Approved Log Bodybuilding Cycle Log with Team US-Pharmacies

First off I want to thank @LevButlerov for inviting me to share my journey here on this platform, excited to be here!

This first one will be more of an introduction and then I’ll begin logging my daily routine.

Stats:
35 years old
Beginning weight in 2022: 205lbs
First cycle starting weight in April 2025: 138lbs
Current weight May 2026: 176lbs

Where I started in 2022, never stepped in a gym.

Cut down to 138lbs naturally and began my gym journey. I played the game of spinning my wheels for 2 years but learned a lot along the way when it came to nutrition and training. When I was ready I hopped on my first cycle under the supervision of someone else with way more gear knowledge than me.

In April of 2025 I began my PED adventure. Started with test and titrated up slowly over several weeks. Added in primo when I was ready, as well as NPP and HGH. Sure first cycle that’s a lot, but I wasn’t doing this alone and blood work was spot on and frequent.

That cycle ended at the dosages of 600/400/200, test/primo/npp/ 4ius HGH in October 2025.

Cycle end weight: 175lbs

Took a 10 week health phase after that and cut back down to 163lbs.

Second cycle started late December 2025 and is ongoing. At this time I became an athlete with Team @US-pharmacies

Started with 500/300/200 test/eq/npp. This didnt go so well. 4 weeks in I could tell my e2 was tanking. Testing showed 14 e2 but because it was early guarantee it was heading much lower. Deployed dbol and increased test dose to 800 and lower EQ to 200. Retested again 3 weeks later, 14e2 but iron/ferretin values were in the tank. Felt horrible for about 3 weeks- extreme exhaustion, sleeping 17hrs a day, no energy, only made it to the gym once or twice a week. Called it quits and dropped the EQ and NPP and lowered test to 400mg. I thought I could push through it and didn’t drop calories and got a little fluffy in the down time.
Iron protocol started at this time.

After a couple weeks of recovery I was feeling back to normal and switched gears. 350/350/140/50mg test/mast/tren/Anadrol. Been in a little recomp/maintenance phase trying to salvage the final weeks of this cycle. No complaints at all- this combination is working very well for me with no sides to report.

Got it started at least!

Not 100% sure what caused the iron to tank but I suspect my body did not agree with EQ. There’s a direct correlation to my values dropping considerably after I added the EQ in. Nothing else about my diet/hydration/training changed.
You didn’t, by chance, do frequent blood donations?

Just wanted to say I appreciate the warm welcome from everyone here! Haven’t much time to look around yet but it feels like a great community to be a part of!

Going forward this will be the format of my logs, usually posted the following day but will put the date at the top it corresponds to.

Current split: PPLRULR. Pull day was yesterday. Still adjusting to this new work schedule and meal timing and everything involved with having the daily routine shaken up. Some days I lift super early AM before work, other are later in the evening after work. This lift was an evening session as I met up with a buddy and slightly went off plan. The session was great, felt everything firing, pump was awesome, arms were literally falling off my body. Have end cycle blood work scheduled for Friday morning.

I’ll post the meals this log but generally it’s the same thing every day, don’t stray too much, it’s either just more or less volume of the same things

5am: 100g oat, 60g whey
8am: Protein bar, 2 oikos 0 fat yogurt, fruit
11am: 250g egg white, 2 whole eggs, 200g rice
3pm: 250g chicken, 200g rice, 2 tortillas, veggies
7pm: 1-2 scoops Karbolyn with vegetable glyc.
930pm- 60g whey

Timing can change depending on what shift I work but this is the rough outline.

Training:
-Tbar row (wide) @185lbs x4 6-9
-Pull down wide mag grip @190lbs x2 8-12
-Cable row (Viking rope attachment, around elbows) @120lbs x4 12-15
——This is where I went off plan with buddy
-Dumbbell preacher curl @45lbs x3 8-10
-Cable curl(straight bar) @120lbs SS with single arm cable curls @70lbs x3 8-10
-Ez bar curls @50lbs to failure, pass off circuit. 6 rounds 10 rep minimum
-Incline dumbbell curl @25lbs x3 10
-Run the rack hammer curls starting at 45lbs, 6 reps each pair, down to 20lbs

—— this is not my normal training style but it was a good time and my arms are beat up.

This first one will be more of an introduction and then I’ll begin logging my daily routine.

Stats:
35 years old
Beginning weight in 2022: 205lbs
First cycle starting weight in April 2025: 138lbs
Current weight May 2026: 176lbs

Where I started in 2022, never stepped in a gym.

Cut down to 138lbs naturally and began my gym journey. I played the game of spinning my wheels for 2 years but learned a lot along the way when it came to nutrition and training. When I was ready I hopped on my first cycle under the supervision of someone else with way more gear knowledge than me.

