for the help there bro!

Clen Two Weeks on Two Weeks off.
20mg every 2 days then add another 20mg. Until the 2 week is up.

Yer figured Tren would be raising my Prolactin levels. Witch would be amplifying my E2.

What's your recommendation. As I've had cases like this and just run 0.5mg Arimidex every other day for a week or fortnight if serious case and has always seemed to bring levels back down to within reasonable. Could drop the test & tren down lower to help but feeling really good at where i'm siting at the moment.

I've also started pinning my Test & Tren Dailey. To reduce the spikes in my hormones & hopefully helps me stabilize a bit more.

but im saying tren literally shows up as estrogen for bw most the time. prolactin raising is real and can make e2 more sensitive but tren in general will show up as estrogen, making you think its much higher than it really is. if you're not getting gyno or tons of water retention then I would guess this is whats happening
