A very over due update! 12 weeks till stage!

I’m officially down 8.5kg.

Honestly though, I’m feeling really good locked in, focused, and actually enjoying the grind. Prep mode is fully activated.

Current still loving this stack:

• SS31
• 5 Amino
Anyone else using this stack?

The increase in insulin sensitivity from this stack has been wild. A couple of times during cardio I’ve had to smash some gummy bears because my sugar levels decided we were entering survival mode 😅 Energy levels are still high. Totally recommend this stack.

Really awesome update @Katsumi I love getting these notifications. Shape is really starting to come in nicely now, measurements and training performance holding strong! I'm really stoked with our progress so far! We'll start pushing the gas pedal a little harder moving forward. We want the judges to go what. the. fuck.
