Reta helping me get towards my goal! I was on 3mg for a long while. Will eventually look at titrating down as i get closer to the goal!@kamsikazee excellent work. I feel fine on 4mg. I think 2-3mg is sufficient though. I went up to 3mg within a few weeks when i got started on it because I didn't know better, and was good on it for quite a few months. Another big session, but did get a bit of a knock on the foot that will likely be very sore tomorrow morning!

Woke up feeling battered and bruised from soccer, took a heavy knock on the foot and was quite sore throughout the day. Getting into the gym for a leg session was not possible, I struggled to get through the day as there was a fair bit of walking involved, but I got through and did the bare minimum.

Back into the gym this morning for a push session. Visitors didn't leave until late last night and it was a real struggle to get up in the morning. When I did eventually get into the gym, I felt really sluggish, the same weights that I have been doing for a while felt heavier, and just couldn't get as many reps in as I have been. Bit of a disappointing session, couldn't get cardio done after either as I wasn't short on time before heading to work.
Mood wasn't great throughout the day, and energy levels a little low. Could be just tired, feeling the effects of the weightloss or maybe I'm coming down with something. We'll just say it was just one of those days and try and move on and get it tomorrow!

Back into the gym this morning for a push session. Visitors didn't leave until late last night and it was a real struggle to get up in the morning. When I did eventually get into the gym, I felt really sluggish, the same weights that I have been doing for a while felt heavier, and just couldn't get as many reps in as I have been. Bit of a disappointing session, couldn't get cardio done after either as I wasn't short on time before heading to work.

@kamsikazee another excellent update on this. I like how you are keeping up with the sleep and mentioning the CPAP machine. I see a lot of guys using it. I think it's probably a good idea, especially for bodybuilders who are really big.