In April of 2025 I began my PED adventure. Started with test and titrated up slowly over several weeks. Added in primo when I was ready, as well as NPP and HGH. Sure first cycle that’s a lot, but I wasn’t doing this alone and blood work was spot on and frequent.

That cycle ended at the dosages of 600/400/200, test/primo/npp/ 4ius HGH in October 2025.

Took a 10 week health phase after that and cut back down to 163lbs.

Second cycle started late December 2025 and is ongoing. At this time I became an athlete with Team @US-pharmacies

Started with 500/300/200 test/eq/npp. This didnt go so well. 4 weeks in I could tell my e2 was tanking. Testing showed 14 e2 but because it was early guarantee it was heading much lower. Deployed dbol and increased test dose to 800 and lower EQ to 200. Retested again 3 weeks later, 14e2 but iron/ferretin values were in the tank. Felt horrible for about 3 weeks- extreme exhaustion, sleeping 17hrs a day, no energy, only made it to the gym once or twice a week. Called it quits and dropped the EQ and NPP and lowered test to 400mg. I thought I could push through it and didn’t drop calories and got a little fluffy in the down time.
Iron protocol started at this time.

After a couple weeks of recovery I was feeling back to normal and switched gears. 350/350/140/50mg test/mast/tren/Anadrol. Been in a little recomp/maintenance phase trying to salvage the final weeks of this cycle. No complaints at all- this combination is working very well for me with no sides to report.

Just wanted to say I appreciate the warm welcome from everyone here! Haven’t much time to look around yet but it feels like a great community to be a part of!

Going forward this will be the format of my logs, usually posted the following day but will put the date at the top it corresponds to.

Current split: PPLRULR. Pull day was yesterday. Still adjusting to this new work schedule and meal timing and everything involved with having the daily routine shaken up. Some days I lift super early AM before work, other are later in the evening after work. This lift was an evening session as I met up with a buddy and slightly went off plan. The session was great, felt everything firing, pump was awesome, arms were literally falling off my body. Have end cycle blood work scheduled for Friday morning.

5am: 100g oat, 60g whey
8am: Protein bar, 2 oikos 0 fat yogurt, fruit
11am: 250g egg white, 2 whole eggs, 200g rice
3pm: 250g chicken, 200g rice, 2 tortillas, veggies
7pm: 1-2 scoops Karbolyn with vegetable glyc.
930pm- 60g whey

Timing can change depending on what shift I work but this is the rough outline.

2nd leg day of the week, or lower body if you will. Been a busy day! Gym in late morning, spent most of the day cleaning up the back yard and setting up the new Blackstone. Meal prep just got an upgrade, tired of cooking a week’s worth of chicken on the stove! A few blood work results came in, surprised at how well things look considering what I’m running and for how long I’ve been cycle. HDL is obviously low, but the rest of the lipids are in a good range. Other great news is liver is completely untouched by the Anadrol. AST/alt normal, GGT 16. Iron levels are also improving thankfully.

5/26 was an upper day in the block and a very early morning one at that. Still can’t decide if I’d rather wake up at 230am and lift before work or lift after. A tad weaker in the morning with not enough time to eat anything before hand but still making progress. Everything else is going great, pumps are great, mood is amazing, energy is high. Experiencing no sides with Tren in the system, not even any sleep disruption. This combo of test/mast/Tren might just be my favorite combination so far.

5/27 was a rest day, had a long day on Tuesday and got to bed late so no way I was waking up early. Also had to deal with replacing the battery in my truck after work, so rest day it became. More blood results came in, everything looking fairly decent considering the cycle, just waiting for a few more before I post it up.

Got it started at least!

Not 100% sure what caused the iron to tank but I suspect my body did not agree with EQ. There’s a direct correlation to my values dropping considerably after I added the EQ in. Nothing else about my diet/hydration/training changed.
Boldenone causes increased red blood cell production which consumes iron stores. So indirectly causes reduction in iron.

Thyroid is always a bit off with HGH and then throwing the Tren in I’m sure didn’t help, but not something I’m ever concerned with at this point. Never used t3, but did have to use t4 last cycle.

E2 should hopefully be in this week. Always takes forever to come back unfortunately

When I get up this early there’s not really time to eat, I’ll eat some dry cereal, a granola bar or 2, maybe a few rice cakes, but no time for things to really digest. I do use 1-2 scoops of Karbolyn intra depending on the lift!

Post lift meal depends on the day and when I lift. In the morning it’s my oats and protein powder on my way to work 🤣, so n the evening it’s some sort of meat and rice/veggies usually
