Last of my 3 days off from work, and it started the way it should, with a morning Pull session at the gym plus some cardio on the treadmill.

Went out for some shopping with the wife to get some mothers day gifts for the weekend, and had some fish and salad for lunch!

Back home to get some meal preps done, and spend some time with the kids and finished the night off with a high intensity game of soccer! Went in pretty hard, it was a quality game, and come away with some cuts and probably bruises haha! Love it!

Feeling good and fresh, energy levels are great and mind is ticking over like it should!


Diet

Macros: 1,726 Calories, 230g Protein, 86g Carbs, 46g Fats.

Meal 1: Pre workout - Protein shake, coconut water
Meal 2: Post workout - Eggs/Omlette
Meal 3: Grilled fish, prawns and seafood salad (crab and prawns).
Meal 4: Chicken tenderloins, spud lite potatoes, broccolini and corn.
Snack 1: Mango Greek yoghurt.
Snack 2: Vanilla Greek yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries.

Last of my 3 days off from work, and it started the way it should, with a morning Pull session at the gym plus some cardio on the treadmill.

Went out for some shopping with the wife to get some mothers day gifts for the weekend, and had some fish and salad for lunch!

Back home to get some meal preps done, and spend some time with the kids and finished the night off with a high intensity game of soccer! Went in pretty hard, it was a quality game, and come away with some cuts and probably bruises haha! Love it!

Body was feeling a little sore after last nights soccer game, and got to bed pretty late, made a decision to get some extra sleep to help the body rest and recover, but had to sacrifice some time in the gym. Got in for a shortened leg session and didn't had to skip the cardio as I had work. I did try getting some walking done throughout the day but it was a busy one today.

Rest is super important. Sometimes we need to drop the ego and sacrifice some mirror time for an extra hour in bed! Trust me, I’m guilty of not doing this!!

I was finding I was really dehydrated in the morning after soccer. So I've since made sure to get some extra electrolytes before the gym sesh and it's helped heaps.
 
@kamsikazee how’s that dosage of Reta treating you ? I’m thinking about getting back on it trying to dial in my starting dose
I feel fine on 4mg. I think 2-3mg is sufficient though. I went up to 3mg within a few weeks when i got started on it because I didn't know better, and was good on it for quite a few months. Only upped it to 4 as the food noise started coming back.

Back into the gym this morning after a couple days of rest, spending time with family. Got in a decent push session and followed up with some cardio on the treadmill.

Had the day off work and so we decided to go out with the wife to the fish markets for some lunch. Was a nice feed and our first time going since the renovation/new building which opened earlier this year.

Weekly weigh in today and great to see I'm continuing to get closer to my goal, even with a bit of cheat day yesterday, and few days rest throughout the week.

Went to the fish markets today, skipped breakfast and had a big seafood feed for lunch, turned out to be a massive day for protein intake.

Got called in to start early for work today so didn't have time to hit the gym in morning. Got plenty of walking down while at work and dropped by the gym afterwards, skipped the treadmill as I had 100min soccer in the evening. Another big session, but did get a bit of a knock on the foot that will likely be very sore tomorrow morning!

Energy levels good and constant throughout the day! Body is feeling fine on low calories.

Back into the gym this morning after a couple days of rest, spending time with family. Got in a decent push session and followed up with some cardio on the treadmill.

Had the day off work and so we decided to go out with the wife to the fish markets for some lunch. Was a nice feed and our first time going since the renovation/new building which opened earlier this year.

Weekly weigh in today and great to see I'm continuing to get closer to my goal, even with a bit of cheat day yesterday, and few days rest throughout the week.

Went to the fish markets today, skipped breakfast and had a big seafood feed for lunch, turned out to be a massive day for protein intake.

Got called in to start early for work today so didn't have time to hit the gym in morning. Got plenty of walking down while at work and dropped by the gym afterwards, skipped the treadmill as I had 100min soccer in the evening. Another big session, but did get a bit of a knock on the foot that will likely be very sore tomorrow morning!

Energy levels good and constant throughout the day! Body is feeling fine on low calories.

Cause they're not a full injury per say,
Just a goddamn hindrance on what you're able to do,
And you don't know how long they're going to take to be comfortable again.

Definitely take a big toll on the mental side of things,

Back into the gym this morning for a push session. Visitors didn't leave until late last night and it was a real struggle to get up in the morning. When I did eventually get into the gym, I felt really sluggish, the same weights that I have been doing for a while felt heavier, and just couldn't get as many reps in as I have been. Bit of a disappointing session, couldn't get cardio done after either as I wasn't short on time before heading to work.

Mood wasn't great throughout the day, and energy levels a little low. Could be just tired, feeling the effects of the weightloss or maybe I'm coming down with something. We'll just say it was just one of those days and try and move on and get it tomorrow!

@kamsikazee another excellent update on this. I like how you are keeping up with the sleep and mentioning the CPAP machine. I see a lot of guys using it. I think it's probably a good idea, especially for bodybuilders who are really big.

Back into the gym this morning for a push session. Visitors didn't leave until late last night and it was a real struggle to get up in the morning. When I did eventually get into the gym, I felt really sluggish, the same weights that I have been doing for a while felt heavier, and just couldn't get as many reps in as I have been. Bit of a disappointing session, couldn't get cardio done after either as I wasn't short on time before heading to work.

Mood wasn't great throughout the day, and energy levels a little low. Could be just tired, feeling the effects of the weightloss or maybe I'm coming down with something. We'll just say it was just one of those days and try and move on and get it tomorrow!

Made sure to get into bed early enough last night to ensure today went as planned. Got into the gym in the morning for a Pull session and followed it with some treadmill. The legs were feeling a little sore, from the leg workout the other day, so it took a little bit to get going on the treadmill.

Got some walking done throughout the day but not as much as I would have liked. Feeling a little better today with the mood and energy levels slightly better than yesterday.

Came home from work and we had a movie night with the wife and kids.
