I will post the whole email chain, I paid Matrix over 1,000$ and since then he has claimed not to have received the money. He threatened to have my house swatted and to call the police as you can see in the email chain I've posted.

To top it all of when I posted this on another forum he made up fake rape threats against his daughter, which is why I posted the WHOLE email chain he has so far NOT done so even though he said he would.

I can post more information if possible, I know he's a paid sponsor there so probably that's why they're taking his side a little bit more but what I do not agree with is trying to salvage your reputation by making fake rape threats to tarnish mine and try and save your business. People called him out on it, now he said he doesn't need to post anything up because he's a paid verified source etc.

I fell for the exact same scam Matrix Labs website myself with my first attempt at buying gear because I didn’t do my homework and due diligence. I'd like to add that I was scammed by the fake MatrixLabs website, and not by Matrix Labs directly. I ordered from the same scam website that JoelGray ordered from and unfortunately it was not the correct source. I cannot speak to the quality of Matrix Labs, or anything as I didn't order from them and ordered from some piece of shit pretending to be Mammoth and Matrix. I don't want to get involved in this stuff as this isn't how I like to operate but just wanted to add my opinion on the issue at hand, which is that's the fake scam website not operated by Mammoth and Matrix, and that if you use the Canadian sources listed here with their appropriate e-mails you will have success. Like Matrix Labs, there are fake websites impersonating Nordic and Pur that we know of as well and it's easy to google that source and think you're ordering from the proper website.

Honestly? I dont blame someone for reacting that way when someone comes at them like that...and threatening vs doing is not the same thing. (even if it is extremely unprofessional)

I just think it would be easier to keep this to "canada approved sources" like it says at the top of the page. No drama, no badmouthing and hearsay...just a place for canada buyers to find approved dependable sources that they can do business with and get support if needed.

Keeps things simple and professional that way.

Because I had the exact same thing happen that has happened to you with the same scam website using BTC instead of EMT though and I never once got mad at Mammoth for what happened I was disappointed in myself for not doing all the homework I needed to do to ensure I didn’t get scammed.

My situation is different, I used the scam webstie yes - But the scammer is sending out Mammoth's real EMT email, which I paid with, and sent money to Mammoth's EMT, not a scammers bank account, not a scammers BTC address but the real Mammoth's EMT which Mammoth has openly admitted the scammer is doing.

If I send money to Mammoths EMT who receives my money? Does the scammer receive it? or Mammoth? I would suggest as Mammoth has admitted the scammer sends out his real EMT email I have a legitimate reason to be angry because Mammoth or his "receiver" has my money not the scammer.

I guess you’ll just have to move on and use approved sources with direct contact to their proper emails moving forward.

Don’t get me wrong Joel, it sucks. It sucks a lot that you lost your money. The whole ordeal is confusing and I can’t really follow it. But I will say Syn, Nordic Fusion, and now @OxygenPharm haven’t let me down. There’s also Pur and Biogenix who I haven’t used but the boys love. Please note that there are fake Pur, and Nordic Fusion websites out there and you’re best to just find their threads and contact them directly.

I read it all, He originally offered to send you the product you paid for. You should have taken that, spent a bit to get it tested, and called it a day.

The whole thing is sus, but keep in mind where we live, everyone's scamming everyone it seems, you really have to do your due diligence (with all things)

This whole thing would have been easily avoided if you had just done your research in the first place.

It shouldn't be that way, but we cant change how things are, just how we deal with things.

I think a lot of us see the whole picture and what good has come of this is that you landed here at EVO. After all this I hope you stay here because none of this will happen with our approved Canadian sources.
