Reminds me of when I was in Edmonton for the second year of my apprenticeship schooling. -35 for three weeks straight, and I drove a 2nd gen Dodge 2500 with a 5.9L 12v Cummins o_O
man those trucks are most definitely fun to drive. And buying them isn't even the worst part... it's the fucking insurance that's just insane for everything right now...
The lowest I have seen was -39 and real feel was -45 this is Celsius btw for our brother down south.

I repaired a transmission line once upon a time in -45 in Chetwynd and I hated every goddamn minute of it. The bolts hurt your hands through multiple layers of gloves. Happy I am mostly in the lower mainland now.

Never had a problem in a tshirt , or with confidence ...I think I have the opposite of body dysmorphia...Just denied the fact that I got fat, and still saw the old me in the mirror

I fucked up yesterday, im supposed to be taking 50mgs test cyp per week to get my bloodwork in range (supplemented with test prop)

But I grapped the wrong vial, and accidentally pinned 125mgs test e 250

But luckily I bought my resistance band camping, so have been cranking out some different reps with that this morning 💪
That looks similar to what they have at Chili's back in the day. I used to eat that all the time.

Can confirm it works great. I struggle with being stronger left to right on certain movements depending on hand dominance for certain things and previous injuries. I have a little note section that is at the top of my Hevy sessions that says. Start with “x” hand for each movement that is unilateral. I don’t know if I’ll ever completely close the gap but it definitely prevents large imbalance.
 
I think steak might be my favorite, really like to cook it with just pepper and a pinch of salt...but those steaks I marinated for two days...absolutely delicious
steak is super expensive right now in the US. It's like tripled in price.

I really am happy with the steady progress in weight loss this is the way to be patient and have it come off to maintain your lean muscle. Good stuff bro. Slow and steady wins the bodybuilding race when time is on our side!

Do you have a HUME scale or maybe a Renpho (my Renpho is an assh*le I had to buy a HUME).

@BritishCanadian that can certainly work. You're keeping things simple and it's easy to not mix up your split routines.
 
The weren't the best to be honest 😂

Looking back on yesterday, the change ill make moving forward is to keep the carbs pre and post workout. The dinner, even on a weight day should probably be low carb (cheat meal excepted)
Bros, you should make your own egg rolls. My wife makes them fresh. She also makes sushi. I'm not a big fan of sushi but the one that she makes is so good. @BritishCanadian

Ya my weight is actually going up right now. I look and feel leaner, though, so I'm hoping it's water and recomp and I'll see a nice drop on the scale in the next couple days.
Carb cycling will do that, works well if you can really limit the carbs properly.

The hard part is losing weight while still trying to push at the gym...but that's what the peds are for
